So for the aimtruechallenge we have to post a pic of a pose that we never thought we could master in the beginning. When I first tried a forearm stand in January when rachel’s #yogaeverdamnday challenge started I was so confused as how I was supposed to just “kick my legs up” as my BKS iyengar book instructed.  But over time I found peace and poise in this pose and am now able to move my legs about freely (still need to master lotus in pincha) and even touch my toes to my head <3 Today I am grateful for the strength and guidance that my yoga practice provides me everyday. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
