I can’t post more than 10 images, but after this, that girl deleted my friend @maepisu’s fic.
Could you help me to share this so people can know how piece of shit this girl is? And this way knowing that you can’t trust her. My friend got her work deleted and there is nothing she can do, I am very angry, this is unfair. And you can also appreciate how she insulted her for not writting english properly being a bilingual, when she just knows how to speak english, I hate this kind of people….
So please, help us sharing this to tell other people about her.
Thank you for your help.

Hey guys in light of the news of Chester’s death, this is a reminder, and an advise session from someone who had to go to a psychiatric hospital, PLEASE seek help when you need it. There are places you can go people you can trust. Your heroes, these rock stars, they wouldn’t want YOU to follow in their steps.
Please, remember there’s no shame in getting help.

a quick announcement about spoilers

hey everyone! two things real quick:

firstly, if you’re going to the Voltron panel at SDCC and/or watching the livestream and/or plan on watching the first episode of season 3 some other way after it’s shown - please remember to tag your spoilers! even if you’re just reblogging stuff! not everyone will want to/be able to see the panel/Q&A/trailer/episode/whatever, so you can help other fans by tagging all your spoilers so people can avoid them if they wish.

secondly - this blog will be spoiler-free until… probably about a week after S3 drops on Netflix. i won’t post anything from the trailer (if there is one) or from episode 1 (if it leaks online) and i won’t post any screencaps from S3 until about a week after it goes live.

this is for two reasons:

  1. i know not everyone likes spoilers and not everyone will get to watch the show on the day of release, and i want to give people a chance to catch up on the new episodes before i start posting screencaps from them
  2. from a practical point of view i won’t be able to get S3 screencaps until i’ve had a chance to rewatch the whole season and find the caps i want, so it will be a while before you see them on the blog

once i start posting things from S3, i will tag them as ‘vld 3′ and ‘voltron spoilers’. those are the tags you need to block if you don’t want to get spoiled for S3. i will continue tagging spoilers throughout August, so everyone will have a whole month to catch up on the new episodes. you can use something like {xkit} to blacklist tags if you want to avoid spoilery posts.

this blog is running on a bit of a reduced queue at the moment because IRL stuff has kept me busy and i’ve been away for a whole month - but rest assured i will be back in full force after S3 and ready to celebrate the return of the bloof!

anonymous asked:

I tend to get irritated really easily, and I have some days where anything anyone says to me will make me irrationally angry/irritated and I just want to scream or cry or lock myself in my room and never talk to anyone again. It usually happens when someone tells me to do something I don't want to do. Could this be an adhd thing, or something else? or am I being silly and just have an angry personality?

This sounds like an ADHD thing to me. I get that way sometimes too. Have you noticed whether this tendency is stronger when you’re under stress or haven’t been getting enough sleep? That’s when my irritability is at its worst.

There are some things you can do, like doing your best to ensure that your physical health is good and your stress levels are low, but you also have to learn some self-calming techniques to help yourself keep from exploding at people. A therapist can help you learn these (my counsellor is working on them with me!) if you have one, or you can look up Cognitive Behaviour Therapy or Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for some things that might help.

So I've been seeing a lot of stuff about changing one's name/making one's name more gender neutral. And something I've used in the past is Behind The Name because it can generate gender neutral names, and has lists of gender neutral names, and can direct you to more neutral forms of a gendered name. Thought I'd let you know so it can maybe help some people out. Thanks!

Thank you fo r the information!!!

What does pronoun validation mean?

You give us your name an pronouns and we write a little paragraph using them for you! It can really help some people with dysphoria. :)

You can still be a charitable person who helps and cares about people, without helping those very people destroy your life. Learn how to draw a line and learn how to enforce it. Get selfish and take care of you. You must clear out what you don’t want, to make room for what you do want to arrive. The way to send a clear message that you are ready for better people in your life is to kick the rascals to the curb. We strive our whole lives to love people unconditionally, but sometimes we need to get rid of people unconditionally. — Bryant McGill

RIP Chester

Lead singer of Linkin Park committed suicide. I know people give the band shit for their ‘edgy, emo’ music, but honestly it resonated a lot with me as a teenager because I had undiagnosed major depression during that time.

