summary: As the manager of Kim Namjoon - the troubled artist musician making waves across the charts - your job is not as easy as you first thought. It’s your job to make sure he’s doing his, and cleaning up his messes along the way. Clumsy, always spoiling his projects, and unlucky in dating, you have a lot on your plate. But that doesn’t stop you from falling for the tall, impossibly attractive dork you’re constantly taking care of.

dedicated to @knockknocksoosthere . this is a week late, but happy birthday you wonderful, amazing person. i love and miss you tons! enjoy, lovely <3

deductionfreak replied to your postI’m glad you’re feeling better. Some people are…

whhhhhat the hecj happened

Well, about time I make it nice and quick as a PSA in hopes I could spread the word and have more people get involved. I would advise all of you signal boost this, for my insecurity is back and I am on the verge of deleting myself.

Any of the people who check out my art tag may recall seeing this image I posted as my way of saying Happy Halloween. Just my edgy little Ribombee wearing a gothic turtleneck dress and saying “It’s Hip.” It was also up on my DA, too, and it did pretty successful.

One day, weeks after October, I checked Google Image Search, only to find out that it was put onto an inappropriate website.

How is it even?! It’s literally my character wearing a fancy dress, not NSFW! THE WORST PART IS THAT THEY DIDN’T EVEN SEE MY FAQ.

I was literally shaking and nearly close to vomiting the entire day, not telling my mother about it. I wanted to contact the people on that site, but I know for a fact they’ll refuse to take it down (it has malware too, and all you can do on that site is download the art pieces, so yikes). I had to file a DMCA complaint on Google, though I had to tell everyone else in Discord groups to do the same.

I am not sure who had the guts to do this, but until that picture is taken down from their site, I’m afraid I’ll have to be more hostile and force people to look at my FAQ as a way of saying “You don’t have any right to touch my artwork unless you are granted permission.”

I beg of you all, please help me take the image down, because I’m now considering leaving Tumblr and DA as a whole.

Stefano and a male s/o

There is nsfw stuff in here and I feel weird typing this on my break with my boss and coworkers in the room…I know nobody asked for them but I can picture Stefano as bi…

• Takes dick like a pro

• He’s the sub unless you want to be

• He enjoys you going down on him

• He enjoys going down on you and getting the reactions he wants to see and hear

• Likes to show you off to the public no matter what they say but if anyone attacks you with words he has a great idea of what type of art he’ll make them into

• Honestly loves when you take charge but only when you’re not in public he has a controlled image to keep up

• Stefano talks about having kids one day and you get depressed because your body can’t give him the kids he wants

• He comforts you and says adoption is always an option and so is finding a surrogate

• Like when you take him doggy style

• Hates it when other people flirt with you because you’re just so amazing

• After all the criticism and his past during the war you feel a need to protect Stefano

• You’re the big spoon

85 tips for language learners
  1. You like a language, learn it. Don’t give up on learning it only because it’s not popular, “useful” or your friends don’t like it.
  2. Sticky notes, sticky notes everywhere. If you can’t remember a grammar rule or a word/structure, use sticky notes.
  3. Study daily, even if it’s for 5 min or less.
  4. Learn the first 100-300 most common words, they are like everywhere.
  5. Duolingo, Memrise and Forvo are the holy trinity for every language learner; everyone uses them at some point.
  6. HiNative will save your ass when you have questions.
  7. “Hakuna matata mais quelle phrase magnifique” Disney is your friend, sing disney songs to improve your pronuniation.
  8. Also, watch disney movies. You know the story already so you can focus on the language.
  9. Watch movies with subs in your target language.
  10. Write daily a short text about whatever you want, even about your socks. In 1 month you’d have learned a lot of new vocab.
  11. Talk, talk, talk. If you aren’t a soial person, talk to yourself, to your pet, to a wall; it doesn’t matter. Just force yourself to think in your target language.
  12. If you are busy, Semper is a good app for learning vocab while doing your daily activities.
  13. Use your target language for basic stuff like counting, groceries, complaining etc.
  14. Change your settings on social media. Many people learned English through twitter, facebook, tumblr etc. This can work for other languages too.
  15. Change the settings of your phone too. You use it 24/24, you know what every thing does there so you could learn the name of those setting in your target language.
  16. If you lost motivation, take a break and remember why you started.
  17. If you hit a plateau, that’s most probably because you don’t know enough vocab.
  18. Understand that your progress will be slow after a while. Accept it and keep going.
  19. Lang-8 is a great place if you want natives to correct your texts.
  20. Langblr community is amazing, if you need any advice/explanation, ask a langblr.
  21. Try out many resources but choose a handful that you’ll use daily.
  22. If you don’t know a word in your native language, you don’t need it in your target language.
  23. Accept the fact that you can’t translate every word one by one. There are special structures, word order, particles etc. your target language might not be as your native one.
  24. If you’re bored, look around and name in your target language what you see.
  25. Try to find a language/motivation partner. You will support and help eah other.
  26. You’ll make mistakes, love that! That means you’re learning and you’ll have funny stories to tell in a couple of years.
  27. If you don’t remember a word, make a mnemonic or write it with your other hand; you’ll focus more then.
  28. Learn words in context; you’ll remember them easily after. Clozemaster and WordBrewery are 2 great sites for this.
  29. When you want to read if you are a beginner, choose a book you know. If you are an advanced learner, choose a new book.
  30. Find online a native to talk to. Tumblr is full of natives and langblrs will love to help. Another choice is to find a chat group.
  31. For slang words check out the youtube comment section. Twitter is a good alternative though.
  32. Don’t waste money on fancy programs. Some can be found for free and some aren’t so good as they claim they are.
  33. When you learn a new word, try to make a couple of examples in your head.
  34. Read articles. They use simple structures and actual expressions; also, they aren’t boring.
  35. Youtube is your friend, don’t be afraid to use it. Watch movies in your target language so you can get used to how real people talk; most programs/apps speak slowly and they try to make themselves clear but that’s not real life.
  36. You’ll have an accent; don’t worry, it will go away after a while.
  37. Age doesn’t matter, everyone can learn a language; you can be 5 or 50, the only difference is how you learn.
  38. Don’t just learn, revise as well.
  39. As a beginner you will translate everything from your native language and that’s okay. People will correct you and you will learn.
  40. If you like to read fanfiction, read it in your target language and use the ReadLang extension when you don’t know a word; it’s faster than google translate.
  41. Beware of those vocab lists you see on tumblr. Not everything might be right.
  42. Flewent is an extension that translates a certain % of what you read in your target language. It’s a fast way to learn new words while doing your homework or whatever.
  43. Prepositions are a nightmare to everyone. To have a more pleasant life, try to find a list with verbs and what prepositions they require.
  44. Children songs are catchy, use them to learn vocab faster.
  45. Pay attention to false friends. They might look the same with a familiar word but they have another meaning.
  46. Try not to learn 2 languages at the same time, especially if they are from the same family. (e.g. French and Spanish)
  47. If you decide to study 2 languages at the same time, try to study in different places and use different colors for your notes.
  48. You learn faster if you use your target language than if you learn Nth vocab lists.
  49. Try to avoid making the same mistake until it becomes a habit.
  50. Idioms can impress anyone but don’t start learning them too early or too late.
  51. If you have to learn irregular verbs, try to find patterns and part them in groups.
  52. Hard work beats talent but when it comes to learning a language, there’s no one who has talent. There are people who have a good memory or can figure out patterns but that can be improved so no need to worry if you progress slowly.
  53. Don’t compare yourself to someone who studied a language for years. Everyone progresses in their own way.
  54. Everyone has another method, if it doesn’t work for you, it’s not the end of the world. Just experiment and figure out what works for you.
  55. Classes are a waste of time, don’t think to pay for one.
  56. Try to learn vocab that interests you. You’re a Harry Potter fan? Learn magic terms. You like cooking? Learn cooking terms. etc.
  57. Flashcards are a nice way to learn vocab. Make some and study them before going to bed.
  58. Learn chunks of vocab, not single words. (e.g. Buy a bottle of milk; Brush your teeth; Wash the red car.)
  59. Learn cognates.
  60. Use the diglot weave technique. Basically you  insert foreign words into a sentence of a language you already know
  61. Taking breaks is fine but try not to take a break of Nth months.
  62. Decide what skill you want to improve first. You can never improve everything equally so try to focus on what you need/want the most.
  63. Set a big goal (e.g be advanced in French) but remember to have small goals too. (e.g. read Harry Potter by the end of this season)
  64. Watch people talking. Join a chat and “spy” others if you don’t feel like talking yet.
  65. Associate word - image - sound. Don’t just learn plain words, if you learn the word for tree, think of a tree or search an image with one.
  66. Learning a language takes time, don’t expect to know it perfectly after only 1 week.
  67. Immersion is hella frustrating but it pays off in the end.
  68. Don’t study when you are too tired. You have many chances to learn nothing then.
  69. Find someone you admire so they can motivate you.
  70. Use a bilingual dictionary not only for finding specific words but just for the sake of reading.
  71. After you’ve read 1 page/chapter from a book, try to make a summary in your target language.
  72. When you read books, try to see if you can find the audiobook as well. (Youtube might have it) In this way you know the correct way of saying certain words.
  73. Try to make it fun. If it’s fun to have a schedule do that, if you enjoy more watching movies, do that. Don’t make your learning journey a burden.
  74. Break study time into smaller chunks
  75. Know your learning style.
  76. Try to have a notebook/diary/agenda where you write down what you did daily to improve.
  77. When you feel like giving up, think how many new stuff you have learned.
  78. Your attitude plays an import role. Try to avoid thinking how “difficult” a language is, instead think how good you will feel after you learn it.
  79. ReadLang and Linguarana have videos with subs in many languages, if you like learning with videos, give them a try.
  80. Anki is an amazing app with flashcards for several languages so you don’t waste time making them and they have a daily limit of cards so you don’t burnout.
  81. Physically writing down a word can help seal it in your memory.
  82. Say new words out loud and pay attention to your pronunciation.
  83.  If your target language has another alphabet or a writing system, don’t be afraid to learn it. Take a couple of days and master it.
  84. Always have an app or a dictionary/notebook with you. While you wait for a taxi you can study a bit.
  85. If you don’t understand a grammar rule, search some articles about it, take 2-3 days to understand that concept.

