DAY 14 of the #28dayxodus Fitness Challenge - Sprint workout

Been a while since I ran sprints due to my knee. Tested it out and it felt good. Was sure to ice up afterwards just in case.

EXERCISE:
1️⃣40-50yard sprints

PROTOCOL:
🔹After a dynamic warmup do 10 sprints at max effort
🔹rest for 60-90 seconds between sprints