It does a lot for a person if something can pull them out of themselves even for 3-4 minutes, even if it’s just agreeing ‘yeah this shit fucking sucks’.

If you or anyone you know is depressed/feeling suicidal, please get help. There are people you can talk to, and no one deserves to go out that way.

im not anti-self dx per say but when i see 14 year olds on here diagnosing themselves with 3 personality disorders it’s really hard to be supportive since their personalities are still developing and therefore will change as they mature and get older. also, the mental health community on here isn’t so healthy at times. often times i see people shutting down others for simply giving advice on how to feel better/what you can do to help yourself…this is especially toxic for impressionable young people who will take anything they see and form the same beliefs. this goes for diagnosing yourself as well; by saying there is no way to see a doctor because of the bias of mental health professionals, costs, etc. you are essentially telling young people to not even try to reach out. although i do understand where many people are coming from when they talk about the flaws in the mental health system it is still best to reach out if/when you can…that being said once again i’m not completely anti-self dx but i do believe it is not completely necessary. professionals give diagnosis to help them figure out what meds/treatment can help and unless you are using your diagnosis to help yourself it really is useless.

A while back some of you asked us to put together a video on ADHD. Since most people already know what ADHD is, and it’s not uncommon for people to suffer from it, we thought we put out one debunking myths or misconceptions about it. If you’ve enjoyed this video, can you help us share it so more people can learn?

Interviewing your Crystals

This is a fairly simple spread that I came up with after buying some new crystals and not really knowing what to do with them. This is just one of the many ways you can get to know your crystals and find out how to put them to good use!

1. What are your energies?
I consider this to explain the overall ‘personality’ of the crystal. If you aren’t great at sensing energy, or can’t get a fix on the energy, this could help you.

2. What can you heal/cleanse?
So many people use crystals for healing and cleansing themselves, spaces, etc. Consider this the form of cleaning your crystal is best at.

3. In what ways can you fit into my practice?
There are so many hundreds of ways to use crystals! If you like to have specific crystals for specific things, this will help a lot.

4. What lessons can be learned from you?
Meditating and scrying with crystals can show you many things, and sometimes there are lessons to be learned. There might be a specific message this crystal wishes to get across.

As an added note, you can also use the first card to figure out what the crystal’s associations might be (that is if you’re like me and don’t always feel like common crystal associations fit 100% of the time).

Feel free to tag me or let me know how this spread works! It worked pretty well for me, and I’d love to see what other people think!!!

Self-Improvement with Astrology -☉Sun
  • The ego, life force, identity, who we are to become, our core energy
  • Ruler of Leo, exalted in Aries, fall in Libra, detriment in Aquarius

Stressful aspects to the sun can indicate issues with the father or the energies of the other planet(s) can be perceived as a threat to the individual’s identity and ego and they can display negative traits of the sign or appear immature. Sun in Libra/7th house or in Aquarius/11th house can have a harder time trying to establish their identity, Libra only having an image of the self in the presence of others and Aquarius finding themselves in groups and society. Aries/1st house and Leo/5th house, being strong placements for the sun, may not have as much difficulty. Aries has no trouble establishing and asserting their identity while Leo could never let anyone forget who they are. However, in understanding where positive aspects help and harsher aspects challenge, astrology can be used as a guide to grow and evolve.

Harmonious, soft aspects = talents, gifts, laziness
(sextiles, trines, conjunctions to benefics)

Harsh, hard aspects = challenges, blocks, diamonds in the rough
(squares, oppositions, conjunctions to malefics)

Sun/Moon: Soft: Nurturing figure supports identity, emotions align with who they are Hard: the nurturing figure doesn’t hold a consistent presence or influence, what they feel is at odds with who they are

Appreciate the nurturing figures in your life, whether it be your mother or a friend. Understand that receiving emotional support and expressing emotion does not make one weak or lesser of a person.

Sun/Mercury: The only aspect the sun can make with Mercury is the conjunction (sun and Mercury can only be 28 degrees apart at most). With the conjunction, thoughts and ideas are infused into and define the identity of the individual. If this person feels as though they are not being heard or truly listened to, they can take it as an offense or threat to who they are.

