Woke up 2 more pounds down
I’m feeling more confident in my gluten free dairy free diet each day & I can see fruits of my labor. I’m feeling better, but not consistently. Just focusing on better habits, and dialing my current numbers in. I know, my lines are trash but give me a few days I’ll be back!
When your friends creep on you in the gym but it’s okay because they got ya good angles 😜🍑