LEARN A LANGUAGE CHALLENGE

Hello. I decided that I want to create a challenge for all the future polyglots here on tumblr. So choose a language and get read for it :)

1. Watch a youtube video in your language of choice
2. Read a book in your language of choice
3. Write a message to someone in your l.o.c
4. Make a list of 30 new words in l.o.c and learn the words.
5. Try to describe any image with your l.o.c
6. Watch a movie w/subtitles in your language of choice
7. Watch a movie in which your language of choice is used
8. Find a penpal from the country where your l.o.c is spoken and try not to use any other language.
9. Describe words - family, relationship, school, pet & dinner with your l.o.c
10. Write an essay (200w) in your l.o.c on the topic - Learning languages.

Feel free to tag people and make a post where you tag me so I can see your improvement :)

~ lena

I daydream about what would happen if I ever saw you again
Maybe it would be in a bookstore
or a coffee shop
or a grocery store
Maybe you would be alone or with your new girl
I would be with my family or with a boy who treats me so much better
We would make eye contact
Or maybe you wouldn’t see me at all
But I am certain you would
However I would just see right through you, because you are no longer real to me
But perhaps you would try to resuscitate me
like a dead flower you try to revive by intense watering
You can try and act like we are still alive
Except honey I died awhile ago
So if we do ever meet again
Don’t try to make small talk
Just take in the image of me
Because I don’t even want to picture you anymore
—  aloseshermind, we are dead
ALTERNATIVES TO SELFHARM

Disclaimer: Below is a list of things to do instead of cutting, burning, bruising, or any other form of self harm. Please keep in mind that unfortunately, not everything on this list will work for everyone. So, if you try something and it doesn’t work for you, don’t get discouraged! Some of these choices are complicated, and you might want to utilize the help of a therapist or trusted friend when undertaking them. Recovery is not a process that can be walked through alone, so don’t be afraid to reach out for help.

Alternatives for when you’re feeling angry or restless:

•Masturbate. I know it sounds funny but it can get your mind off of things and calm you.
•Scribble on photos of people in magazines
•Viciously stab an orange
•Throw an apple/pair of socks against the wall
•Have a pillow fight with the wall
•Scream very loudly
•Tear apart newspapers, photos, or magazines
•Go to the gym, dance, exercise
•Listen to music and sing along loudly
•Draw a picture of what is making you angry
•Beat up a stuffed bear
•Pop bubble wrap
•Pop balloons
•Splatter paint
•Scribble on a piece of paper until the whole page is black
•Filling a piece of paper with drawing cross hatches
•Throw darts at a dartboard
•Go for a run or a walk
•Write your feelings on paper then rip it up or burn it
•Use stress relievers
•Build a fort of pillows and then destroy it
•Throw ice cubes at the bathtub wall, at a tree, etc
•Get out a fine tooth comb and vigorously brush the fur of a stuffed animal (but use gentle vigor)
•Slash an empty plastic soda bottle or a piece of heavy cardboard or an old shirt or sock
•Make a soft cloth doll to represent the things you are angry at; cut and tear it instead of yourself
•Flatten aluminium cans for recycling, seeing how fast you can go
•On a sketch or photo of yourself, mark in red ink what you want to do. Cut and tear the picture
•Break sticks
•Cut up fruits
•Make yourself as comfortable as possible
•Stomp around in heavy shoes
•Play handball or tennis
•Yell at what you are breaking and tell it why you are angry, hurt, upset, etc.
•Buy a cheap plate and decorate it with markers, stickers, cut outs from magazines, words, images, what ever that expresses your pain and sadness and when you’re done, smash it. (Please be careful when doing this)

Alternatives that will give you a sensation (other than pain) without harming yourself:

•Hold ice in your hands, against your arm, or in your mouth
•Run your hands under freezing cold water
Snap a rubber band or hair band against your wrist
•Clap your hands until it stings
•Wax your legs
•Drink freezing cold water
•Splash your face with cold water
•Put PVA/Elmer’s glue on your hands then peel it off
•Massage where you want to hurt yourself
•Take a hot shower/bath
•Jump up and down to get some sensation in your feet
•Write or paint on yourself
•Arm wrestle with a member of your family

You can name the butterfly after someone you love.

