How can I tell if I’m improving?…Every sip of water you take in, you are improving. Every healthy calorie you take in, you are improving. Every inch you move that weight on that final rep you are improving. Every time you walk in the door at the gym, you are improving. Every time you look in the mirror and tell yourself “I will do this.” That is improvement. Every move you make toward your goals is an improvement.

It’s hard.  It’s really….really hard.  But it can be done.  Little by little you’ve just got to allow yourself to accept that you are YOU.  Learn to love yourself.  It’s a process, and it’s hard, but you can do it.  

You’re not alone if you’re struggling.  Trust me. 

LOVE yourself, RESPECT yourself, be what YOU want to be. <3
