you will never be a monster to me loki

I already loved you.

TITLE: I already loved you.

CHAPTER NO./ONE SHOT: ONE SHOT

AUTHOR: Pretty Dead Girl

ORIGINAL IMAGINE: Imagine Loki is planning to confess his love for you on Valentine’s Day, with orchids and a poem he himself wrote. Someone from the Avengers (who has a problem with Loki being in their team now) catches him in preparation and mocks him, saying “Oh, a monster in love, nice.” This gives Loki a pause as he is reminded of his heritage and his past deeds. He throws away the flowers and the poem, telling himself he is a deluded fool to think you’d ever reciprocate his love….Cont.

RATING: T

NOTES/WARNINGS: I loved this imagine so I did this for fun. It isn’t the best, but maybe someone will write one better. ;) Hope you enjoy. (I so wanted to make this smut, but I held back, lmfao)

It was Valentine’s Day and although Loki had never celebrated the Midgard custom he was all too eager to use this day to confess his love for you. Since the day you arrived he had felt a strong pull towards you. He had been pleased when you had been nice to him, even forming a close friendship. He couldn’t remember a time when someone treated him with such kindness and genuinity. He realized some time ago he wanted to claim you as his own, but his own self-doubts got in the way but he had decided today, Valentine’s Day, he would finally admit his feelings for you.

I’m A Monster (Loki X Vampire!Reader)

Characters: Loki X Vampire!Reader

Universe: Marvel, Avengers

Warnings: Blood

Request:Can I request a Loki x reader? She’s on the team and a vampire. When Thor brings Loki to stay at the tower she’s automatically drawn to his scent. They end up falling for each other and he allows her to nip him a few times for bloody treat.

You had been on the team for a while. You were already a bit of an oddball so you fit right in. Fury had you on the team since you were agile, fast, but also incredibly strong. You’re not sure but it might have something to do with the fact that you’re a vampire. Because of this, you had a thirst for blood and so Tony had to pay for bags of blood for you. You only needed a shot of blood once a day to function, but Tony didn’t want to run out and then you be in a bad place where your instincts kick in and someone could get hurt.

Because of your lifestyle and everything at came with it, including accidents, lashing out, and being raised as a natural born killer, you had a strong mind. You could catch peoples scent and know a lot about them without them even speaking to you.

Save me Part Four (Loki x Reader)

AN: You can read part one, two and three here

You had been friends with Loki for a few weeks now and it was strange yet the best time of your life. He had showed you his magic and often pulled small pranks on you that caused you to get mad at him for a short period of time before you’d cave in and laugh at the situation. Just yesterday he made all the furniture in your room move to the ceiling causing you to almost faint at the sight, but that mischievous demigod had somehow found a place in your heart.

He’d teleport you both to random beautiful locations to have lunch or dinner. Just last week he teleported you both to Paris and you almost threw up when you realized where you were, not really wanting to think about the details behind your body appearing there. But never the less you’d really been enjoying Loki’s company and didn’t think you’d ever want it to go away.

Currently you were watching star wars with Loki on the couch in your apartment and it was a harder task than you’d originally thought it would be. If he could ever shut up about how the movie wasn’t accurate and that aliens didn’t look like that it would be a blessing. “Loki it’s not real, it’s not meant to be real so just shut the hell up and enjoy the movie.” You grumbled at him annoyed, throwing a piece of popcorn at his face.

He let out a loud groan as he laid on his back, staring at the ceiling. Deciding to use this moment to have a good look at his features yet again, you turned your head taking in his silky dark hair and pale-wait. Why was his skin blue?!

“Loki you’re blue.” You muttered out accidentally, hoping you hadn’t upset the boy with your careless words. His eyes nearly bulged out of their sockets at your statement as he quickly sat up, inspecting his skin to confirm that it was in fact the blue colour you said it was.

“Oh no no no no, this is not happening. Not here…not right now.” Mumbles you couldn’t quite understand rambled from his lips before he abruptly stood up and sprinted to your bathroom, closing and locking the door shut behind him. His actions caused worry to spread through you, standing up and making your way over to the door quickly. You pressed your ear against the door, attempting to hear something but you were met with the same mumbled words he spoke moments before. “I can’t believe this is happening and in front of her.”

You caught the last bit of his sentence causing your stomach to drop at his words, you didn’t realize he cared for you so much. Gently knocking on the door your voice came out in a gentle tone. “Loki…what’s going on? Please talk to me, let me in. I’m not afraid I just…I wasn’t aware that you, you know, turned blue and all that.”

It was silent for a moment before you heard the sound of the lock clicking, the door swinging open to reveal a very much blue Loki. His eyes were red and puffy showing that he’d let tears fall and you noticed his eye colour had now changed to red. Maybe you should have been afraid but you couldn’t be, this was just Loki. The demigod you’d grown to love and trust over the past month, he was now one of your closest friends.

He couldn’t keep eye contact with you as he stared at the ground in what appeared to be shame and disgust for himself. You were about to open your mouth but were cut off by his own voice. “This is what I really look like Y/N. Long story short i’m a frost giant that was raised by the king of Asgard. I will never truly belong anywhere and I will forever be an outcast. I don’t expect you to stick around now and I won’t blame you, I get it. I mean look at me, i’m horrific. Everything I touch freezes, I could literally kill someone with my touch. I’m-i’m a monster.”

You took a few steps closer to the boy, yet cautious not to step too close after hearing his warning of being able to kill people with his skin and all that. “You’re not a monster Loki, far from it. You’re one of my closest friends and I have so much trust in you. And what are you talking about you’re not ugly. You kind of remind me of that movie avatar or a smurf but i’ll explain that to you another time. But you’re not a monster.”

“Please don’t pity me, I don’t want yours or anyone’s pity.”

