How do you keep your stomach from being extremely loud in class and public places?
I eat. I really try to eat healthy and nourish my body. It prevents binges and break downs. I love my body and your body and soul deserve the best. I ate a lot of greens today, I went running and biking for like 3 hours total. You know what’s better than feeling light headed and hungry? Feeling that you’re losing weight, feeling your body’s getting stronger and feeling how self love lightens up your whole life.