Damian was a bit confused. Usually, on patrol, they would like…do things. Catch criminals. Stop bank robberies. Save widows and orphans.

Yes, Damian was utterly confused as to why tonight, his father and him were following…his mom. Not Talia. You. He never considered Talia his mother, he came to that realization the first time you made him hot cocoa and cookies after he had a rough day, and just…talked to him. Asked him how he was feeling. Just genuinely cared for him, something Talia Al’Ghul never did.

She was his mother, but you were his mommy.

And so, tonight, as he was jumping from a building to another, following you through the dark street of Gotham, he wasn’t really sure what was going on.

Oh my God…Were you a criminal ? Was he going to loose you because his father was going to put you behind bars ? But he loves you ! How could he ?

If it came to that, Damian decided that he would fight his dad, giving you enough time to escape. Yes. He would save you. There was no way he was letting his mommy go in prison, no matter what she did…

His father was talking to Dick about something happening in North Gotham. He then proceeded to call Tim to ask him to go to the docks join Jason because some big drug deal was going on…And once again, Damian wondered why they were tracking you instead of taking care of the real issues.

He looked down in the street, you were at a small cafe, ordering a huge cup of coffee, that he knew was probably the blackest beverage ever. You liked it that way. But that’s it. You were getting coffee. Sure it was 10:30 pm but like, you couldn’t always just stay at the Manor right ? You’d be bored !

Besides, you were a writer, you often came to get coffee at night with your notebook, you always said it brought you lots of inspiration (he loved your stories, and was your number one beta reader).

It wasn’t an unusual thing for you to be out, getting coffee (even if Gotham was dangerous at night, you knew how to defend yourself thanks to your Husband’s training, and besides, one of your sons kinda always had an eye on you anyway…just to be sure), so again, why were they here ? Why weren’t they on the docks, with Tim and Jason, to fight some real criminals ?

Bruce refused to let Damian patrol alone so far, which is why he was with him, but usually, he’d explain what was going on you know ? Not able to contain himself anymore, Damian asked :

-Father…why are we spying on mom ?

In the world that we live in today, there is a constant pressure projected onto us each and every day. We are told that we must continuously work hard, make more money, and acquire more possessions. Then, and only then, will we be considered as ‘successful.’ Right? No, not even close. This road only leads to a life of pure discontentment. Before we get dragged into this cycle, we must first consider what ‘success’ truly is, and it may be slightly different for everyone. Take a moment to ask yourself, and see what you have to say. What do you consider to be successful? Yes, for some it may involve making some money during your lifetime, although make sure that, what ever it is, it’s your own opinion, not society’s.

Who Killed Markiplier

This is an analysis of the ‘drunk’ scene. It’s long, so press read more if willing. This won’t include every single scene, especially ones that repeat. Just notable things. Some of the images are hard to see, as they flashed by in short moment, with all the drugged effects, making them hard to decern without motion. I provide a bit of context.

How do I know if I have too much exposition?

ex·po·si·tionˌekspəˈziSH(ə)n/ (noun)

a comprehensive description and explanation of an idea or theory

As a basic rule of thumb: if your exposition distracts from the main narrative, then it’s too much.

That sounds a lot simpler than it actually is, though, doesn’t it? Because it’s difficult to tell when we’ve pulled the reader’s attention away and when we haven’t within our own work.

That’s why beta-readers are so helpful because getting a fresh eye can do wonders for helping see things in our work that we’re too close to notice. A good beta-reader (or two or seven) is an invaluable tool for a writer. Find a few friends or family whose opinion you trust and listen to them when they have feedback on your work. Their word isn’t gold–you don’t have to make every change they suggest–but it is still important for your development.

But that’s not really the issue, right? This post is about what you can do to help your own work improve!

First, if you’re fretting over this and you have not written your novel yet…then stop reading this post and go write your book! In your first draft, you should write all the words. (Maybe not all, but lots.) It’s okay to write four pages of exposition in the middle of scene in your first draft because in this version, you’re just telling yourself this story. You’re organizing notes, thoughts, outlines, etc. into a narrative. It won’t be perfect, and that’s great. You can’t move onto the next stage of book-making until you’ve got a first draft, so through caution to the wind and write!

This post is mostly for those of you who have finished work and are going over it prepared to edit, rewrite, scramble it up, and starting making that mess-of-a-first draft into a finished, wonderful product.

So…it’s time to edit your book

Zoom in on a section of exposition and take every fact you’ve written about and ask:

Does this advance the plot? Do we come to a deeper understanding of a main character because of this?

If the answer to both of those is no, then cut it (in this draft. Don’t worry. You still have those words written in previous drafts!) Do this as you read through for any section of exposition you find.

Then, when you’ve shaved off the irrelevant bits, start asking yourself: Is there a more subtle way to weave this into the action or dialogue of the narrative? If no, but it’s still important, then leave it. If yes, then try to do some rewriting where you have these cultural tidbits revealed in the actions and speech of your characters.

For example:

Allendra was from the southern tribes. Their main diet consisted of crop, food produced from the land. Wildlife beyond the occasional crow or squirrel was rare, so the southern tribe had come to view their abundant crops as a gift from the gods. They were vegetarians as a matter of, not only happenstance, but religion. That religion had been instilled in her by her parents, primarily her mother, and even though she’d left her homeland and was wandering new, unfamiliar territories for the sake of her own people, her mother’s hypothetical approval still drove Allendra’s actions. When presented with meat, Allendra did not know what to do. She was out of her league here, in this strange culture. And she didn’t know how to turn away the offer without being rude.

vs.

“Street vendors?” Allendra said, lifting a brow. “But they’re all selling…bloody things.”

Randa laughed. “Oh, Ally, don’t betray yourself as such an alien. That’s meat! Everyone around here eats it. It’s good for you.”

“I haven’t…I don’t eat…It’s just…” Allendra stumbled over her words. She didn’t want to be rude. Her mother would slap the back of her head if she was rude to this new hostess. And yet…what would mother say if Allendra waltzed up to this vendor and took a bite of the meat? Allendra shuddered to think.

The gods wouldn’t be too thrilled, either, but it was the image of mother’s disappointed face that made Allendra turn away from the street vendors and keep walking. Homesickness filled her gut. “Sorry, Randa. I just can’t.”

