sometimes, a loaded salad in a bowl as big as your head is all you need :)

bowl contains: kale, steamed broccoli, cherry tomatoes, celery, sweet baby pepper, avocado, fuji apple, and a baked egg! whew, did i forget anything? ^^

dessert last night!

microwave baked apple :)

-core apple, place in a bowl & cover.
-microwave for 3 minutes.
-add a spoonful of nut butter.
-microwave covered for an additional 2 minutes.
-add more toppings! here, i added frozen blueberries, walnuts, honey, & cinnamon <3

be careful though- it’ll be super hot!
