Check out my FULL BODY “YOGA” training session today.
I added a few yoga moves to my routine. Why YOGA training? Yoga = Body awareness. Connection to SELF. So, instead of “beasting out” an exercise routine. I’m more tuned in! I speeded up the video but I am actually moving slower than what you see and taking time to stay “in my body” and not the finish line. 🧘🏾‍♀️💪🏾
