“Maybe because you were so good at hiding things. You were so excellent at pulling all the feelings you have inside. That no matter how hard I tried to look for it, there’s nothing else to see. I mean, there’s nothing I can find so easily. Or maybe, you’re not really hiding something away from me.” she said as if her eyes were trying to figure out something.
He smiled sadly as he quietly uttered, “There’s nothing to be envious about.” he stopped for a second and looked at her.
Then, he said, “I wasn’t good at hiding. Honestly, I even showed you everything I can just to make you happy. Yes…it’s actually true. That I am not hiding anything away from you. Maybe…maybe you were just looking for something else.” he looked away from her and finally pulled out his heart and said, “Something that you hadn’t seen and will never see in me.”

❛ not all spells are bad, you must stray away from the bad magic. ❜ ❛ there’s nothing wrong with a bit of magic, as long as it’s for the good. ❜ ❛ you’re like a vase and the magic is the water. ❜ ❛ i don’t need magic to see that. ❜ ❛ not every spell is considered to be bad. ❜ ❛ this spell book here contains no such bad magic nor will it ever. ❜ ❛ i’m working up a new potion. it’s for the greater good, of course. ❜ ❛ i’ve never used my powers/magic for anything but good things. ❜ ❛ there is no competition with magic, you either possess, or you don’t. ❜ ❛ no one power/magic is better nor greater than the other. ❜ ❛ remember, everything you learn is to be used for good. ❜ ❛ you think every witch/sorcerer is bad? do i look evil to you? ❜ ❛ i’ve only ever used my magic/powers for good. ❜ ❛ it’s not the magic/powers that are bad, it’s the person who possesses it. ❜ ❛ there is good and bad in everything, you must always chose to be good. ❜ ❛ my powers/magic are not a weapon! i will not be treated as such! ❜ ❛ i cannot help you with your wishes, it’s far too evil. ❜ ❛ magic is a delicate thing and i treat it as such. ❜ ❛ i don’t always use magic/my powers, i don’t always need to. ❜ ❛ it is a blessing not a curse, it’s only a curse if you wish to do evil. ❜ ❛ i did come here to show off my powers/magic, what do you take me for? ❜ ❛
i’m not a witch! i’m a person possessing magic. big difference.
❜ ❛ these are healing potions, they will heal just about any form of life. ❜ ❛ the good always outweighs the bad, just remember that. ❜ ❛ it’s best to use magic/powers when you understand them. ❜
❛ i’ve never used magic for anything other than evil. ❜ ❛ i will be the greatest and the most powerful, mark my words. ❜ ❛ i’ve hexed so many people, i’ve lost count. ❜ ❛ a curse is never easy to lift, hence the sole purpose of it. ❜ ❛ what’s the point in having powers/magic, if you don’t take advantage? ❜ ❛ you have always abused your magical privileges. ❜ ❛ i wouldn’t use my powers/magic for the good if it was life and death. ❜ ❛ you really only know how to cast curses/hexes? ❜ ❛ i specialize in curses and hexes only, anything else is just noise. ❜ ❛ shhh, you shouldn’t even speak of such dark magic. ❜ ❛ this book is full of the darkest magic you’ll ever read. ❜ ❛ what is the difference between voodoo and dark magic? ❜ ❛ dark magic is wonderful, you learn the most from it. ❜ ❛ there are so many hexes/curses to cast, i never know which one to pick. ❜ ❛ have you ever had a curse/hex casted upon you? ❜ ❛ there is no such thing as good magic. ❜ ❛ why are you so wicked with such a beautiful gift? ❜ ❛ you do not deserve to possess magic/powers. ❜ ❛ i’ve got a wicked idea in mind, want to hear? it involves magic. ❜ ❛ the best magic of all, of course, is dark magic. ❜ ❛ have you ever wanted to step into voodoo? ❜ ❛ this a book of dark magic/voodoo, but it is not easy to open. ❜ ❛ you have to do a sacrifice to get this dark magic/voodoo book open. ❜ ❛ have you ever participated in voodoo ritual? it’s very liberating. ❜ ❛ all of these spells contain blood and sacrifice… ❜
what witch/sorcerer doesn’t own a spell book?