See you can do to make cultural facts fit into the story or character development. Here are some ways to think about that, as you attempt to change flat exposition into engaging storytelling:

Could this worldbuilding exposition be used to:

  • Invoke an emotion in a character?
  • Create conflict between characters?
  • Create conflict within a character?
  • Add tension to the main plot?
  • Add tension to an important subplot?
  • Create a funny or awkward situation?
  • Motivate a character’s actions?
  • Prevent a character from taking necessary action?

Basically, ask yourself this main question: How can I show the importance of this cultural element, rather than telling the reader how important or relevant it is?

Sometimes, exposition is needed. It’s not evil and it has a lot of power to get bullet points of information to your reader quickly. However, you–the writer–always need to make sure you’re letting exposition have power by using it sparingly. There are always multiple options on how to present information to your reader. It’s your duty to make sure you consider them all and use the one that best fits your narrative.

And now that you’ve finished this draft of editing and rewriting, set your novel aside for a while. A week, a month, a year…whatever you need. Come back to it later with a fresher perspective and see how your edits fit together. If you find that some of the exposition that you cut needs to be put back, then you can always do that. You can see the flow better, and do more editing to help your new rewrites fit effortlessly into the narrative. You are the writer. YOU HAVE THE POWER.

Happy building!

The Painting

Hi babes!💘 this is a smutty oneshot about the reader ignoring Tom when she gets an idea for a new painting, and Tom only wanting to gain her attention more! A small argument and sexy time ensues! I hope that you guys like it!👼🏻