“Gosh Loki could you just stop for one moment alright. I don’t pity you I lo-” You cut your sentence short before you almost blurted out those three words so stupidly. Sure you had learned to love the prince quickly, he spent almost every day with you ever since you went on that date. But you didn’t think he’d be ready for such…commitment so early into whatever you called the relationship you both shared.

His skin started to go back to it’s pale colour as warmness spread through his body at the words you almost spoke. He was fairly certain you were about to confess your love for him. “What were you about to say?”

You didn’t even get to respond before you felt a pair of lips press against your own. Loki placed his hands gently against your waist as he pulled you into his chest as you melted into the kiss, reaching up and tugging on the ends of his hair. You felt a spark as you kissed, unlike something you’d ever felt before. You knew that this was right, that this was meant to be, this was fate.

You both pulled apart, Loki looking deeply into your eyes before brushing a small strand of hair behind your ear. “I love you too Y/N.” You smiled up at him and he suddenly let out a chuckle. “I can’t believe I fell in love with a mortal, and I used to pick on my brother for that.” You laughed at his words before pressing your lips against his once more.

2015: what kind of person would ship Stoki. 2017: hey, you know what, there is an amazing and under appreciated ship...

okay I’m not going to use the Stoki tentacle monster image here, but you all know I’m thinking it. I’m definitely thinking it.

I really love when people come to me and are like “man I used to think this ship would never work, but…”

it’s kind of like whenever I get reviews on Steve/Loki things and they’re like “I don’t ship this but” and I do the lean in toward my computer and whisper at my screen “but are you sure”

Moody Loki, One Shot

TITLE: Moody Loki

CHAPTER NO./ONE SHOT: One Shot

AUTHOR: fanficshiddles

ORIGINAL IMAGINE: Imagine that, when Loki has just came to the Avengers tower, you one day accidentally literally walk into him. He gets angry and snaps at you, telling you ugly, hurtful things. He expects you to yell back at him like all the others do, but to his shock, you start crying from the sheer fear right there in front of him. Not knowing what to do, but not wanting you to alert other Avengers, he quickly starts trying to calm you down so you would stop crying.

RATING: T

NOTES/WARNINGS: Just a quick and short one shot. :-)

Loki was in a bad mood, like he was every day since he arrived at the Avengers tower a week ago. He was on ‘tower arrest’ for the first few months until he could be trusted to go out in the public.

But everyone there knew what like he was and they had all given him a piece of their mind, whether he had started the argument or not.

Odin sat high up in his chair a serious look on his face, Frigga to your left. While she was visibly upset by the events that where about to unfold she managed to remain calm. Unlike yourself. You legs where trembling as you stood before the great king of Asgard, even though you lived in the palace it was rare for you to be called to see the all father, your time was normally spent in the gardens or with the princes. “Stand to one side, Y/N” Odin ordered and you frowned your legs growing stronger as your legs moved your body to sat on the other side of the room as Frigga. But they quickly gave way on seeing five or six guards dragging a chained Loki into the room.
It was undeniable that what he had done on Midgard was awful, he had become the monster he had previously refused to be, but for some unexplainable reason you still loved him with everything you had. Loki eyed you as you fell to your knees, your dress pooling out around you with effortless grace. There was a brief moment in his mind where he wished he could take everything back, reverse what he had done, as long as it meant he could keep you happy. The bright smile on your face that seemed to make everything better. But his eyes flickered back to Odin and the smirk spread across his lips once more. “I really don’t see what all the fuss is about” he grinned
“Do you not truly feel the gravity of your crimes?” Odin asked “Wherever you of there is war, ruin and death”. You where trying desperately to told back the tears in your eyes as you watched the conversation unfold, why would Odin make you watch this, knowing how much Loki meant to you. “I went down to Midgard to rule the people of Earth as a benevolent God, Just like you” Loki shrugged, his chain rattling with the movement. “We are not gods” Odin said almost with an exasperated sigh “We are born, we live, we die. Just as human’s do”
“Give or take 5,000 years” Loki huffed back
“All this….” Odin waved his arms at the sight in front of you “because Loki desired a throne”
“It is my birthright!” Loki yelled back and he noticed you flinch a little in front of him, you hated it when he shouted.
“Your birthright… “ Odin yelled suddenly, his perviously calm tone gone “was to die!” then he softened a little sitting back in the throne “Cas out onto a frozen rock. If I had not taken you in, you would not be here now to hate me.”
“If I’m for the axe then for Mercy’s sake, just swing it. It’s not that I don’t love our little talks it’s just… I don’t love them” Loki replied and you gasped a little causing everyone to look at you with concern, why would Loki willingly offer his life like that? He was tearing your broken heart out bit by bit. “Fridge is the only reason you’re still alive, and you’ll never see her again. You will spend the rest of your days in the dungeon” Odin sentence and now the tears spilled over, running down your cheeks. Loki’s smug expression changed, if he was not to see the only person he classed as family any longer, what of you. The woman he loved. “What of Y/N?” Loki whispered and you looked up, having hung your head for shame of crying for the destroyer of earth. “You will never see her either” Odin nodded and as you watched Loki’s face fell even further than the news at not seeing Frigga. “Odin…” Frigga muttered seeing the pain on her son’s face and the tears on your own.
Suddenly the chains around Loki began to shake loudly and you looked to see him attempt to fight off his guards, squirming in their grip to reach you. Your legs, not longer trembling, allowed you to stand and take off running for Loki, just to hold him once more. But Odin had nodded at two guards who took hold of your waist before you could get any further and pull you back. “NO!” you screamed and reached out a hand for Loki but to no avail, they where stronger than you and easily pulled you away. “You call me the monster” Loki growled lowly at Odin, a look of hatred you had never seen before flashing across his face.
With one final nod the guards dragged a fighting Loki from the throne room as he yelled your name over and over.