❜ ❛ for future reference, never interrupt my ritual again. ❜ ❛ gemstones are great collectibles for healing. ❜ ❛ every movie about witchcraft is kind of off point, i feel. ❜ ❛ i’m unable to use magic/my powers until i’m older. ❜ ❛ do you fly on broom stick and all that? ❜ ❛ it’s actually rather hard to stir up a potion. ❜ ❛ i don’t own a wand nor a broom stick, but i will drop a house on you. ❜ ❛ spell books are often hard to find. ❜ ❛ i could close my eyes, pretend to concentrate and you would be scared. ❜ ❛ you know they used to hang witches back in the olden days. ❜ ❛ this isn’t a spell, this is common sense. ❜ ❛ this isn’t magic, it’s just glitter. ❜ ❛ i’ve always wanted to live in a cabin in the woods though. ❜ ❛ the best time to do a ritual is of an evening. ❜ ❛ would like to do a healing ritual with me? it’s harmless. ❜ ❛ let’s go candle shopping, come on! i love candles! ❜ ❛ i’m still human, you know, with feelings! ❜ ❛ you know, there is something else i possess; feelings! ❜ ❛ look, it’s really not like any of that. ❜ ❛ what’s so special about it? nothing, of course. it’s not special. ❜ ❛ i don’t feel any greater or better because of it. ❜ ❛ there are spells/potions that can be used for both, good and evil. ❜ ❛ i would rather not use magic/my powers, i’d rather pretend i don’t have any. ❜ ❛ i would never flaunt it as if it’s something so great to have! ❜
It’s ok to have birth-certificate days. 💛💛You aren’t less valuable or valid if your appearance “matches” the assumptions people make about you. You can look boy-butch, or fem, or something else, whenever you need to…
We all want to challenge the system.
We all want to preach the truth about the fluidity and floppiness of gender.
And some days, all the work that goes into PROVING YOU EXIST might be too much. Some days, you want to feel safe and not have people stare or threaten you. And that’s ok! Warriors and crusaders refuel and take breaks. And your identity is fluid after all, right? There will be times when the liquid of your identity looks like it reinforces what the world assumes about gender. People will look at you and see “boy” or “girl” and they won’t see the full rainbow of who you are.
BUT KNOW THIS: constantly snatching the gender-truths that people cling to out of their grasping hands can be exhausting. Its not always your job to be snatching. It’s ok to take a break. You are no less valid or heroic for wearing whatever you wear💛💛😊
No one would have ever imagined that hardcore badass Jeon Jungkook, the most well-known tattoo artist in the town, the guy who dropped out to follow his passion, was best friends with beautiful, sweet, top-scoring university student, Y/N.
Physically, they seemed to be polar opposites. He had dragons inked onto his skin, three piercings on his left ear and two on his right, and always wore black; whilst you were a bright, clean slate – but you knew that was what he loved about you.
A/N : SO many of you asked for a part two, so here it is!! I hope you all enjoy!!
Warning ; language?
Work had been such a pain in the ass this entire week. You were exhausted and annoyed, and part of you wanted to quit.
But it was your dream. Even if you were playing as assistant for now, you knew it would all be worth it in the end.
Luckily you had someone to keep you from going crazy.
Jensen had texted you almost every single day since you had accidentally texted him instead of your best friend, Bonnie.
He was the only thing that you looked forward too. Which you weren’t sure if that was a good or bad thing.
Having someone to vent too, talk to about anything and not feel judged. It was beyond the best feeling in the world. It almost felt like you had known him forever.
But tonight, you two planned to finally FaceTime each other.
No more hiding behind texts.
You were kind of nervous, but also excited. To talk to the actor you had crushed on forever. It all felt so surreal.
Laying in bed, you saw your phone light up and his name appear on the screen. Immediately your stomac fluttered.
“You got this.” You whispered to yourself.
You gently pressed the green button answer the call, and breathed in a sharp breath.
Once the picture cleared, and you were finally able to see his face, you Felt like you were on cloud nine.
Jensen had a big smile on his face, as he looked at his screen. There you were on his phone. No longer a still picture that he looked at almost everyday. You were mesmerizing to say the least, breath taking.
He was excited and nervous about this moment since you agreed to FaceTime the night before. It was the only thing he could think about, which kept messing him up during his scenes.
“Your voice is a lot higher than I imagined.” You chuckled. “I guess I was expecting Dean’s voice.”
Jensen belted out into laughter, his head cocking back. Once he was able to compose himself, he cleared his throat. “I have no idea what you’re talking about.” He said, making his voice low.
