Characters: OFC/AJ Styles

Kinda the same continuity as this story but not really a second part, but kinda is.

Warnings: NSFW, Sexual Content, Rough Sex, Spanking, Daddy Kink.

Summary: After seeing AJ looking absolutely DADDY AF ™️ I had to write a fic about it. So basically its the HOF and bratty OFC and dominant daddy AJ Styles head there together. They have an existing relationship, Smut happens.

The minds that brought you “Orange is the New Black” and “Homeland” have combined to bring to Netflix a true story about a “fake” sport.

Okay, so the “true story” part might be a bit off as the main plot is based around a fictional character, but make no mistake folks: “G.L.O.W.” which stands for “Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling” was a very real thing. The promotion ran for four seasons from 1986 to 1990 and unlike say, WWE, which gives new live content every week and never takes a break, this show was filmed like your standard weekly TV serial with roughly 26 episodes per season and then a break. It’s fondly remembered by many and was the subject of an award-winning documentary which was released in 2011.

This show will no doubt feature nods to the campy acting and over the top characters who were big in the company at the time, but as well as that it features a very interesting cast for those who are fans of wrestling and those who aren’t.

The show will feature Alison Brie (“Mad Men”, “Community”) and Marc Maron, but will also feature British singer/songwriter Kate Nash and former WWE stars Kia Stevens (Kharma in WWE) and Kevin Kiley Jr (Alex Riley in WWE).

This is the press release from Netflix which details the basic plot of the show and the creative team.

“Inspired by the real story of the 1980’s female wrestling league, the series – set in Los Angeles and showcasing big hair and body slams – will be the fictionalized story of an out of work actress who finds one last attempt to live her dreams in the form of a weekly series about female wrestlers.

Jenji Kohan (Orange is the New Black) and Tara Herrmann (Orange is the New Black) are executive producers, and the series was co-created by Liz Flahive (Homeland) and Carly Mensch (Orange is the New Black), who will serve as showrunners”.

What do you guys think? Another “Orange is the New Black” style hit, and will it attract a pro-wrestling fan base?

GLOW premieres on Netflix on the 23rd of June.