(Not my gif)

You stared down at your shaking hands, trying to stop the tears splashing into your open palms. You were a freak, a monster. Those were the only thoughts going through your distraught mind as you glared at your icy blue skin, willing it to fade back to its usual colour. Curiously, you reached out and touched a flower growing nearby. You gasped in horror as it froze and wilted before your eyes.
This garden had always been a safe haven for you; when you couldn’t control your powers, you could hide away from the rest of Asgard until you were in control again. Your mother had never seen fit to tell you that you were half Frost Giant, apparently “it didn’t change who you were”. You snorted in disbelief as you recalled her words; in your opinion, if it turned your skin blue and your eyes fiery red, it definitely changed who you were.
You froze in fear as you heard the gate to the garden creak open. You prayed that it was just the wind, but there was no wind. You made to pull the sleeves of your dress over your hands to hide your frosty blue complexion, but you were relieved to see that it had faded away.
“(Y/N)?” came a familiar voice from round the corner. Taking a deep breath to steady yourself, you got to your feet and walked slowly to where you’d heard the voice calling from.
“Loki,” you greeted your friend. “I didn’t know you were coming here.”
The raven haired prince’s thin lips formed a frown as he studied your face. “I saw you running from the great hall. I was worried about you.”
You twisted your fingers together nervously. “As you can see, I’m fine.”
He chuckled quietly. “(Y/N), you can’t lie to me. You can’t beat me at my own game.”
He reached out slowly and took your hand in his. You watched in horror, expecting your touch to hurt and freeze his pale skin. He tilted his head to the side curiously.
“(Y/N), please tell me what troubles you,” he whispered. “I hate seeing you upset.”
At his words, your mask crumbled. Tears welled in your eyes, and you snatched your hand from his grasp. “I’m a freak, a monster,” you whispered. “Look.”
You held your palm up to face him, and concentrated with all your power to change your skin. You felt the familiar icy burn as your skin became rough and cold, your eyes stinging with tears as they turned blood red. You couldn’t bear to look at his face and see the fear, the disgust, in his eyes.
Your eyes snapped up to lock on your hand as Loki placed his palm flat against yours. Your mouth hung half open in disbelief as you took in the blue swirls and ridges adorning his previously deathly pale skin. Slowly, your eyes moved up to look into his eyes. His ruby red eyes.
“You’re not the only freak around here,” he said quietly. You watched, unable to from words, as he linked his fingers with yours carefully, still holding them up for you to see. “See? We’re the same.”
You frowned slightly. “But if you’re a Frost Giant, that must mean-,”
“I am not a son of Odin,” he finished, smiling sadly. “Unfortunate, isn’t it?”
“How do you hide it?” you asked shyly. “I can’t control it, it feels like it controls me.”
Pity flickered across his face, and you watched as his skin faded back to ivory. His clear blue eyes never left yours, which were still a glassy red. You felt hot tears welling in them; you didn’t feel so confident when it was just you looking like a monster.
“It takes time,” he told you, squeezing your icy hand in his. You expected him to flinch, but his expression didn’t change. “I will help you as best I can.”
You nodded, letting out a breath you didn’t realise you’d been holding. “I thought you would hate me,” you half-laughed. You couldn’t help it; you’d spent weeks terrified that he would turn his back on you.
“I could never hate you,” Loki said gently. “How could I hate you, when you’ve made me realise I’m not alone?”
As he said that, you felt your skin warming, and you nearly cried out in relief as it faded back to its normal tone. You were suddenly aware of the fact that Loki was still holding your hand, and you felt your cheeks burning red. It was just one extreme to the other with you today.
“Next time this happens, call for me and I will help you,” he told you as you both moved to sit on a nearby marble bench. You smiled gratefully, running your thumb across his knuckles gently.
“Thank you, Loki. For everything,” you said quietly. He lifted his free hand to cup your cheek carefully, turning your face gently to look into his eyes.
“You are so beautiful. You are not, and never will be, a freak to me,” he whispered. You chuckled quietly.
“Try saying that when my eyes look like blood, and my skin turns to ice.”
Loki shook his head. “Your eyes are not blood to me, they are rubies. And do not forget that my skin is just as icy as yours, and you still find no fault in it.”
You smiled softly. “I could never find fault in you.”
He leaned in slowly, pressing his lips ever so gently to yours. You barely moved your lips against his, letting him lead. As quickly as it had begun, it was over.
“You are no freak to me,” Loki whispered again, resting his forehead against yours.

‘‘Come on boys! The last one to reach the dinner hall is a sore loser!’‘

‘‘You won’t beat me, sister!’‘

‘‘Just you wait, Thor!!’‘

‘‘Loki! Using magic is cheating!’‘

‘‘Are you sure about this, Loki?’‘

‘‘Oh, come on. One little prank on Thor won’t crush him. Or at least not physically, I’m not so sure about his ego though…’‘

‘‘Fine, but if dad finds out, you take the blame.’‘

‘‘We’ll see about that…’‘

‘‘One day, I will be a mighty King! And I will bring peace to the Nine Realms with my power!’‘

‘‘Thor, for Odin’s sake, not again….’‘

‘‘Oh sush you both. You have at least a change to become King!’‘

‘‘Are you sure about this? If we go, there is no way back….’‘

‘‘The Frost Giants invaded Asgard without reason, my dear sister, and they killed our guards. It is out right to return the favor.’‘

‘‘But Thor, what if dad finds out?’’

