Two minor grumbles about staging issues for the W-League Grand Final:

  1. Security complained about the lens on my camera. Apparently anything over 250mm zoom is considered “professional” and you can’t use it. Any professional photographer with a 90-300mm zoom lens like mine won’t be making much money. So basically all my photos are going to be crap (I haven’t got them processed yet) because I had to use a standard lens, plus at Lakeside the field is further away. Whoever thinks a 300mm zoom lens is professional obviously isn’t a photographer.
  2. They should hold the ceremony at the end facing the crowd next time.
