just wondering but why is unfollowing seen as such a huge thing on tumblr? it’s really really not. like, if someone annoys you? unfollow them. don’t post things you particularly like/care about? unfollow them. hate on your interests? unfollow them! who fucking cares! it’s not like you said you hated them, this is a dumbass social media site just like twitter and instagram.

you don’t always need some grand reason to unfollow/block someone. it’s not that deep.

literally name a more iconic moment in lgbt cinematic history than 12 year old lindsey lohan in the parent trap seeing the girl in the tie-dye shirt, turning to a girl who she met 20 seconds ago, and remarking “now that’s my kind of woman”

I absolutely emailed Melissa’s publicity team, her agents, and her managers, buuuuut someone is in fact on vacation so at least one is out of the office until the 25th.

Even so, I sent it to a handful of others and I’m posting it because I want to do right by all of you. I attached some screenshots of quotes that I had permission to use that aren’t pictured here, and the email addresses of Melissa’s representatives were attained professionally. I hope this message is well-received because I think that as a community wlw deserve a lot better than what our Supergirl showed us today. ♡

There’s something very insidious about a TV show putting romantic undertones in an F/F friendship and then the cast making fun of young queer people who interpret them that way.