‘‘You shouldn’t worry that much, (Y/n). You aren’t afraid of a fight, are you?’‘

‘‘Afraid? Oh please, I can defeat you with my eyes closed.’‘

‘‘(Y/n), Loki, please. We should go to Heimdall right now, before anyone finds out….’‘

‘‘Mother, I don’t know what to do. With Thor gone….Will he ever come back?’‘

‘‘Have fate, my child. If Thor is meant to come beack and reclaim his title, he will. Until then, we will have to wait, despite how hard that might be.’‘

‘‘So I see you have finally got the postion you wanted, oh brother dear.’‘

‘‘Are you implying something, (Y/n) Odinsdottir?’‘

‘‘Maybe I am, maybe I am not. But you are not the Loki you used to be….’‘

‘‘Why are you still here? Can’t you see that I’m a monster?’‘

‘‘Loki, please! You are not a monster, you are my brother and I love you! Stop this madness before it is too late.’‘

‘‘…I can’t.’‘

‘‘Stop it! You will kill each other!’‘

‘‘That is the point, (Y/n)!’‘

‘‘Loki! You don’t mean what you are saying!’‘

‘‘I think he is, (Y/n). He was the one who let the Frost Giants in, after all…’‘

‘‘But I don’t want to lose my brothers…Please.’‘

‘‘Don’t you dare to let go! Don’t you dare!’‘

‘‘Hold on, Loki! We will get you up here!’’

‘‘To be what, the unworthy son again? The monster?’‘

‘‘Don-don’t do it! Please!’‘

‘‘I’m sorry, (Y/n)….’‘

‘‘Loki, no!’‘

‘What are you doing here, all by your own?’‘

‘‘I just lost my brother, father. I am mourning, and I will for quite a while. Loki never was a monster, and I even feel like his death is my fault…’‘

‘‘No, he wasn’t. But don’t punish yourself for things you could not control, (Y/n). If someone is to blame, it is me.’‘

‘‘(Y/n)! (Y/n)!’‘

‘‘Geez Thor, turn off the capslock! What is going on?’‘

‘‘We found him. He is alive. He was alive all this time.’‘

‘‘Are…are you serious?’‘

‘‘He is on Midgard again. I fear for the lifes of everyone there, we have to go. Now.’‘

‘‘Then where are we waiting for?’‘

BONUS:

‘‘…Loki?’‘‘‘Ah, my dear sister. Hasn’t it been a while…’‘‘‘I thought you were dead…’‘‘‘Did you mourn?’‘‘‘We all did. Please, come home.’‘‘‘I don’t have one anymore…’‘(Gifs not mine)

Loki is that all encompassing feeling of fear. He makes you feel it, he makes you uncomfortable. He takes your hand and makes you dive down deep into the abyss of yourself. He makes you feel things, he triggers anxiety. All for the purpose of showing you who you really are. “Weak you say? Not at all! For you are stronger than anything you have seen or felt. You are the combination of those feelings and experiences. You’re not a monster dear one, you are merely yourself. You are my child. The further you go away from that, the less you will understand. Just always know, you will never be a monster to me.”

Hesitantly, the young adult walked across the barren halls, eyes flitting around cautiously. She knew she shouldn’t be defying her King nor her best friend, but she couldn’t help it. He was like a magnet and she was drawn to him. She was almost certain that her best friend was aware of how tempted she was to see the mischievous man who she was forbidden from seeing.

She padded down the steps, checking left and right for any guards. She came to a halt, beads of sweat forming on her hairline as she debated whether she should continue with her plan or go back to her room and pretend it never happened. She turned on her heels, convincing herself that it was stupid to begin with. What if he didn’t want to see her anyway? It’d be a waste of her time.

But then she thought about it. He was her Loki, he did do wrong. He was responsible for the deaths of humans on earth and that was something unforgivable. But he was still her Loki. He was still the guy who snuck her into the kitchen on her birthday and made her a cake even though her mother said she couldn’t. He was still the young boy who’d chase her around Asgard, impressing her with his magic. He was her first love and she was his.

Y/N shook her head and turned once more, striding towards the prisons, head held high. She could already predict Thor’s reaction. She pushed open the golden, large doors using all her strength. She shuddered, she could already feel the criminals eyes burning into her. She decided to bow her head, not wanting to look any of them in the eye.

And then she stopped and her heart started pounding, palms sweaty. She hesitantly unlocked the door and stepped in, shutting in behind her.

Small snores caused Y/N to smile faintly. She looked at the boy - correction, man - before her and crept towards him. She couldn’t contain her excitement, but she knew he had trouble sleeping from what Thor had told her and it would be best not to wake him. Yet she yearned to touch him, feel his velvety skin under his fingertips. Y/N couldn’t stop herself, she reached down and began to trace his lips with her thumb, feeling the smooth skin sent a wave of nirvana over her.

She continued her movements, but this time dragging her index finger down the column of his throat and back up, along his sharp jaw and along his cheekbones.She memorised the innocent expression on his face; the way his dark, full eyelashes casted a shadow on his pale cheeks. The purple under his eyes informed her that he was sleeping poorly, no doubt because of Frigga’s death. She swallowed thickly, even in his worst state, he was ethereal.

“What are you doing here?” Loki seethed, not opening his azure eyes. Although he would never admit it, he felt at peace knowing she still cared for him; at least enough to visit, he knew she was aware of the risks.

“I couldn’t not see you, Loki.” She whispered, running her fingers through his tangled and untamed hair. “What did they do to you? You’re a mess.”

“They did nothing. I did this to myself, Y/N. I’m the reason I’m in the cell, away from you. I - I… How’s Thor and Odin?”

“They’re doing well; considering the circumstances. Loki, I know you loved her.”

“You know nothing.” His eyes shot open, his fingers wrapping around her wrist and squeezing. Y/N had clearly struck a nerve. Fear welled up inside her like a running faucet.