The Painting

When Tom had come home, he’d found her with her hair tossed messily into a bun, stains of color smeared across her skin, and standing in front of a rather large canvas dressed in an imbrued art smock. The smock in which his girlfriend sported was backless, and Tom was delighted to find that she was wearing nothing but a pair of sheer, pink panties and bobby socks beneath it. He not only had a clear view of her legs, but her bum as well, and there was absolutely no way Tom thought that he would be complaining about anything when she was in such a state, but, there he was, complaining.
“Baby,” Tom whined, flopping into the nearest chair to her, “pay attention to me. I’ve spent my entire day missing you and now you’re barely even speaking to me.”
She sighed, scrunching up her nose and pursing her lips, scrutinizing the piece of art in front of her. Crossing the room to mix together a concoction of red, pink, silver and white paint to create the perfect rosy tint, she answered Tom. “You know that I’m not trying to ignore you, I love you. It’s just that I think I may finally be breaking through the weird mental block I’ve had for a while.”
Tom nodded, understanding that she supported his artistic expressions, so he would have to buck up and support hers. It wasn’t as if he was unhappy with her painting, in fact, he was the exact opposite. He was thrilled to see her final product, and he loved seeing the spark of imagination light up her eyes, but as Tom said before, he missed her so much. Their time together had always been limited and he was jealous that her painting was receiving more attention than he was, considering that she could spend a million and one hours with her painting at her leisure, but she had maybe 90 something hours with him .
She plopped down into Tom’s lap and kissed him on the cheek, “you can mix the paints if you wanna.”
Tom held the spatula that his girlfriend had handed over to him, and did his best to focus on following her directions, while defying the feeling of his girlfriend in basically squirming around on his lap while she glided her soft, warm lips up and down the base of his throat in between her orders.
“Can I see what you’ve done so far?” Tom asked, curious as to what she was even painting.
Her kisses paused briefly, and then started up again between the words she said, “No! You can only see once I’m finished. I want it to be a surprise.”
Tom groaned, “is this good?” he motioned the colors he’d mixed. When she nodded, she made sure to turn her head to press a heavy, hot kiss to Tom’s lips before she hopped off of him. Sliding a hand down his face, Tom got up to leave the room. If he’d stayed there any longer, the images of her bending over in next to nothing would make him too hard to bare, so he decided that while she painted, he would busy himself with whatever nonsense that he came into contact with.
It had been a day and a half since her art project began, and since then, Tom had learned how assemble both a dresser and a cabinet, fixed every leaky faucet and broken appliance in her apartment, and had perfected a few random recipes he’d stumbled across on the internet. He was going out of his mind.
As time went on, she became even more and more appetizing to him. She was passionate and focused and Tom was, at that point, hard. No matter how many hot showers, cold showers, or even baths he’d taken, it wasn’t enough for him. Tom felt that if he didn’t have the real her soon, he’d burst into flames or melt into a puddle of sticky goo that would stain her carpet.
A few hours later, he heard the pitter patter of her socked feet rushing to meet him in the bedroom. Laying across her bed, Tom rolled over onto his side and peered at her smiling face when she entered the room.
“Tom, I need you.” She said, a blissful expression warming her features.
He quirked a brow at her, “oh yeah? What for, my darling, little love?” He looked her up and down, taking in the paint soils splashed all over her body, the exposed skin of her legs, her lack of bra, and hoped her response would indicate that she needed him to take her.
She rushed forward and knelt down by his bedside, taking his hand in hers, “help me with the painting, I’m just about finished.” She kissed his knuckles and laid her head onto her mattress.
“I thought that I wasn’t allowed to see it until it was all done?” Tom said confusedly.
“I know what I said, but I’ve changed my mind. The painting needs your special touch!” As she got up off the floor, still holding his hand, Tom could think of more than a few things that could use his special touch.
When she finally brought him to a stop in front of her painting, Tom understood why she hasn’t allowed him near it. He could tell that the figures trapped within her canvas were lovers, even though they appeared to be more similar to florets than people. All the colors were soft and romantic, and he could see that she had added a tinge of shimmer to particular images, so the painting looked mystical and otherworldly. Truth be told, if he’d gotten anywhere close to it earlier in the day, he would’ve messed it up.
“Darling,” Tom breathed out, desperately trying to figure out how to express the level of his admiration to her, “I just don’t know how you manage to be so fucking magical all the time. It’s beautiful, I love it, but I’m afraid that me just standing this close to it will ruin it. Unless you need me to lift it, I don’t know how to help you.” Tom bent down and kissed her gently on the forehead, moving to tuck some of her untamed fringe back behind her ear, where he couldn’t help himself but press a kiss to her earlobe as well.
Tugging his mouth back down onto hers, she mumbled in between long kisses, “help me just fill in a few spots, then it’s yours. I read somewhere that if someone helps you complete a task, the task, or in this case, the painting, will make that person think of you.” She broke away from Tom for a brief moment, and Tom heard her airly whisper into the crook of his neck, “I wanna make you think of me.”
Tom’s eyes opened and he guided her body away from his, “what are you talking about?” He was so genuinely puzzled that his confusion took the place of his desire to have her until the sun came up. “I always think of you. Literally, always. Ask anyone I work with, I never shut up about you.”
“Okay,” she said, disbelief laced firmly into her tone. Grabbing a paintbrush, she leaned into Tom to kiss him again.
“No, no, baby. Honestly, do you not believe me?” Tom was growing so perplexed that he was starting to get angry. “I love you, do I not tell you enough or something?” He knew that he was being abrasive and slightly over sensitive, but he didn’t know why she was playing as if Tom didn’t care for her.
Groaning, she walked out of Tom’s reach and back to where she stored her varying paints. “Tom, it’s fine. Don’t worry about it.”
“Uhm, nope. I’m going to worry about this because I’m pretty sure that this is something most couples in a healthy relationship would speak about.” Tom said, moving to stand in front of her.
“Let’s not do this,” she said, pushing her art smock’s strap back up to it’s proper place on her shoulder.
“No, no, let’s!” Tom declared.
“Tom, no! There is literally no point to this argument, if you don’t want to help, it’s cool.” She stood onto her tiptoes to press a quick kiss to the corner of Tom’s unprepared lips. “See? It’s all good,” she said, going around Tom and back to her mostly filled in canvas.
“Please, can you just talk to me, darling?” Tom wrapped his arms around her waist and hugged her body to him as tightly as he could without crushing her. “I love you and what’s important to you is what’s important to me. So please, please clue me in.”
The girl didn’t even need to turn around to feel his puppy dog eyes burning a hole into her back. “Fine,” she said shortly, “when ‘Homecoming’ drops, you’re going to be huge, bigger than you already are. Like you’ve said before, life is going to change and nobody can say for sure what will and will not change, only that there will be changes, and if life makes you go away, at least you’ll have this painting. At least I’ll be remembered as the girl who painted you the weirdly rosy painting.”
Tom was so stunned that he couldn’t think of one appropriate thing to say. “Are you serious? Sounds like you’re pretty sure you know what’s going to happen with us, huh, smart girl?” He knew that getting mad wasn’t going to help the situation, but his feelings were hurt that she thought he’d drop her just like that.
Removing his hands from her body, Tom turned, “fuck it, that is so irritating. I am not leaving you, and unless you plan on ditching me, I think that we’re going to be together for more than a long while, darling.” He sneered, pacing back and forth across the limited space her living room provided. “This is ridiculous, you’re so intelligent, so why you’ve gotten that into your head, I have no idea. I’ve made sure to factor you into nearly all aspects of literally everything I do, now why do you think that is?”
She knew that she was being dumb, but she couldn’t help it. She was so paranoid that Tom would be out one day and he would come across someone shiny and new, and then he’d realize that being with her was not what he wanted anymore. When she started her painting, her only goal had been to give Tom something that would leave an imprint of her in his mind, so that no matter what happened with them in the future, she would still be apart of him.
Her eyes grew glassy and tears threatened to boil over her waterline and smudge her mascara. She was mad at herself for being so insecure, and for possibly ruining her relationship with the one thing she’d meant to sort of bandage over her issues, and she couldn’t come up with a statement to justify herself to Tom.
Tom looked over to her figure, standing in front of the pink canvas, frilled bobby socks and lacy blue panties in all. Even though he was both pissed off and taken aback by her behavior, Tom couldn’t deny the urge to just slam himself into and make her understand she was the only person on the planet for him. Muttering, “oh, for fucks sake,” Tom marched purposefully over to her and smashed his lips roughly down onto hers.
Yanking her hair out of it’s rubber confinement, he broke away from her to watch it tumble down in waves to frame her face. Forcing her to look into his eyes by pressing a finger beneath her chin, Tom practically growled, “I am not going anywhere without you in my life. It’s like they say on that one soap opera that never seems to end, you’re my person. Couldn’t leave you to save my life, I’d come back to you forever.” He looked into her eyes, trying to find better words to make her understand that he was completely and utterly dead serious. “Get it?”
Her lips were puffy and her skin was still soft, despite being nearly every color of the rainbow and Tom was going to rip that smock off her body if it was the last thing he did. He could tell that she was humiliated that she let her paranoia get the best of her, and Tom, for a brief thought thought that she deserved it for thinking so lowly of their relationship. He only stopped once he took into account that if the roles were reversed, he’d be a snivelling mess of a human being because she was an angel among humans. He didn’t deserve her, but then again, surely no one else did either.
Tom’s grip on her calmed and he lovingly pried the paintbrush out of her hand and shuffled her around in his arms so that she too faced her masterpiece. “We’re going to paint this together,” Tom said, as his hands began softly untying the knot of her smock. “I’m going to continue thinking of you always and forever, even though you’re still going to be my girl and I’ll still be undeniably yours. Got it?”
Her eyes fell shut and she gasped when she felt Tom’s mouth press adoringly wet kisses to her exposed shoulders. She arched her back as one of Tom’s hands moved to the front of her body to knead her breasts. Blinking her eyes open, she saw that Tom’s other hand was still clutching the paintbrush and that he was currently dipping its tip into a circle of paint. “Answer me,” Tom ordered, sinking his teeth into her skin.
“Got it, got it, got it,” she rambled out dreamily. “Gonna be your girl forever.”
Maneuvering her slightly so that his view of the canvas would be clearer, Tom began to paint the little empty spaces she’d left for him with long brushstrokes. “That’s right sweetheart, my girl forever.” Switching hands, Tom held her to him with the hand that was also holding the paintbrush, and yanked the closest chair in arm’s reach over to where they stood. Sitting down, Tom guided her around to face him before pulling her onto his lap.
Her cheeks were rosy from a mix of blush and paint and her lips were parted and her chest was heaving. Her gaze flicked up and down Tom’s body so obviously that he had to smirk. Forcing her closer, Tom brought his hips closer to hers and watched as she subconsciously leaned into him, bracing her hands on his chest.
She shuffled a bit further onto his lap, so that she was aligned perfectly with the bulge in his jeans. Letting out a gasp, her hips bucked against him and she bit down on her lip to prevent another louder gasp from escaping.
Tom’s arms constricted themselves around her, one went around her waist and the other tangled itself into her hair. “I think the painting is finished.”
Not even turning to look, she nodded, breathing out a response so faint that Tom couldn’t even make it out. She slid a hand under Tom’s shirt to trace over the lines of defined muscle on his stomach. “I’m really sorry about earlier. I don’t know why my head makes me think things like that.”
Tom kissed her tenderly on both cheeks before placing an even softer kiss to her mouth, “it’s alright, darling. I don’t know why I got so mad before. I honestly don’t know how my head would make me think if our roles were reversed.”
“I’ll love you forever,” she said, rolling her hips onto Tom’s lap.
“I’ll love you for some time after that,” Tom chuckled, his hips beginning to meet hers. “But don’t take my word for it,” Tom began to litter kisses up and down her throat while he reached up to untie her smock, “let me show you how fucking much I love you.”
“Okay,” she said, her lips covering Tom’s as his hands tore the art smock from her body. Their hips collided as their clothes became one with her floor, and the rosy painting in front of them was to be hung and framed in the apartment that they came to share.

