Cat Stretch (5 min aprox)

  • Soothes back/neck pain
  • Soothes anxiety
  • Good exercise before sleep or first thing in the morning

Wrists in a straight line beneath the shoulders. Knees and hips aligned straight.

Exhale drawing the navel inwards and tucking your chin to the chest. Then inhale as your belly moves away from the spine. Repeat the motion 5 to 10 times. If you have back pain try to make gentler movements.
