The snow may be beautiful, but trudging around in it with the added freezing temperatures makes your body tight and feel out of whack. Dolphin Push-ups are an old favorite of mine for building arm, shoulder and core strength. A few years ago I used to do them daily to build forearm strength so that my wrists wouldn’t hurt from being on my hands so much. Luckily one of my students reminded me of this, so you may see them woven into my classes this week listed below. Remember…bikini season is around the corner. 💪🏻👙😉