Y/N flinched as a pain surged through her wrist. She tried to rip his fingers away from her, but she was helpless.

“Loki, you’re hurting me.” She hissed, eyes burning with tears. She’d never seen him so enraged, especially when it came to her.

Loki could never be mad at Y/N and yet here he was, glaring at her as if she was the scum of the earth.

“Good.” He spat, shoving her staggering backwards. She clutched her wrist in her other hand, staring bewildered at the man she had came to love.

“You really have became a monster.” Y/N whimpered, tears now flowing freely down her flushed cheeks. She couldn’t believe it, she didn’t want to believe it. Not her Loki, he wasn’t capable of purposely inflicting pain or her nor was he capable of showing so much hatred towards her.

“Oh, Dove, I have not became a monster, I always was.”

Loki glanced down at the ground before raising his gaze once more to meet Darcy’s eyes.

“You don’t know what you’re saying, Darcy,” he told her quietly. “You cannot love a monster.”

“There is no monster in you, Loki. You have bought into the lies you’ve been fed all your life.” They were standing face to face on the balcony of Jane’s place in New York, taking in the cool autumn air when Darcy decided to take the plunge and share her feelings with her lover.

Reaching towards him she linked their hands and squeezed reassuringly. “Five years ago a lot of shit went down all at once. While that doesn’t excuse your behavior then, the person you are now is a miracle to me. Monsters don’t change. People do.”

Loki swore he could feel the remaining ice around his heart melt away. She did so much for him the last couple years, offering more than just her body and her friendship. This quirky, beautiful woman gave him peace and loyalty and care he never knew he needed. He certainly did not deserve her.

“I fear I have done nothing to earn such devotion from you,” he began only to be interrupted.

Darcy snorted softly. “Nothing? Loki, you once made every Avenger spend all their free time with me for finals week during my last semester at Culver! I went home to visit my parents and you sent me fresh pizza from Brooklyn. You literally made the delivery boy get in the quinjet and had Clint fly him and the pizza up to Connecticut. And that’s not to mention how you stayed up with me the night my grandpa died and you held me and let me cry and talk and cry all over you. I could go on but those are only some of the reasons I love you. I. Love. You.”

By the end of her little speech Darcy had managed to slip her arms round his waist. Lovely blue eyes glittered with emotion and Loki knew it was time to stop denying his own feelings.

“You were terrified you wouldn’t pass your tests, I merely employed the help of your friends to ensure your passage of them. You were craving pizza and the boy clearly desired a chance to ride in the quinjet, so two problems were solved then.”
Loki slid his hands up to frame her face.

“When your grandfather passed, I watched your heart break knowing I could do nothing to help except hold you while you wept.” His thumbs stroked her cheeks as he spoke softly. “My darling Darcy, don’t you know I would move all the realms of Yggdrasil if it would make you smile?”

Darcy blinked back tears at the depth of emotion in Loki’s eyes. Rarely did he let this side of himself show and she was overcome by his tender words and gentle touch.

“Your heart is my home, love. I would have nothing, be nothing without it, without you. I will always honor and protect your heart for I am lost in it completely.”

Slowly he bent his head until their lips were barely touching. “I love you, Darcy Lewis,” he breathed sealing his lips over hers and pouring all he felt into that kiss.

@soothsayerstale I promised you a little something in writing this week. Unfortunately I didn’t have half the time I thought I would to write more. But this little bit right here is for you. 💗

A Warrior’s Life

TITLE: A Warrior’s Life

CHAPTER NO./ONE SHOT: Chapter Sixteen

AUTHOR: wolfpawn

ORIGINAL IMAGINE:

Imagine Viking Loki coming to your village, raiding and pillaging, before deciding there is something about you that intrigues him and deciding to take you back to Asgard with him. There, you are forced to learn a new life and language, and though you hate what has happened to you, you learn that Loki is not as bad as you think.

RATING: Mature.

Loki watched as Maebh jumped down from the horse before it even had a chance to stop and ran over to an eagerly awaiting Nafi, who immediately wrapped his arms around her waist. Loki watched them as he dismounted his horse and collected Maebh’s one before handing over both sets of reins to the farmhand, before walking over to his son with a content smile on his face. “Wait, why did Maebh get attention before me?” he feigned hurt.

“Well, why did you take longer to get off your horse to get over to him?” Maebh countered sticking her tongue out at him in jest. Nafi let go of her and ran to his father who knelt to embrace his son. “How about I finish making that dinner?” Maebh headed straight to the house, leaving father and son alone outside.

“Father?” Loki looked at his son. “Will you do some training with me like Maebh does?”

Loki tried to help. He really did. But I apparently just couldn’t be helped. We trained in secret, trying to figure out how to stop me from freezing everything I touched, but nothing helped.

“Just concentrate, Kaitlynn.”

“What do you think I’ve been doing! This just isn’t working, okay. I think I should just–”

“Oh no you don’t.” Loki said, blocking my path. “I can’t let you give up this easily.”

“Loki, look, I appreciate that you tried, and it really means a lot, but it’s becoming more and more apparent that there’s nothing you can do.”

I stepped around him, muttering to myself. “I’ll just just have to accept that I’m a monster.”

IMAGINE
You were the only woman on Asgard who was ever kind to Loki, you were of course only his hand maid. You never thought you made any sort of impact on the god. Even when you didn’t have to serve Loki any longer, you still brought him his meals and books while he was imprisoned.
Odin found out of your kindness towards Loki, furious that Loki had kindness from someone. He has you banished to Midgard for the rest of your life, But you also have to tell Loki you always thought he was a monster.