After a while, you both went back and forth for what seemed like an eternity. He talked about his life as an actor and how much he enjoyed it. And you talked about your life.
There was never a dull moment which was weird since you were used to those awkward pauses and short conversations with the guys you dated.
“Okay-” you said, laying on your side as you plopped your phone down beside you, with a pillow holding it up so you didn’t have to use your hand. “What’s your favorite prank you’ve done on set?”
Jensen purses his lips and thought just for a second before remembering the craziest thing he had done.
“Well this one time, Jared and I wanted to mess with the new guy, which in this case was misha.” He said. “Well while he was taking a shower in his trailer, Jared and I snuck in, took all of his clothes and towels and left an elephant g-string. Let’s just say, he wasn’t too thrilled.”
“Oh my god.” You laughed so hard, your entire body was shaking. Your stomach constricted and you couldn’t stop.
Jensen watched you through his screen, admiring the pure sound of your laughter. He decided to take a screenshot, to remember this moment forever.
“Oh my god!” You said once again. “I can only imagine what he looked like.”
“Yeah–"he chuckled. “Wasn’t a pretty sight.” Jensen leaned back in his chair, and rubbed his eyes as he yawned. Tilting his head back.
“Tired, old man?” You teased. He returned his gaze back to his screen, and flashed a smirk. “Just a little.”
“I can go so you can get some sleep.”
Jensen sighed, wishing to see you in person. To feel you and actually meet you. It’s only been two weeks, but it’s been the best two weeks of his life. No one has ever made him feel the way you made him feel. It was strange. He didn’t want to hang up, let alone stop talking to you. If he could, he would stay on the phone forever.
“Not yet.” He said. “I don’t want to say bye yet.” Your lips curved into a soft smile, feeling your stomach flutter.
“Me neither.” You muttered.
Jensen walked over to his bed, and laid down. His body resting into the mattress.
This was the moment he was going to cherish forever. The first night you two actually spoke to each other, and it was everything he imagined and more.
“Comfortable?” You asked.
He smiled. “Yeah, feels good to finally lay in bed.”
“I know what you mean.” You chuckled. “I look forward to it every day.”
“Well now you have something else to look forward too.” He said.
You cocked your brow, intrigued by his statement. “Oh yeah? What else do I have to look forward too?”
A/N: So I originally intended for this to be the last part of Skyline, but because things needed to be explained so much, the story is getting a bit longer than I anticipated. For that reason, there will be a Skyline pt. 6!! I almost wish there wasn’t, because I love the evenness and finality of five parts, but what can you do. Special thanks to Zoe and Jen for helping me brainstorm ideas, and for giving me feedback!! Also, just a reminder, I do not have a tags list!! I really hope you guys enjoy pt. 5!!!
You really had no idea how Spider-Man did it. How could he walk around in his civilian
life, bursting at the seams with the secret of his powers, and not tell
anybody? How could he stay up half the
night roaming the streets of Queens and keeping them safe? How did he balance his hero responsibilities
with those of a typical teenager? You
were sure that, if the radioactive spider had bitten you, you would not have
been able to handle it like Spider-Man did.
You felt the change immediately when you woke up the
morning after your night with Spider-Man.
After crossing all those lines that the two of you had so carefully left
uncrossed for months, you had stayed up almost all night, just talking (and
also kissing a little bit? But really,
could anyone blame you? He was a super
hero). Once Spider-Man had left around
four am, you had had less than two hours of sleep once your alarm rang at
six. And by the time you made it to
school, you had felt like death warmed over.
That day had been a groggy fog of trying to stay awake and coherent
until school was over, and you were tucked away in your cozy bed.
Everyone learns differently. Some people like to ask questions in class, others like to watch videos that they can pause and replay, and even more people could prefer to just tinker and see what happens (I’m personally a tinkerer). The first thing you should do when learning on your own (so probably online or through books) is to do some research and know how you like to learn.
So, let’s start with… what even is “Graphic Design”?
Let’s get this straight… graphic designers aren’t fine artists. They are problem solvers, visual communicators, and sometimes curators of information in an aesthetically pleasing way. We organize information and try to make the world an easier-to-understand and more beautiful place. Of course, there are other fields like advertising where we communicate to customers why they should buy certain products. Or there are User Interface/Experience designers that will develop websites and video game interfaces and design how you interact with it. Look into graphic design and see what field you want to be in. What do you want to do with graphic design?