Can you do RFA reaction to an MC that's really into cosplaying? <3

Yoosung

  • you send him approximately one (1) picture of you in a revealing cosplay and he practically dies.
  • People see you like that???? People take pictures of you like that?????
  • omg is anyone ever WEIRD to you when you dress up???!?
  • HE’LL FIGHT THEM
  • Yoosung is both very intrigued about your hobby and simultaneously very worried about how other people treat you. Obviously, he comes with you to all conventions to make sure the weirdos can’t harass you, though he’s too embarrassed to dress up???
  • like he thinks it’ll be weird.
  • On his birthday, though, you reveal a surprise that you’ve been working on for awhile…
  • a full set of fitted armor from LOLOL.
  • You’ve made one for yourself too, and the two of you go out looking BADASS, as Yoosung gets everything he ever wanted and dreamed.
  • ~~he gets to be your cool knight in shining armor IRL!~~

Zen

  • ARE YOU KIDDING ME
  • THAT’S THE COOLEST
  • HE WANTS TO GO TO THE APARTMENT LITERALLY RIGHT NOW AND TRY ON CLOTHES WITH YOU.
  • Zen doesn’t have to be asked twice - he is immediately planning to couple-cosplay with you. It’s just another way to be an actor, after all! And he’s suggesting sickeningly cute couple-cosplay before the two of you are even a couple. like.
  • he is SO INTO THE IDEA
  • HE WANTS TO DRESS UP WITH PEOPLE
  • HE WANTS TO DO DISGUSTINGLY ADORABLE PHOTOSHOOTS WHERE HE’S POSING WITH YOU, AND NOTHING WILL STAND IN HIS WAY.
  • you both become incredibly popular and fashion stars of the cosplay scene, to the surprise of literally no one.

Jaehee

  • She doesn’t Get It, but she’s accepting of you grasping her in your cosplayer talons and making her try on a million and one different wigs and outfits.
  • You’re similarly sized, so she fits into most of your cosplay, and gosh DANG does she look SO GOOD IN IT ALL. You’d be jealous if you weren’t so pleased with having her to dress up, and Jaehee is patient (if somewhat embarrassed) as you fawn over her.
  • Actually, it’s probably fair to say she enjoys it, though she doesn’t know how to express that. She’s not used to people thinking she’s pretty, so having you go ga-ga over her is…
  • well.
  • it’s a nice change of pace. and very flattering.
  • She’s initially very resistant to going out in your costumes, but after some pleading, you get her to go to a convention with you and
  • it’s
  • it’s pretty wild.
  • Jaehee doesn’t entirely know how to deal with how Wild it is, not with having other people take her picture, but she’s with you, so that makes her feel a lot better.

Jumin

  • The first picture of you he sees features you with short, pastel blue hair and a form fitting bodysuit. He thinks this is weirdly attractive, but doesn’t know what to think about it, so he represses the emotion and goes on with his life.
  • The second picture of you he sees features you with sharply cut, long purple hair and a black, frilly dress. He thinks this is weirdly attractive, and he’s also baffled because - wait. This is the same person? What the fuck?
  • Moments later, you send a picture of yourself in red hair, then green hair, then galaxy-colored hair with stars woven in your braids, and he’s SO CONFUSED. Are you - are you dying your hair over and over? Are you - what’s going on?
  • you have to explain cosplay to jumin han, along with wigs, makeup, and costuming techniques, and while this man has never been more out of his depth, he is Intrigued, and so Researches the Topic.
  • this leads jumin han to watching anime with the same, studious intensity that he treats business meetings and partnership propositions.
  • he researches anime acronyms. he reads anime culture boards.
  • he finds out what the word waifu means, and he asks you if anyone ever calls you that. you die laughing.
  • Once you get together, he’s so fascinated by your hobby that he funnels fantastic amounts of money into it, just so long as he can watch you make the stuff and try it on. You consent because - why not? It’s cute to see him so interested.

Seven

  • If you think this boy is anything but entirely and completely stoked then you are dead wrong.
  • You’re sending each other pictures of yourselves in goofy outfits before day one is even done. Seven has an endless supply of adorable costumes, and you’ve got images of yourself in everything from cool-looking anime characters to badass mecha. Seven is notably impressed, and keeps trying to one up you, but one-upping you is impossible.
  • You do not accept defeat when it comes to your art.
  • Once you’re together, you OBVIOUSLY do couple cosplay. Like - there’s absolutely no way around it, and you are the best dressed people at the con.
  • Not only that, but you act like the character’s you’re cosplaying, down to the accents and the cadence of your speech. It’s ridiculous. You’re ridiculous.
  • You can’t go five feet without getting your picture taken when you’re cosplaying with him, and Seven eats the attention up.
  • He just loves being admired. What a diva.
What I’ve read #2

Fluent Forever by Gabriel Wyner.

And the ideas of this books are:

  • The writer made a summary of his journey and how he started to learn languages and be good at them. (pretty motivating story to be honest)
  • There are 3 key points in language learning: learn pronunciation first, don’t translate and use spaced repetition systems. (at this point the writer talked about how he learned French to an upper intermediate level in 3 months instead of 1 year and my opinion about this is that he also had to do so and that kind of stress helped him a lot)
  • His flashcards don’t have translations in English.
  • In those 3 months he learned the grammar concepts and 3000 words.
  • Everyone has a different definition for “fluent”, decide if yours includes political aspects, phylosophy, engineering etc.
  • Immersion is an amazing method that doesn’t allow you to take a break but not everyone can move to another country to practice daily.
  • There aren’t hard languages, there are only languages that are hard for you.
  • You need to study daily and you need to find something that keeps you entertained or you’ll give up.
  • “Even if i promise you fluency in 30 seconds a day, you’re going to have a hard time sticking to it if it’s unpleasant.”
  • The book teaches you how to learn, not what to learn.
  • You need a grammar book.
  • You’ll skip 90% of the exercises from that book. (this dude knows what i do… )
  • If the book has the pronunciation of every word like “bawn-jure”, burn it; choose one with a CD instead. (i think you can just ignore the translation though) If it has funny symbols (he meant IPA) keep it.
  • Avoid books that offer too many details, rules, exceptions. They are difficult to study with.
  • Don’t choose books used in classrooms. They are designed in such way that if students are confused, the teacher can handle the confusion and explain what’s not in the book.
  • Phrasebooks are great and you can use them to learn your first words when dictionaries are a bit too much for a beginner.
  • Not every language has them but if you can get a frequency dictionary, do so.
  • You should get 2 dictionaries, a monolingual one and the classic bilingual one.
  • You might also want a thematic vocabulary book. (my opinion now, many phrasebooks have that nowadays)
  • Internet gives you many resources for free, if you combine the good ones, you can learn a language very fast and for free.
  • The book focuses on self-studying, not classes.
  • The more senses you use when you memorize something, the harder it will be to forget it.
  • We recall images better than words.
  • We should combine these 2. A way to do so is to search the word on Google Images so your mind connects 1 word with 1 image.
  • Rote repetition is boring and you better learn something until you can reproduce once without looking at it, then you stop and after a while you try again. SRS repetition.
  • Recalling stuff is harder and so you will remember everything better than reviewing what you’ve learned. To do so, make flashcards.
  • Testy yourself from time to time, right before forgetting words so you can remember them better.
  • Try to learn 2-3 new words daily. (I think this is the min? The writer talked about how to learn a language with the minimum amount of time)
  • To notice the difference between words that are pronounced the same, listen to words that are similar, rock-lock (the Korean and Japanese people have a hard time when they have to notice the difference in the pronounciation of these 2); niece-knees etc.
  • Developing a good accent is worth your time. Also, a good accent can get you in trouble if you are a beginner.
  • When you have to learn new long words, start from their end and keep adding letters until you master them. e.g. flinch in russian is vzdrognu and you start with nu, then gnu, then ognu, rognu, drovnu, zdrognu and vzdrognu.
  • That back-chain trick is good for tongue twisters and it’s usually used by singers.
  • Notice the patterns between pronouniation and spelling.
  • Forvo and Rhinospike are good resources for pronunciation.
  • You can knows most of English texts if you learn the first 100 most used words.
  • Each language has its own frequency list of words.
  • In the appentix 5 you have a list with 625 words that are kind of “universal” and easy to translate.
  • Use small dictionaries, they have only what you need in them, not 10 ways to say “house”.
  • When you don’t know something, google it and try to guess the meaning based on what images you get.
  • Make personal connections with the words.
  • Use mnemonics to memorize the gender of the words.
  • “Le génie n'est que l'enfance retrouvée à volonté.“ - Charles Baudelaire ( i just love this quote, okay?)
  • Your mind is magic, if you take a simple example, it can deconstruct it and you can build new sentences with the same structure after a while.
  • When you find a confusing declension, take a simple example and make a story with the rest of the rules so you’ll notice the differences.
  • Mnemonics can help you remember grammar too, not only vocab.
  • Use writing to see where you have to work more. The sentence examples from your grammar book are a good “base”, modify them and write about what you and your preferences. (my suggestion, you can post them on tumblr or lang-8 and people will correct them)
  • When you go through different charts in your grammar book, choose 1-2 examples that you like. Don’t worry if you forget something, you’ll pick up details later in your journey.
  • Make flashcards for grammar rules. (dude… this writer loves flashcards)
  • Combine a book and its audiobook.
  • Avoid subtitles, it’s easier to read than to pay attention to the audio. Start with animated shows or something that entertains you.
  • Listening to radio podcasts in the beginning is too hard.
  • Music isn’t the great choice, most of the time we listen to music for the music and we don’t pay attention to the lyrics.
  • Avoid English/your native language when you want to practice your target language. Try to change what you want to say, use another word, another structure but don’t use English/your native language.
  • You can find people to practice with everywhere.

Okay and after half of the book there’s this ridiculous long chapter where there are instructions how to make these flashcards and how to study them and how to make them look like in the book.

After that it’s a part for Japanese and Chinese learners and right next after it, it’s a kind of tutorial about pronunciation and IPA. At the end there’s that list with the 625 most used words and after that it’s the index.

My opinion about this book. It has some interesting stories and researches, many references and funny comments every now and then, but those flashcards were so boring. I also think flashcards take a lot of time to make and you need to use a printer because the writer didn’t mean only written stuff, but also pictures and really, i don’t think someone has time to make 1000-2000 flashcards? I use flashcards as a language learner but i don’t bother to make more than 100-200 (and to be honest, i do this only for Danish) and even those, i use them only when i don’t have internet or my phone with me and they are also with idioms mostly.

However, that taboo game, where you aren’t allowed to use English, i like that idea a lot and i agree with the “choose only 1-2 words as examples from your book”. I also liked the quotes that appeared every now and then, even if i had to kill my eyes a bit because they were written with smaller letters.

It was an okay book. (Somehow i got bored after the first 90 pages and from there i started to take longer breaks to read).

p.s. sorry if there are any typos

Hey Archy! What do u think of the architecture of Petra in Jordan?

The city of Petra, capital of the Nabataean Arabs, is one of the most famous archaeological sites in the world, it is Located 240 km south of the capital Amman and 120 km north of the red sea town of Aqapa.

I don’t think my opinion of Petra matters much taking into consideration it is one of the treasures of humanity. Its one of those things that you cannot look at without wondering about the incredible creativity and artistry of humankind. My words don’t make it justice and its something that I have only been able to see in pictures, maybe someday I can see it with my own two eyes.

Can I get what my boys would be like in a relationship??

your wish is my command, nonny ☺️

guys also pls to remember persona takes place in japan so normal pda usually just goes as far as holding hands!! they’re not gonna make out in public unless they’re INCREDIBLY bold

akira

  • this stoic boyo can sometimes, to outsiders, come across as being a bit cold or unfeeling
  • which is a complete and utter misconception
  • not ashamed of his s/o but he probably wouldn’t mention them excessively in conversation?
  • just a really private dude, he likes that he gets to have this person all to himself and give them the parts of himself that he doesn’t share much with other people
  • that kind of emotional intimacy rly rly gets to him bc he craaaves that kind of bond with another person
  • probably not super big on the pda, not because of a lack of confidence but because he’d want to leave that up to his partner (& again, private boyo)
  • he’d be down to hold hands if they were but he doesn’t want to make anyone uncomfortable
  • it’s probably his first relationship tbh he didn’t really get close to people before the game but he’d still be cool as a cucumber bc that’s how he is just in general
  • behind closed doors tho boy is always in contact with his s/o, has a hand on their arm or an arm around their shoulders or leaning together or touching knees. it’s kind of new for him to have people who want to be around him so he’s taking advantage of the opportunity.
  • he’s a v confident partner, usually initiating most physical intimacy
  • he L O V E S to fluster his s/o, get them red and stuttering with his teasing
  • a quiet but comforting presence when he’s not teasing them mercilessly

ryuji

  • this LOUD BOY is very LOUD about his s/o
  • constantly bragging about them and showing them off
  • he does the will smith thing to introduce them to new people
  • (ok maybe he doesn’t actually do that but he threatens to and it gets a kick out of his s/o being like “wtf no what’s wrong with you!!”)
  • actually super shy about pda, will blush up a sTORM if he gets hugs or hand holds. he’ll reciprocate hesitantly and but be beet red the whole time
  • THE WHOLE TIME u guys
  • is terrible at flirting. like the literal worst; puns and bad pickup lines. and he knows it but for the s/o he can’t resist.
  • also p confident in the relationship tho?? like he doesn’t second-guess himself on his s/o’s feelings even if he does second-guess whether he deserves them
  • spoiler alert: ofc he deserves them
  • usually the one to initiate anything physical between himself and s/o but he also likes to be surprised when they wrap an arm around his waist or his shoulders or come in for a kiss.
  • super loves kissing, this guy
  • also a huge cuddler, he’ll get right up on in there and just drape himself over his s/o while they’re maybe not paying as much attention to him

