Can well all just talk about how powerful this scene was for a moment please?
I’ve seen so many dramas but this is the first time a scene has hit me this powerfully. Here we see the real Sung Jae and his trying his hardest to fight this evil spirit inside him. Of course he doesn’t know that its an evil spirit but now his concision to all his doings. He knows what this spirit has done he knows what his own hands have done. The moment he looks over at Soon Ae and Seobingoo. He sees Soon Ae (At least I can assume that he does) the pain on his face knowing what he did to this poor girl ending her life. Also seeing Seobingoo trying to protect her having her side something that we know he never really had with his sort of past with his family. He tries to run but stops. He turns once more. ( For a moment I believe that evil spirit has won) but that’s not the case. He looks back as if he wants to say something. But what can he really say? Sorry? Soon Ae is nothing more than a spirit he can’t return her life to her there isn’t anything he can say. His shoulders drop and he lets himself fall ( at this moment we can assume he won against the evil spirit?) that scene alone here his shoulders drop was the one that hit me the most to be honest because you know at that moment he just wants this all to end.
I don’t know guys i’m I looking to much into that scene? that scene just seem so dark and powerful to me. One of the most amazing scenes I’ve seen and im Joo Hwan acting during it and throughout his own character in the drama just so spot on. I’m in awe. Can’t wait for the finally today.
