My day on convention
So, as I mentioned some time ago, I spent whole Saturday on polish convention called Pyrkon. Here are my thoughts.
After last year fun I really wanted to be on Pyrkon again. It’s a great fun with amazing people and really good atmosphere. You don’t feel like you’re f.e. talking with person selling fandom things. You are talking with a fan, who’s selling things for other fans and he/she is fangirling/fanboying all the time. The cosplays are amazing (my Castiel looked so poor :P) and I admire people who wear handmade cosplays of Iron Man for example. It had to take so much time and work! I met with my best friend also, which was awesome :3 Luckly, we’re going to see eachother again soon, in May.
I had, I just had to find Doctor Who zone and I did. So here’s me in the TARDIS.
<The angel has the TARDIS>
In my too big coat :’)
I also met The Doctor, and in addition, it was very familiar regeneration :D
The whole organization was perfect, as it was last year. The food was in good price and it was so yummy!
Krzysztof gave me some wonderful presents:
And I also bought myself something nice:
I took part in walk of The Walking Dead and all zombie fans, which was so much fun! I saw some really good Negan cosplayers, but unfortunately they vanished before I took photos with them. But I got Carl (in some way)
There was more people than last year, but it wasn’t a problem to find a place to sit and rest a little. More people means more fun acutally :)
I also met the most dangerous creature in the hole universe… Well, so they say at least (I think he was cute)
I was really disappointed that Sebastian Roché canceled his visit, I wanted to meet him so much… But maybe he’ll come next year.
There was also a crew of Warsaw Comic Con. I got some things from them and I’m seriously thinking about that convention. Well, they still have some guests to announce. I’ll wait and see if there’s anybody intersting for me. I keep my fingers crossed for David or guys from Supernatural and The Walking Dead.
Basically, Pyrkon was a great fun. I will visit it next year for sure.
(After whole day of walking I was just dying, but it was this good kind of dying)