yusuke

  • so this oblivious boy here only knows about two things alright
  • those two things are art and being hungry food
  • he’s never dated anyone or even been interested in dating anyone? like honestly it just really never crossed his mind, he’s such an oblivious bean
  • but then s/o comes along and all of a sudden he’s thinking about more than painting and his empty stomach food. he’s thinking about their hair in the sunlight and how they stand in this particular way and their face when they smile
  • yusuke would never ever let his s/o think they’re any less beautiful than they are to him. he’d fill entire sketchbooks and half of his portfolio with portraits and drawings and watercolors of them–you name the medium and he’s getting his hands dirty in it trying to show them how he sees them
  • he’s so passionate and intense about everything of course he’d be the same about his s/o, too. describing them at length to other people using flowery words and possibly sounding like he’s about to cry from their sheer loveliness
  • yusuke would also be unable to keep his hands to himself when it comes to his s/o. when they’re out in public he has to be touching them practically at all times. arms around the waist or around their shoulders, holding hands, sitting close so their legs touch. it’s entirely unconscious
  • and when they’re alone and he’s not taking the time to add another sketch to his collection, he’s running his hands up and down their arms, tangling his fingers in their hair, nosing at their neck. he loves to take in every detail and texture so he can pour the passion into his artwork later
  • obv he’s pretty confident and outgoing, and initiates contact with them fairly often, but he’s not really a dominating personality in the relationship
  • there would be a lot of give and take
  • so in the end now yusuke thinks about three things
  • art, how his stomach is growling food, and his s/o

akechi

  • alright so like
  • goro has two kind of “modes” when it comes to people and relationships
  • there’s goro the “detective prince” who is on tv and always polite and courteous and appropriate
  • and then there’s goro at home who is…significantly less family friendly
  • in public he’d be all about quietly broadcasted signs of affection, like brushing his s/o’s cheek with his hand or leaning in close to look in their eyes or holding hands in a way that’s subtle but easy to photograph.
  • because he’s all about that pr, you know, he knows what to do to get the cameras going and tabloids rolling out the articles. nothing too overt or inappropriate would ever happen in public because he’s trying to keep his image
  • when asked about his relationship with s/o he’d be carefully discreet, citing their privacy and saying he can’t give details but always gushing a little anyway because he “just can’t help it”
  • in private, though, he’s almost an entirely different person
  • a very hungry lover, with a possessive grip around s/o’s wrist or waist, leaning on them all the time and choosing to speak directly in their ear when he can because he loves the way it makes them shiver
  • he’d be kind of overwhelming in his intensity and almost always have control of the situation
  • also??? v jealous. doesn’t like to see his s/o with other people he sees as a threat to their relationship.
  • he’ll sometimes even forget that he’s got to maintain a public image and will take a possessive hold on s/o to keep them “safe” with him
  • and holy jeez is he ever protective
  • (he’ll totally ruin ur life if you dare say a word against his s/o)

mishima

  • lol i know y’all prolly don’t wanna hear about him BUT I LOVE THIS BOY
  • complete and total oblivious nerd
  • he wouldn’t even realize he and s/o were dating until like the third or forth time they went out somewhere and s/o tried to kiss him
  • not even lying, he’d probably assume s/o was just joking around when they were flirting with him
  • (look his canon experiences have him w a r y of making assumptions anymore ok)
  • he’s such a dork, it’d be his first relationship and he’d have no idea what’s expected of him at all and do p much everything wrong
  • tries to “dress up” for the first date he’s aware is a date and fails utterly
  • tries to act more tough/manly/impressive/whatever because he thinks that’s what people are into
  • he has to have it explained to him that s/o likes him for HIM not for all these things he thinks s/o will like u dummy!!! just let them kiss u jeez
  • not confident at all, usually waits for s/o to take the lead
  • sometimes has unrealistic expectations of how a date or social event is supposed to go this poor young lech has no idea what he’s doing
  • but man he’d still love his s/o so much, he’d totally adore them and want to shower them with as much affection as possible he’d just be terrified of getting it wrong
  • always up for literally anything no matter the time or place and lack of experience is made up for by sheer eagerness

EH: I have an apologetic heart to everyone here, let’s not break apart again, let’s only walk the flower path now.

DH: I’m sorry for making you lonely for 2 years, I will work hard to show a good image in activities from now on.

They saluted to Leeteuk.

[DirtyPop1938]

DH: It was really nice today, LT and YS hyung came today too, I’m really happy.

Eunhyuk showed a vacation pic of eating with his unit.
DH: Didn’t you make plans to eat with me? And you went to see others?? ©

Eunhyuk talked about the Super Junior dorm situation: After living in the same dorm for so long, now we’re in out thirties, we said “let’s have a go at being independent!” But we couldn’t go too far from each other so we are all living in different houses in the same area/apartment, we eat pizza together and go on walks together too, we went to find Heechul too but Kim Heechul didn’t open the door (I don’t know if he was home or not). ©

Eunhyuk confused the old SJ dorm and the new dorm. When he was in the army, SJ moved out of the old dorm so it was empty. Hyuk didn’t realize that when he went there. He thought at least kyuhyun was inside so he kept trying to press in the password and pressing the door bell, making funny faces in the inter-phone camera for minutes. Then he asked in SJ’s group chat and the manager asked if he went to the old dorm where they moved out. ©

Eunhyuk asked Donghae to find him in a picture of him with all his army staff in uniform and Donghae walked to the screen and pointed at a lady wearing a dress. Eunhyuk replied, “I wore a dress? Good job.” ©

Eunhyuk looked around at fans who all have long hair.
EH: We made a promise? Do you remember? How did your hair grow so fast?

description: It was everything, from his tattoos, to his touches, to the way sweat rolled down his neck as he strummed into his guitar on stage; everything about him had completely enthralled you. So why are you now, two and a half years later, on a train to Seoul, telling a complete stranger the recollection of how you became fated to forever have scars on all of your future hearts, due to the happiness, but most of all the pain, that came along with falling in love with Jeon Jungkook.

note: inspired by the anime/manga “Nana”

cr.

a year and a half earlier.

Jungkook collapsed against the seat of the train, a heavy weight filling his chest as he buried his face into the palms of his hands. He could feel the incessant sting at the back of his eyes as tears continued to fall down his flushed skin. He just couldn’t believe that this was happening, this wasn’t how it was supposed to end — it was never supposed to end between the two of you.

He couldn’t help but think to himself, was this really the right thing to do? Leaving the girl he loves behind so he could pursue this opportunity. He knew that music was the only thing he wanted to do with his life, working a normal job, doing the same things day to day, it just wasn’t for him. So when Seoyeon asked him to be in her band after she got offered her record deal, he knew he had to take it, but then he quickly realized what that actually meant.

It meant no more late night drives out to the lake, it meant no more looking out into the crowd of his shows and seeing your face, it meant no more waking up in the middle of the night to find you curled against his chest, but most importantly — it meant no more you and him, and just that single thought alone was enough to tear him apart at the seams.
