~ Shirataki Noodles ~

Shirataki noddles are special japanese noodles that have almost no calories and pretty much no carbs. They fit perfectly in pretty much any diet, even the keto diet, and are a great alternative for normal noodles. They are vegan and very easy to cook, they only need about 1-3 minutes in boiling water to be ready!

Calories per 100g: 5-10 depending on the brand

~ LOW CAL | Banana Pancake Recipe ~

Time needed: 25 minutes

Calories: 270 calories

What you need:

~ 1 medium banana

~ 2 eggs

~ 1 tbsp almond or lowfat milk

~ 1 tsp baking powder

~ Cinnamon, sweetener, vanilla extract (optional)

~ A bit oil or lowfat/light butter

How to:

1. Mash the banana with a fork and mix it with the eggs. Stirr very well or blend until it’s smooth.

2. Add the milk, baking powder and cinnamon and stirr again. You can also add a bit sweetener and vanilla extract if you like it sweeter!

3. Fry them in a pan with a bit oil or butter for about 1 minute each side until they’re golden-brown.

Tip: They are very hard to flip so only use about 1-2 tablespoons of dough for each pancake. They still taste amazing plus it seems like a larger portion!
