“Prescription drug abuse and deaths due to overdose have emerged as national public health crises. As our awareness of the addiction and overdose risks associated with use of opioid painkillers such as Oxycontin and Vicodin grows, individuals with chronic pain and their medical providers may be opting to treat pain entirely or in part with medical marijuana, in states where this is legal.”

"Law enforcement wielding highly-developed arms in a suburban town has caused civilians to ask what this means for the public’s right to peacefully assembly. With chemicals such as tear gas – which is banned in warfare – being used, residents are questioning the differences between what is means to be protected versus what it means to be heavily policed."

Throwback with the 1983 TZ250K. Yamaha introduced an all-new TZ250 production GP racer in 1981, and wire wheels were offered for the first time since the mid 1970’s. The bike incorporated a brand-new Yamaha Power Valve System (YPVS) that was pioneered on the YZR500. For 1983, the “K” series, which ended the three-year production run of this particular TZ iteration, adopted new cylinder heads, Mikuni ZC carburetors, revisions to the frame and suspension, improved exhausts, and a smaller clutch protected by a magnesium case. #TBT Yamaha #TZ250 #VintageBikes #Superbike #Sportbike #1983 #YamahaOfYesterday

RDLC Crazy

For stock RD parts, RDLC Crazy is a good place to take a look.  For awhile it seemed like Norbo (the site owner) had quit selling RD400 parts. Apparently he redesigned the site and the same parts are still for sale.  It’s just harder to find the links now.

Here’s the direct link for RD400 parts.

And the direct link for the RZ350 (also known as the YPVS)

He’s in the UK, shipping will be expensive compared to buying parts in the U.S. On the other hand, this site has parts that I haven’t found anywhere else in recent years.
