you're not dreaming

What do I have to do in order to convince those of you that have the Bandstand boot that I’m over here in a corner in tears because I’ve had “Welcome Home” on repeat for the last 17 hours, I’m dehydrated because I can’t stop crying over how much the album reminds me of personal stories from my grandparents, and how seeing these melodies put to life through lighting, dance, and visual effects would mean more to me right now than literally anything.

Honestly. I don’t want this show just to add to my boot library. No. I need this boot because I’m dying to see parts of my own family in these characters and my current financial situation would never allow me to pack up and fly to NYC. As much as I’d love to do that, it’s extremely unrealistic.

what do you even see in daehwi

What is there not to see, buddy boi?

Lee Daehwi is 16 years old. He lost his father and then left his mother to go to Korea to follow his dreams. At 16 years old, he went, alone, to a different country to go and pursue his dreams.

At 16 years old, he has arranged/written several of his own songs. The most impressive thing that I’ve done with my 17 years is remember to breathe. You cannot deny that “welcome to my hollywood” is a bop. He arranged that himself. A 16 year old. But his talent doesn’t stop at just arranging and composing music. He’s also proven to be a very talented singer. He pulled off the high note in WTMH perfectly, and he doubled for the “Boy in Luv” because his vocals offered the most stable and clear support. Listen to the songs that he performs in with your eyes closed. Even if you don’t really like him, you cannot deny that his voice is distinct; it’s clear cut and the tone is gorgeous an unique. On top of that, he is also a very capable dancer, though it is not as heavily emphasized. He has never had trouble nailing choreography, from the Pick Me choreography to the Never choreography (he was the member who perfected all the moves, even at 2x speed).

Arranging/composing, singing, dancing

he is arguably one of the most talented members of the Wanna One lineup

All at 16 years old. So yeah, that’s what I see in Lee Daehwi. If you can’t respect that, I don’t know what else I can say to you.

Happy Birthday to my sweet Ashley! (๑♡3♡๑) ( @ranpohedogawa )

Hamilton au in which everything is the same, except when John dies his ghost gets attached to Philip and becomes his guardian. Phillip grows up thinking of him as kind of an invisible big brother or cool imaginary uncle, and John is there to protect Phillip during the duel so he doesn’t die and Ham and Eliza work out their problems and eVERYTHING IS ALRIGHT
