A few photos to recap the unveiling of the Z4 GTLM CSL tribute livery in front of the classic BMW gathering at Cars and Coffee at the Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance on March 14th. If you missed them in Amelia or Sebring, both cars will be on display at the New York International Autoshow from April 2-12.
In celebration of the 40th Anniversary of BMW’s first motorsport win in the USA, we have created this poster of the 12hours of Sebring winning 3.0 CSL and the Z4 GTLM that will complete in the same race this weekend.

BMWUSA Classic will be at the Speedfest at the Mitty this weekend as Featured Marque. As the poster suggests, the No. 25 BMW 3.0 CSL will be there along with Brian Redman. The No. 25 CSL will be paired up with the No. 25 Z4 GTLM with Sebring Tribute Livery. Long time BMW racer Boris Said is the Grand Marshal this year and we will display an E36 M3 GT-2 and an E46 M3 GT2 to honor him. The Mitty takes place from April 24 to 26 at Road Atlanta, Braselton, GA.

Since BMW Motorsport has built two new Z4 GTLM race cars for the 2015 season, last years cars will be retired to the BMW USA Classic Collection. Chassis #1302 (which ran as Race No. 56) has been added to the collection as a running car already. The black No. 55 car (Chassis #1301) will remain as the BMW Team RLL spare car through the season and then will join the BMW USA Classic Collection.