“Why are you here y/n, has my father made my meal early?”
“No…Not today my lord…I’m supposed to tell you i hate you, after all these years of serving you, being near you i cannot bear to say those lies”
“Why must you tell me those y/n?”
“I must leave my darling, i am no longer of Asgard, a punishment for my kindness that i do not regret. I am to spend my days on midgard”
“And it is i who has gotten you into this mess”

Walking closer towards the cell you gently got to your knee’s closest to the wall he was leaning against.

“No, Don’t ever say that. I am kind because you deserve it, i understand you, maybe not in every way. Yet i do understand your madness at the world. You are no monster Loki, you shall never be a monster…at least not to me.”
“When shall you leave”
“As soon as i’m finished here”
“This is goodbye then”
“No my dear, this is farewell. I can never return home”
“…”
“Loki…my prince there is a thing you must know…I will always care and love you, no matter what you do. remember me as a person who cared, remember that i will always care”

As you walked from the cell’s, just passing through the doors where the guards were waiting to escort you away, you heard a scream, not just of pain but of anguish and hate, of pain an sorrow.
Wishing you could turn back. But only moving forwards, perhaps he will realize his ways sooner….

Trump Suit

TITLE:  Trump Suit

CHAPTER NO./ONE SHOT: Chapter 1

AUTHOR: kookiefics

RATING: 18+

NOTES/WARNINGS: Violence. Gore. Drugs. Smut. Everything I have wanted to write about but never have.

“Loki…” I breathe into his dark hair as he lowers his lips from my face to my body.

The dim, colourful lights… The thump of loud music… The gyrating bodies in the crowded room… The blazing trail of kisses… The heavy breathing… The heavy feeling of being drunk but every cell within me buzzing with life as his hand creeps up my thigh…

“Skye.”

Someone tries to wake me. The sound hurts my head. I have a raging headache, my stomach feels like it’s filled with razors and I can hardly feel my legs. Last night was incredible.

“Skye.”

I try to open my mouth, but my muscles feel like weights. I’m way too exhausted to move a muscle, literally. I’m lying so still I can feel my pulse bouncing in my throat.

“Skye. Wake up.”

Leave me alone. If I could throw a pillow or grunt at the speaker, I would.  But I just can’t.

“Skye!”

A large, warm hand shakes my shoulder so hard that my whole body moves. Piss off.

“She’s freezing!”

What is the problem? Can I not sleep and dream about… Wait, where’s Loki?

“Skye! C’mon!”

What on earth is going on? Usually I sleep until Loki wakes me up to treat my hangover. Then I spend my day hanging around Stark Towers until Loki finds a party or club to take me to. My life has been that way ever since he first took me back to his place, a few months ago.

“Skye, I swear, get up or I will get a bucket of ice water.”

Everyone thought there was a massive security breach when I was found wandering around in a drunken stupor, after the area had been locked down at night for security. But no, Loki just got lonely and chose a pretty girl to entertain him. That must have been hilarious; the confusion, chaos, panic, all because a drunk girl was looking for the bathroom.

“She won’t respond. She’s barely breathing.”

Loki told me my name was Skye, but that’s all he knew about me. In fact, that’s all I knew about myself. The security people in Stark Towers assumed that I was some gutter child that got addicted to drugs and lived permanently on the party scene, relying on someone taking me home for me to survive. Fair enough, I do look like a flower-power, free-hugs, hippy-dippy heroine addict from the 80s.

“Don’t even know what to do about her anymore.”

They tried to find out who I was. They checked every database on earth. Citizens, prisoners, criminals, immigrants, emigrants, you name it. Thor even checked in on Heimdall and he took a look around the Nine Realms. Guess what? They couldn’t find me anywhere. No one in any world knows me. I don’t exist.

“Get the others, she needs help.”

They tried to get rid of me by sending me out to parties without Loki, hoping I would be someone else’s problem, whether that meant leaving me on the side of the road with forty needles in my arm or taking me home and making a mural with my blood. But I would always wake up back in Loki’s room. Apparently it irritated him when they did that, so they stopped. Loki had been getting more powerful and less tolerant around that time, so everyone had started walking on eggshells around him; they were getting scared.

“Look at her. She’s like a corpse.”

I didn’t mind; I was barely sober half the time. I spent my sober hours reading or baking. Strange pastimes for an anonymous party animal, I know, but it’s what I like. Apparently that’s what everyone else likes, too.

“I can’t believe we let it go on for this long. We are the only people who even care about her.”

I’m proud to call the Avengers my friends. Not that I had anyone to tell. The hobbies which I carried out in their own base forced me into their company, which nobody minded after a period of time and we realised we could all get along. Steve and Tony in particular enjoyed my baking.

“She is so stupid.”

While I am baking, I chat with them, feed them, show them my techniques. When I am reading we can sit in silence together or discuss our favourite pieces of literature. Then at night, Loki and I go painting the town in red. Or green, as he prefers. He used to always keep a drink in my hand, a joint between my lips, a straw to my nose or a needle to my arm. Every night I could go mental because Loki would heal me the next morning. In short, my life is fucking awesome.

I don’t have medical training.”

But for the passed two months or so, Loki wanted to stay in and enjoy each other’s company. I didn’t mind, but I after a while I needed the parties. Those were the times I completely let loose and delved into a colourful world through a glass pipe. There was nothing like it, and over time, I convinced him to bring me out again. That was last night.

“Dammit, Skye!”

I have never been addicted to anything. Or overdosed, for that matter. But last night I had tried to compensate for the time I had missed and I may have gone over the top.

“Who other than Loki can treat her?”

Is Loki not around? What? Why?

“It’s only drugs. I’ve treated much worse under more trying circumstances. It isn’t a problem.”

A needle bit into the crook of my arm. Something cold shoots into my arm and I fall asleep.

