My lunch bowl from today-fair trade quinoa, corn, kale, kumara, sautéed mushrooms and zucchini, sprouts, pumpkin seeds, crispy tofu (marinated in lemon juice, soy sauce and tahini). Topped off the kumara and kale with sesame seeds and tahini 😋😍  instagram: @veganzoejessica

Lunch today 😋😋😋 Hummus and toast with lots of greens, beans and scrambled tofu, mushrooms and tomatoes. Was delicious #govegan 🐷 🐮 🐣 🐔 🐑  💚 🙏

This was my lunch!! Pesto pasta (I blended up avocado, kale, spinach, cashews, mint and green peas in my blender for the sauce) 🌻 It tasted good but then I added on some nutritional yeast, basil and cherry tomatoes afterwards and it took it to the next level 😏😏😏 There are few things in this world that can top some bomb vegan pesto pasta 😍

100 Days of Clean Eating

So starting on January 2nd, I’m thinking of cutting out rubbish food for 100 days… My goal is to eventually not crave junk food by the end of the 100 days and also be back on track to a healthy lifestyle. I’ll make exceptions where healthy eating isn’t possible or for special occasions but will try to keep rubbish to a minimum and choose the healthiest options where possible.

If you’d like to join me on the way, that would be great and I’ll update every day to talk about what I’ve done food-wise and any exercise etc. I’ll be interested to see what you guys are doing to move towards a healthier you ☺
