My daughter’s packed lunch for dance class today contains all of this yummy goodness: baked hake (seasoned with turmeric + well done) with a raw salad of spinach, yellow peppers, avocado, cherry tomatoes + sun dried tomatoes.

I forgot to pack her fork tho… Sure she would have used her hands to eat any how. Eats like me. I love using my hands and touching my food :)

Red tomatoes will nourish her root chakra making her feel secure, confident, well grounded in her physical experience. They will also lavish her with antioxidant vitamin C to replenish her body after the bug she had earlier in the week, biotin to boost her hair growth, manganese, potassium to boost her performance, beta carotene, but B6, folate, niacin and vit E.

The yummy fish will bring the element of water to resonate with her sacral chakra. Boosting her creative energy, femininity and muscle feeding protein levels.

Yellow pepper, which is packed with vitamin C will ensure her daily amount is met. It will radiate a colour frequency that boosts her solar plexus chakra which affects her will power and self esteem.

Lush green spinach blessed by the sun and filled with chlorophyll will fortify her iron and protein levels and nourish her heart chakra. As will the creamy skin enriching avocado. Influencing how loved, lovely and compassionate she feels.

Throat chakra hasn’t got much from her lunch today. But she had a load of antioxidant packed, brain boosting blueberries in her breakfast smoothie. So she’s good :)