This was the first time in my memory that Loki didn’t wake me up. I’m not gonna sugar coat it; it was fucking awful. The pain, the nausea, the light. Everything is terrible. Sometimes people try to talk to me, but I won’t open my eyes. Even then, I can’t hear them over my moans of pain.

Only two things actually sunk in over those three excruciating days.

One, there is a limit to the amount of painkillers available when you could have any amount of illegal drugs in your system.

Two, Loki is gone. He would have visited me and made me better if he was within the vicinity. I don’t know where he is, I can’t ask. I want to get better quickly so I can hear what everyone was saying to me. I might have been told four or five times where Loki is right now but I can’t focus.

Finally I can open my eyes for the first time after all the sickness is gone. I’m weak and tired, but I snatch the wrist of a person reaching for the drip in my arm. I look up and see Bruce. He looks surprised and uncomfortable.

“Where’s Loki?” I hiss through my dry throat and chapped lips.

Bruce hesitates, but sat on the edge of my bed. No, Loki’s bed and told me, plain and simple.

“That monster will never come near you again.”

Show Me Who You Really Are

Summary: A deal is made between Loki and the reader in order for her to show him her powers.  Will seeing who he truly is destroy their friendship, or will it open a door to something new?  PS I suck at Summaries.

AN: This is my first Loki fanfic so please go easy on me if I got something wrong.  Also my first one posted on Tumblr.  I hope you enjoy and if you have any request let me know.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Most people hate the winter, they hate what it brings with it when it comes.  The snow, the cold, and the ice that seems to wilt and kill everything that it’s icy fingers touch.  They dread the time when the temperature plummets and brings with it all the things they despise.  Oh but not me, I lived for the moment when mother nature turned her coldest, but then again I wasn’t like most people.
Standing on the rooftop of Stark tower I closed my eyes allowing the cold bite of the winter wind to penetrate my body to the bone. It was a peaceful, serine moment that I knew would not be interrupted by my teammates.  Two of them had a sever distaste for the cold and the rest would be inside enjoying the warmth that the tower brought to them.  It’s not that I disliked any of them, but finding a moment of peace to be alone within the walls of the tower was a difficult task to complete.
I was in my element and it made me feel complete.  It was a feeling that made me feel like coming home, like this is where I belonged.  The way the cold wind felt like the best sunny day and the way the snow was my white sand beach made me want to stay in the freezing weather for the rest of my days. I had been so caught up in the comfort of the winter night that I had not heard anyone invade my tiny slice of paradise, that is until he spoke.
“Y/n, what are you doing out here?”  His lyrical, deep voice caused my eyes to snap open.
“Oh, Loki, I’m sorry I was so caught up in this that I didn’t hear you come out.  I’m just enjoying how nice it is tonight.”  I offered a small smile as I looked up at the Asgardian prince.
While the others were weary of the God of Mischief I did not see him through the same eyes they did.  I had come aboard the Avengers program long after the Battle of New York, but I was told every detail about it.  I would never voice it to my team, but I understood Loki, I knew why he acted the way he did and my heart hurt for the broken god.  That was the reason I never strayed away from befriending him, even if the others were wary of our friendship.
Now that he was here helping the team as a punishment of sorts we had begun to spend more time together.  Loki was a very well read man and I enjoyed having someone who shared my love for literature.  He had even been kind enough to bring me books back from Asgard after I had expressed my desire to read them.  I felt a strong connection with him and saw past what the others could see on the surface. This was one reason why the friendly feelings I had for him started to develop into something more over the time we share together, I would never tell this to him though in fear that it would ruin the friendship we had.
“Are you not cold?”  Loki asked as his eyes roamed over my body.
Taking note to where his eyes landed I looked down at my attire.  A tank top, shorts, and no shoes.  It would have been unusual winter attire for most, but for me it felt as if I had on too many clothes.  It restricted my ability to take in all the cold winter air had to offer me.
Shaking my head, I let out a small chuckle at how strange it must have seemed to him.  “No Loki, I am not cold.  I don’t get cold actually.”
He tilted his head slightly as curiosity ran wild in his blue eyes.  “And why is that?”
“Perks of the mutation I suppose.  Cyrokinesis has certain up sides like the fact that I never get cold, although the jokes that come from Stark are quite annoying to say the least.”  A small frown formed on my lips as I spoke.
I did not dislike Tony, but his constant name calling and jokes got a bit redundant.  I hated when he would call me the ice queen or frosty.  I had come to terms long ago with being a mutant, but it was a harsh reminder that not everyone accepted us in this world.
“Ah yes, Stark does have a way of being artless fool, how anyone thinks he is witty is beyond my understanding.”  The way he pursed his lips in distaste for our fellow Avenger caused a small chuckle to escape me.
“He’s not all bad Loki, he just doesn’t understand when he is being a right ass.  So what are you doing up here?”  My change of subject was deliberate because I did not feel like wasting a beautiful night talking about the great Ironman, he did enough talking about himself for everyone.
Loki looked away slightly before meeting my eyes again, I swore there was a hint of embarrassment in those enchanting pools. “I must admit I became curious when the quick one said you were most likely up here playing with your powers. I have never seen them and I wanted to see what beauty you could create.”
A deep blush fell on my (y/s/c) cheeks at his words. No one had ever seen my powers as something of beauty before, besides myself.  Steve and Bucky feared them, but it did not offend me, I understood why they would have such aversions to the cold and well the others like Tony and Clint liked to make jokes about them.  I also could not fight the smile that fought its way to my lips at the fact that he still refused to learn our teammates names after all of this time.
Looking down I swallowed the shaky breath that was now coming out of me as I built up my courage.  “I can show you, if you would like, but there is something I want you to show me in return.”