Fun fact, the google definition says: “the art or skill of combining text and pictures in advertisements, magazines, or books.” and to that, I’d like to say we do SO MUCH MORE.
Now that you know what you’re doing…Here’s the VERY BRIEF process! (I may make individual posts for each step later on)
Learn the basics
Typography, how to use the basic principles of line, shape, color, and so on is usually for everyone no matter your field.
Basics like composition are also very important. If you’re into editorial then typographic spreads will be more of your focus. If you’re in web design then seeing how websites are typically laid out will be a thing to look into. Basic typography, color theory, and principles still apply!
Basics and principles are a google search (or a book) away! Everyone talks about these things ALL the time.
Look up inspiration and develop an “eye” for design
Follow design blogs! Follow other designers! On all of your social media! (There are so many Tumblr blogs and Instagram accounts solely dedicated to graphic design curation).
Look into the big names of the industry
Why were they remembered? Everyone else in the field probably remembers them for that, too.
What was so great about them? Apply what you learn to your own work!
If they’re well known, they probably have at least decent work to get inspired from!
Research is done… time to do some work!
If you’re just starting out, there are some things you’re probably not used to. Doing things by hand with sharpie markers on paper will definitely help train your eye and mind to think more about communication, not pretty things.
Abstract things down into simple shapes. Then try communicating that same object with fewer shapes. Maybe only lines? Geometric style? Play around with communication! This is key when you get into icons, logos, and other visuals that require a more minimal look.
Remember, you make information more easily accessible. The best logos are easy to remember because they are simple and effective. Your work may one day need that kind of punch!
The jump from traditional to digital
It’s time to learn about your program(s) of choice… my biggest piece of advice would be to just mess with it. Learning on your own by trying to make something is one of the best ways to train your mind and body on how to use the programs.
Try every tool. Try making basic shapes. Then make basic objects with those shapes. Then try making a person or something more complicated. Try to test every tool to see what you’d use it for!
Don’t know anything or how to do something? Google it! If you’re asking there’s probably 5+ different YouTube videos, 3+ articles, and 100+ tutorials on how to do it.
Let’s work on projects!
Now that you’re familiar with the history, principles, other designers, and the programs… just keep on making stuff!
Making your own projects (make your own website, business cards, a flyer for a club, a T-Shirt, and so on…) is my biggest recommendation on how to learn graphic design. Actually applying everything you’ve learned will make you think in a problem-solving way! Also sharing things that you’ve made that actually matter is way more fun than sharing a fancy circle you made with no context. (You can say “look at this T-Shirt I made!” instead of “look at this weird circle I made!”)
Get feedback from designers and non-designers
Once you’ve made stuff… ask everyone! Non-designers will give you a client’s perspective of your work. A designer’s perspective will help you grow as a designer and they may see things that you and your average person wouldn’t have noticed. (you’re always free to ask me if you’d like!)
Please remember to not take feedback personally (unless they’re being rude, then just ignore them). You’re learning and growing and there’s always room for improvement. A lot of feedback is not a bad thing!
Being a designer isn’t easy. That T-Shirt you made that took you a couple days? Someone could say they don’t get it. Other designers could say there was a better way to execute your idea. Another person may even say it looks like something else!
When you design you have to expect to make revisions, rethinking, and making more revisions until it’s at a good enough place to publish. But no matter what, you have to remember that it’s not about PERFECTION. It’s about getting it DONE and learning to grow. No one is perfect, and it’s mostly subjective, so just take the criticism you agree with and don’t apply what you disagree with. As a designer, you should know what’s right, wrong, or what you should consider bringing up to other designers.
KEEP MAKING MORE STUFF! You can even remake older stuff as you go on! Just keep going!
That’s my super brief process!
Now honestly, I could’ve gotten down into the nitty gritty details of each step, but this is basically how I’d suggest going about it if you want to get a head start before getting into college, or you want to just learn on your own.
If you guys have any additional questions or want me to go more in-depth about anything, feel free to let me know! :)
BTS REACTION : They’re horny but the two of you aren’t alone in the dorm
You were sitting on Namjoon’s lap. The two of you were in the middle of a heated make out session. You heard the door of Namjoon’s studio open : you stopped kissing. It was Jimin, he came in to talk to the two of you. After a couple minutes, the leader interrupted him.