Understand that your voice is important and makes a difference whether or not you are speaking or are being heard directly. Resist the urge to analyze, define, and criticize every aspect of yourself.

Sun/Venus: The only major aspect the sun can make with Venus is the conjunction (max 48 degree distance between both planets). Here all of the qualities of Venus join with the identity of the individual. The individual can be all of the grace and charm typical of Venus, but requires love, affection, and attention to feel validated.

Love yourself and afford yourself the attention you might otherwise (negatively) seek from others. Avoid laziness and use your ability to harmonize to solve issues peacefully rather than ignoring them.

Sun/Mars: Soft: Easy assertion of the will, their desires and instincts align with who they are and who they strive to become Hard: Identity/Ego is asserted in situations where it may not be necessary, forceful nature and short temper can run roughshod on others

Assess situations before taking action. Know that putting down the sword can be more honorable than fighting to the death. Understand that roadblocks are put in to be driven around, not through (you’ll still reach your destination).

Sun/Jupiter: Soft: Ego is wise, identity easily grows and develops, individual naturally draws positive things to them Hard: Ego inflates like a cheap balloon and is just as fragile, they might get themselves in over their head and get out of trouble just by the skin of their teeth

Appreciate the fortunate nature of your life and every good thing that comes your way. Avoid pushing the limits just to see how far they go. Repay debts and stay in good character regardless of how you know people will treat you.

Sun/Saturn: Soft: Slow and steady growth of ego and formation of identity, although the identity may take a long time to form it is relatively peerless to the individual Hard: Ego tries to form either before it faces necessary lessons or it is met with debilitating situations before it can handle them, individual is constantly held in check

Listen to and acknowledge each lesson Saturn has to teach. Understand that Saturn will ultimately refine you and polish you with the finest grit. If you push, Saturn will push back, so roll with what life brings.

Sun/Uranus: Soft: The identity changes easily and quickly, the ego alters and adjusts in order to adapt and survive Hard: Difficulty handling change, individual may act out in shocking ways or dramatically alter some aspect of themselves, identity shifts suddenly as a result of being denied change by the father figure

Accept and find ways to handle and appreciate change. Understand that it is okay to change and to stand out. Being “unique” is not an uncommon thing. Life is never steady, let Uranus teach you how to maintain your balance.

Sun/Neptune: Soft: Ego is colored, but not defined by, the suffering and dreams of others, identity centers around artistic expression and higher vibrations of love Hard: Life feels too mundane, ego shaped by the issues of others, escapist tendencies, takes on issues they cannot handle

Understand that at the end of the day you have to close your eyes and go to sleep and let other people’s issues be their issues– not yours. Offer what of yourself that you can to help and guide people, but understand your own capabilities and limits.

Sun/Pluto: Soft: Individual transforms as necessary in their life, Ego is powerful and holds immense depth Hard: Ego refuses to change and grow without catastrophic event, individual does not face their deeper issues or is in a constant clash with them

Understand that true transformation comes when the things we refuse to face are looked at straight in the eye. The world is not out to get you and there is a generation of people who can benefit from your insight or learn something from you. Pluto will destroy what’s faulty if something better will be able to be put in its place.

College Life 101

Alrighty folks, here are some nifty tips on how I survived (and could have better survived) college:

