Sometimes in life, amidst the chaos of whatever is going on, even if we are in a city of 15 million people, we may notice a nagging voice inside of our heads, urging us to thieve a peaceful moment in time for just ourselves.
In Bangkok, perhaps this will mean waking up early to practice yoga on the ledge outside of your hostel window; even if the ledge parallels with a five metre drop.
For most of this year I’d been working in Vancouver’s largest yoga studio. It’s been awesome hanging out with so many inspiring people everyday and beginning to scratch the surface of what will presumably become a lifelong practice.
As today is my last day living in Vancouver I’ve finished working there; and will miss the smiling faces, real conversations and welcoming environment - but, what an amazing place to hang out for a year!
