despite eating junk food for dinner yesterday…oh and all day long… I still managed to lose 3.2 lbs. that is 11.4 lbs in 3 full weeks of just taking it slow, getting my eating in order (for the most part) and trying to move a bit more, but not going extreme.
it is working.
my goal is not to quick lose all the weight I gained from mid-Oct through mid-Jan, but to get back to the frame of mind I had last summer. enjoy food, enjoy life, but not go overboard. use moderation, fuel my body with healthy foods and treat myself.
the most successful people at losing weight and keeping it off are those who make the “lifestyle change” (as cliche as that sounds) and my lifestyle is going to allow for an old fashioned cocktail from time to time.