  • As soon as you have your schedule, email your professors. Everyone. Especially if you have questions about the course, if you’re going to miss, etc. also make sure you do it from your school email, many professors will not check an email if it isn’t from a school address.
  • On move in day, bring a door stop.  moving in is so much easier when you don’t need someone to hold the door for everything.
  • Shoe racks and command strips/hooks will be your best friend. Use the racks for misc. things like utensils, seasonings, Keurig mixes, hot chocolate, etc.
  • Bring a whiteboard/corkboard. Write down your classes and anything you need to get done for those classes and make sure that you keep it updated. On the cork side post up papers with important numbers, a map of campus, and other things you get.
  • SIGN UP FOR ACTIVITIES (ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE ON A SMALL CAMPUS) otherwise you’re not going to have a fun experience. Even if it’s just something you THINK you may have a slight interest in, try it!
  • Go to one or two sporting events, just for the hell of it
  • Put important dates in your phone calendar or even a planner. Somewhere you will be reminded of them. Times and dates are critical.
  • Eat. and eat well.
  • Use chegg, upper classmen, or other resources for textbooks before you buy them. Campus bookstores are astronomically expensive and it can be a lot cheaper going somewhere else. I use Chegg and they also send you free tide pods, coffee samples, etc.
  • Bring medicine that you’ve used in the last two years, even if you haven’t used it in a while just to be safe.
  • If you’re gonna do laundry on the weekends Friday and Saturday nights OR Sunday mornings are prime time. Be prepared for staying up late or getting up early to do laundry
  • PUT. A TIMER. ON. YOUR. LAUNDRY. Seriously, when you have to share a laundry room there is nothing more annoying than someone who won’t move their laundry out for other people.
  • On a related note DO NOT THROW OTHER PEOPLE’S LAUNDRY ON THE FLOOR. Fold it up, leave it on the dryers or w/e with a little note. Don’t be an asshole.
  • Keep extra pads and tampons around everywhere you go. Help yourself and/or ya menstruating friends out.
  • Bring a phone/laptop charger with you throughout the day. I know I personally have some long breaks between my classes where I do homework and w/e
  • Use Google docs for your assignments, or other programs that back up your work to the cloud. My laptop broke halfway through the semester and the only thing that saved me was Google Docs because my school uses gmail
  • Download Groupme. Right now. Do it. It’s a great way to create group chats, keep them in one place, and keep them backed up somewhere, you’re gonna have some for group projects, your dorm, any programs, etc.
  • Bring a three hole punch, scissors, glue, tape, notecards, and binders. Also get pocketed folders for any important research papers you may need to turn in.
  • ALSO DRY ERASE MARKERS ARE A LIFE SAVER. bring them around for studying in empty classrooms it’s v helpful
  • COLOR CODE YOUR BINDERS/NOTE BOOKS/STICKY NOTES. Your binder for one class and all its accessories should be one colors. Color organize your notes. (If you’re colorblind, use patterns or something simple for you.)
  • Try typing up your notes after classes, save them to your laptop and whatever online thing you use. Sometimes you’ll need your notes and you either won’t have your notebook, laptop, or both and it can be very important to keep your notes accessible.
  • Make use of tutoring services or other students/friends that are good in your classes. C’s get degrees and if people can help you understand it better then WOO
  • Try not to miss too many classes, but if you do make sure you contact your professors about it (or someone in that class.)
  • Sleep is v important, but can also be too good so set alarms at least a half hour before your classes to get ready and go.

Take deep breaths. Make friends. Take no shit, do no harm

((These are based off of my personal experiences, feel free to add on if you think of something))

💗30 Days of Self Love 💗

This is a 30 day challenge meant to help people improve their self-esteem and learn to love and appreciate themselves a little bit more! You can start this challenge whenever you want, completing each day in the order listed or in whatever order you prefer. If any day is too uncomfortable to complete you can feel free to skip it and come back to it later or just skip it entirely.

If you choose to do this challenge please tag your posts with #30DaySelfLoveChallenge or #30 Day Self Love Challenge so everyone else who is doing it can view all the responses!

💗 Day 01: On a scale from 1-10 (with 1 being “horrible, can’t possibly be any worse” and 10 being “wonderful, can’t possibly be any better”), how would you rate your self-esteem right now? Why would you rate it that way?

💗 Day 02: List out at least 5 accomplishments or achievements you’ve made that you are proud of. These can be small or large, recent or made further back.

💗 Day 03: List out at least 5 non-physical things you like about yourself. These can be personality traits, talents, things you’ve done for other people, etc.

💗 Day 04: List out at least 5 physical things you like about yourself.

💗 Day 05: People are often kinder to others than they are to themselves, so imagine yourself from the perspective of a loved one. If you were your own best friend, what would your outside impression of yourself be?

💗 Day 06: Think of how old you were when you first started struggling with your self-esteem and write a letter of encouragement to your younger self.

💗 Day 07: List out at least 5 compliments people have given you. These can be compliments from people IRL or online and they can be about anything.