Both of you were very needy. You started kissing and it was clear that this simple makeout was going to grow into something else. But before that, Hoseok stopped you and looked at you, straight in the eyes.
Seokjin and you were alone in the dorm. Or at least, you thought you were… Seokjin was kissing your neck, and a small moan escaped your lips when his mouth met your weak spot. After that, the two of you heard someone giggling behind the bedroom door. Seokjin got up, opened the door and found Taehyung and Jungkook standing in the hallway.
You were in Yoongi and Jin’s shared bedroom. You started teasing Yoongi, turning him into a horny mess. He couldn’t handle it anymore so he asked Seokjin, who was peacefully reading, to leave the bedroom…
Seokjin looked up and stared at the two of you but didn’t move. He ignored Yoongi and went back to reading his book.
Jungkook and you were in the living room, in the middle of a heated makeout session when you both heard the keys turning and the front door opening. You stopped and Jungkook was pissed, wanting to go further with you.
Namjoon walked into the living room, looking at the two of you with a suspicious look.
The two of you were laying in Jimin’s bed and Yoongi was taking a nap on the couch, in the same room. He started rubbing your thigh before slowly sliding his hand in your panties, with a smirk on his face.
“Jimin ! Yoongi is sleeping right next to us !” you whispered
You were in the middle of a VERY hot makeout session. You were about to go further but Taehyung stopped the kiss. You thought you were alone with your boyfriend, but apparently not…
If you just “have a feeling” or think you know something, trust yourself. It doesn’t matter if it doesn’t seem logical, it doesn’t matter if you don’t consider yourself empathic, claircognizant, or clairsentient. If you think you should stop whatever you’re doing, be it spell or mundande task, stop. If you think you should walk a different way, do it. Your intuition will guide you and warn you of events to come, and guide you to exactly where you need to be and when. You have spirits, guides, angels, ancestors, elementals, deities, or whatever else looking after you. If something seems right, it probably is. This being said, don’t get paranoid about every thought you have coming true. If it’s something you need to know, you’ll just know.
Some of my witchy friends keep their practice secret for various reasons, so here’s a handful of tips for witches trying to do the same!
-Take up an interest in stones/zodiac/plants/etc
-Design your altar inside a shoebox that can easily be closed and hidden away
-Drink lots and lots of tea
-Dress or paint your nails in corresponding colors
-Use a cleansing spray as perfume/air freshener
-Use herbs when you cook for correspondences
-Stir things clockwise
-If you’re not a tea fan, use ingredients in your coffee corresponding with intent/goal for the day (ie cinnamon or mint for luck/prosperity, sugar for a sweet day, etc)
-Take advantage of various mundane tools (cosmic witches can use galaxy themed objects, art witches can use paint water for potions and things, green witches can use a rake as a broom, so on.)
-Cleanse and clean at the same time! Wash negative energy off your floors/dishes, sweep away negativity, etc.)
-Incense is a relatively normal thing nowadays, and candles are always cool. Carve symbols into candles, use incense according to scent to cleanse or whatever
-Draw sigils in places that are difficult to see: purse, wallet, shoes, etc
-Enchant/charm various items you use daily (charm your keys so that they’re difficult to use
-If you don’t mind not speaking aloud, speak spells in your head
-Store your supplies in places where people won’t go, such as under your bed or in the back of your closet.
-If you’re making moon/star/sun water, leave it in a plastic water bottle. Of anyone asks, tell them you’re just a little messy and forgot to put it away or something.
-Make spell jars look like galaxy jars, candle holders, etc and people will be much less suspicious
-If someone asks, tell them sigils are just random doodles/made up language/brand symbol/etc
-Open up your windows as much as possible to let in natural light/fresh air!
-Dress your house will pictures of the moon/planets/stars/patron god/goddess/etc because ~aesthetic~
-Make your grimoire/BoS/whatever you like to call it look like a notebook, document, file, or something else relatively unsuspicious
-Remember that you are a wonderful, qualified witch no matter what type of witchcraft you practice
Request: “A cute little Bucky X Reader idea popped into my head today. How about the reader always writes reminders/her To Do list on her hands, so she always has writing in them. She’s so busy all the time that she often falls asleep wherever she sits down in the tower. When she wakes up she sometimes finds new notes written on her hands written by none other than the Bucky Barnes. Do what you wish with this little idea, I trust your creative genius! Thank you always for writing 💜” - @lovelyladylilac