“And what is it you wish for me to show you my dear? Name it and I will show you anything you wish to see.”  He stepped forward slightly gazing down at me from his extended height with a look in his eyes that I had never seen before, almost a longing to fulfill my desire.
Mustering up all of the courage I could find in myself I prayed to the Gods that he would not be offended by my request.  “I want you to show me you.”
Cocking his eyebrow his signature smirk played on his lips before he spoke.  “Do you not see me now?”
“Of course I see you Loki, that’s not what I mean,” Letting out a deep sigh I continued.  “I want you to show me your true form as a frost giant.  I wish to see the real you.”
I watched as his sculpted face fell and he cast his eyes to the snow covered ground beneath our feet.  “I cannot do that Y/n, I could harm you…”
Cutting him off I placed my hand on his leather clad arm causing him to look up at me.  “Loki, the powers you hold in your true form cannot harm me.  For crying out loud I am standing in the middle of a snow storm with next to nothing on and I still feel too hot.  If it truly makes you uncomfortable then I will not make you do it.”
“I do not wish for you to see me differently, if I show you who I truly am you will think of me as nothing more than a monster. You will see me as the others do and I cannot lose you.” The brokenness in his voice made my heart literally ache for him.
“I will never think of you or see you any differently than I do in this moment.  The others may have their opinions of you, but to me you are no monster Loki. Nothing could tarnish what I truly see inside you that you hide away from the others.”  I meant every word I said, to me he was a kind, caring God that had been wronged and hurt by those he loved.
A small smile of hope tugged at his lips as he gave a solemn nod.  “As you wish.”
Stepping back, I allowed the grin to stay in place on my face.  My eyes drifted closed as my arms raised out to my sides.   I felt the power coursing through my body reaching my fingertips. My eyes snapped open to watch the tiny crystals dance around me before I concentrated all of my energy into pulling them into a ball.
Closing my hands around them I felt the bijou shards taking on the shape in which I wanted them.  The icy feel coursed through my entire body focusing all of my powers into manipulating the delicate particles.  Once they took their shape I relaxed my body allowing my powers to go fall back dormant until I chose to use them again.
Smiling at the awe struck look on Loki’s face I couldn’t help but feel proud of myself, of my powers.  Grabbing his hand, I faced it palm up placing the small figurine of myself and him into it.
“It’s not much I know, but I didn’t feel like destroying part of the tower tonight.”  I chuckled slightly because when I first moved in I had indeed accidentally destroyed a room in the tower.
Loki shook his head smiling.  “This is exquisitely beautiful Y/n.  I am afraid my part of this arrangement will not be quite as lovely as yours.”
Gingerly he placed my tiny trinkets down on the ledge, handling them with such gentle care that it was hard for me to imagine him almost destroying the city.  Stepping a few paces back from me he bowed his head, eyes falling closed, his shoulders slumping forward only slightly.  My eyes never left his body as he showed me what he really looked like.
I watched as his once pale skin took on the most beautiful shade of blue I had ever seen in my entire life.  My eyes traced the markings that appeared on his skin to where they disappeared down his neck and under the collar of his shirt.  Taking a few steps I closed the distance between him and I, placing my hand lightly on his bicep.
Upon the contact his head rose and his eyes snapped open revealing a magnificent red that now replaced his once sparkling blue orbs. A look of despair crossed his handsome face and I realized that I had allowed a few tears to slide from my eyes. His hand came up to wipe them away and I could not help but to snuggle my cheek farther into his icy embrace.
“I am sorry, I did not wish for you to see me like this and now I see that I should not have.”  Loki’s voice was filled with heartache as he turned to leave pulling his hand from my face.
Reaching out I gripped onto his hand pulling him back to face me, enjoying the cold as our skin made contact.  “No Loki, I was not crying because I was afraid.  I…You are so beautiful; I have never seen something so breath taking in all of my days.”
Tentatively he placed his hand back to my cheek, a small smile playing on his lips.  “Could you ever love a monster such as myself?”
Smiling up at him I dropped his hand from my, placing them now around the back of his neck.  As I tilted my head I pulled him down reveling in the icy spark that coursed through me as his lips meet mine.  After a moment of shock Loki started to kiss me back with a kiss that was so full of love and adoration, that it took my breath away.  No other kiss I had ever shared had made me feel like I did in that moment.
My hands moved from the back of his neck into the dark, soft locks that I had only dreamed of running my fingers through as his free arm moved around my waist pulling me tightly to him.  The artic feeling that flowed from his body to mine made me feel like I had finally found my home.  When breathing became a necessity once more we finally pulled away from one another.
Taking a few moments to finally catch my breath I looked back up into his once again blue eyes.  “I already told you Loki, you will never be a monster to me.  I already love you.”
A true smile formed on his face as I saw his eyes fill with pure joy before he pulled me in for another quick kiss.  “And I love you Y/n.  I will love you for all of my days.”
Leaving A Mark
ORIGINAL IMAGINE: Imagine that everyone on Asgard has a soul mate, who is shown to them by a marking on their skin that comes to them when they hit puberty. Loki thinks he doesn’t have a soul mate since he has no mark and then he meets a girl and falls for her only to realize he is Jotun and then when he becomes his Jotun form a mark is there.
NOTES/WARNINGS: I thought I should mention Síofra is an Irish name that means ;changling’ or fairy. Just in case anyone is interested. It is pronounced She-Fra
As he rode across the Bifrost with Thor, Sif and the Warrior’s Three, Loki felt anxious about their trip to Alfheim. He had previously wanted to go to the elfin realm, but with all that had occurred in such a sort time, he could not even recall why.
On landing from the Bifrost journey, he soon recalled. Behind Princess Hildegard, stood Síofra, her head, as always, bowed to the ground, her long brown hair only half tied back, framing her face beautifully.