💗 Day 08: List out at least 5 good things that have happened recently. These can be things that have happened to you or to someone else or even just good stories you’ve heard in the news.

💗 Day 09: When your emotions get to be too much, what are some healthy things you can do to ground you and help you calm down? List out as many as you can think of.

💗 Day 10: Imagine you have a loved one who is on a long voyage (to sea, outer space, wherever) and misses you desperately. What would they write in a letter to you? What would they miss about you? Write a love letter to yourself.

💗 Day 11: List out at least 5 quotes that inspire you or make you feel happy.

💗 Day 12: List out at least 5 songs that make you happy when you listen to them.

💗 Day 13: Imagine the perfect day. What does it look like for you? Describe the weather, where you’re at, what you’re doing, who (if anyone) you’re with, and how it all makes you feel.

💗 Day 14: Many people have a problem with comparing themselves negatively to others. Take a moment to truly acknowledge the progress you have made in life without comparing that progress to anyone else. How have you become a better person? What hobbies do you have that you’ve improved at? What other areas of your life (no matter how small) have you gotten better in? List out as many examples as you can think of.

💗 Day 15: Being positive towards others can often help people be positive about themselves, so take some time and send anonymous positive messages to at least 10 people. These can be compliments or just a “hope you have a good day!”, to people you follow or just random people in tags you track. Look at how these people react to your messages and describe how it makes you feel.

💗 Day 16: List out at least 5 fictional characters you admire or connect with and describe what it is you admire about them.

💗 Day 17: What is your favorite positive interest or hobby? Describe how you first got into it and what you like about it.

💗 Day 18: List out at least 5 “I will ___” statements that you can apply to your day-to-day life in order to be more positive (example: I will believe people when they compliment me, I will ignore the voice in my head that tells me to doubt myself, etc.).

💗 Day 19: List out at least 5 coping statements. Coping statements are statements you use in order to feel better about yourself/your current state (example: I’m going to be okay, My feelings are difficult but I can handle them, I will survive this situation, etc).

💗 Day 20: Go outside. Use all your senses to observe your environment and identify things around you that you like, that make you feel calm or happy. Describe what those things are, what you see/hear/feel/smell that makes you feel calm or happy.

💗 Day 21: Everyone makes mistakes. What defines people is not that they have made mistakes but that they have learned from them and made an effort to do better in the future. List out at least 1 mistake you have made (using however much or little detail as you feel comfortable with) and describe how you have learned from it and grown as a person after making it.

💗 Day 22: List out at least 5 good deeds you have done for other people. These can be small things or large ones and can be as simple as something nice you’ve done for/said to someone rather than an actual favor.

💗 Day 23: List out at least 5 things that make you laugh. These can be jokes, movies, youtube videos or anything else.

💗 Day 24: What are you insecure about? Divide these things into two lists: things you can change and things you can’t. Now imagine that someone else has made this list. What advice or words of support would you give them about their insecurities?

💗 Day 25: What bad habits do you have? Make a list of them sorted by the ones you think will be easiest to break to the hardest. Beside of each bad habit write out things you can do in order to improve on them or ideas for more positive things you can do as alternatives to whatever the bad habit is.

💗 Day 26: What good habits do you have? What things do you already do that are positive and healthy and how did you come to start doing them? What advice would you give to people who struggle with those things?

💗 Day 27: Imagine your ideal self, focusing mostly on non-physical traits. How would this person feel about themself? What kind of person are they? What kind of friend are they to the people they care about? How is this ideal self different from you as you are now? List out things you can do in order to be more like them.

💗 Day 28: List out at least 5 short-term goals (things you want to do this week/this month/this year) and at least 5 long-term goals (things you want to do in the next 5+ years).

💗 Day 29: List out at least 5 reasons to stay alive.

💗 Day 30: Now that the challenge is over, rate your self-esteem again. On a scale from 1 to 10 (with 1 being “horrible, can’t possibly be any worse” and 10 being “wonderful, can’t possibly be any better”), where is your self-esteem at now? Why would you rate it that way? List out the things you have learned about yourself from doing this challenge and how you can continue to improve your self-esteem from here on out.
