Many changes can happen over a year. I would never have shared the pic on the left last year however now I’m super proud of how far i’ve made it since then.. Can’t wait to see what another year adds to my progress.
I have officially started my intermittent fasting. I am doing the 20hour fasting process. The way this works out is that you have your last meal by 8pm as of after 8pm you are fasting, with the 20hr process you fast from 8pm to 4pm the next day. In between 4pm and 8pm you have 2+ meals meeting the exact calories for your diet plan and after 8pm fasting process begins again. This fasting process is healthier and allows you to burn more fat. Therefore you’re burning fat just by fasting, and working out will speed up the process. I will try to keep this up to date. And if you can’t fully fast you cam totally try it! If you do, Good Luck! the other day I came across a wonderful tip that I think everyone should try, this is now an everyday thing for me and it works. when you brush your teeth you should be brushing for about 2 minutes, instead of standing while brushing your teeth, do a wall sit, and hold the wall sit for as long as you are brushing your teeth.
We ended our workout with some intense One Minute sprints and of course posing practice. One minute sprints might sound like nothing but on your 5 th set your legs feel so pumped ! I can say that I feel great about my conditioning. It’s literally taking me all workout to break as sweat , I feel like I can workout all day sometimes. When you are waiting for the water to your tea to boil or you are waiting for your coffee to brew do lunges. do lunges back and forth in the kitchen. this will help build muscle in you legs and you butt, also helping it burn fat. Enjoy!
