Convinced my boyfriend to do a 30 minute session with me after work today ^__^. I’m trying to get better at practicing, even just for a little while after work each day. Sometimes it’s so hard, but it feels so good on my body when I do! Especially because I am sitting intently at a desk all day every day :p.
I had some great breakthrough’s with my triangle and warrior III, which I am super excited about! I was able to touch the floor in triangle, and I was able to hold my warrior III better than ever! The hardest thing about it, for me, is not only keeping the balance but also keeping my body aligned! And I think that I was able to do both today, which is a lovely feeling.
