your life in words

You have the power to transform your life in any way imaginable. You have the power to shape your mind, thoughts, and actions to take you closer to life that you want to live.

Relax. Breathe. It’s okay, you have time. Take it day by day and allow things to unfold as they’re meant to. Your life will happen according to its own timing, and you will become the person you’re meant to be.

“Your coach, hmm,” Viktor says, concentrating very hard on forming the words. “Is your coach taller than me?”

“Only when he’s wearing his skates,” Yuuri says. “He always gives me a demonstration when I ask for one.”

Try to pay special attention to taking care of yourself. If you’re hungry, feed yourself. If you’re tired, take a nap. When you’re ready to take on the world each day, get out there and shine your light! Create positive affirmations for yourself, and say them at the beginning of each and every day; things like;

Today will be an amazing day!
Today I am filled with energy and love!
Today I will give it my all and go to bed leaving the world a better place!

It’s astounding how things as simple as words can impact our beliefs. Please try to make moment to do this; whether it’s in the shower, on your way to work, or before bed. Even if you don’t believe what you’re saying, you must continue, for sometimes it takes a while to alter one’s attitude and state of mind.

I hope one day the thought of me makes you realize how good you had it and how stupid you were for throwing me away.

Don’t rush yourself. Give yourself the time you need to heal. Then, continue once you’ve regained your strength, and feel ready. Don’t be rushed. You have time.

Don’t ever allow anything to disrupt your inner stillness. It’s not worth it. Life is so short as it is; so we must live each moment with peace in our hearts and happiness in our soul.

You could have one, ten, or a thousand people on your side; but if you don’t believe in yourself, then it doesn’t matter how many are present. You, of all people, must be the first and most strongest supporter.

Forget me. Forget the colour of my eyes and the feel of my skin. The way my hair looks in the sunlight. The way I cough and choke a bit when I laugh, like a smoker who has had one too many cigarettes. Forget the sound of my voice. Forget how shy I get when meeting new people, and my reluctance for trying new things, in fear that I will make a fool of myself. Please just forget me. Let the memories of me fade out like a dated photograph. Let my image crumble and deteriorate into nothing. Please just forget me, for it will make this easier on me.
It’s messing people up, this social pressure to “find your passion” and “know what it is you want to do”. It’s perfectly fine to just live your moments fully, and marvel as many small and large passions, many small and large purposes enter and leave your life. For many people there is no realization, no bliss to follow, no discovery of your life’s purpose. This isn’t sad, it’s just the way things are. Stop trying to find the forest and just enjoy the trees.
