this year exo went from ‘i`m creepin in your heart babe’ full motion sexual tension song, through the line that saved every music genre exsisting a.k.a ‘lipstick chateu in wine color, white champagne, bubble shower’ to the most beautiful, soft, warm and loving ’never gonna let you go, giving you my heart and soul’ so what’s your fave doing?
Oh, cheerio, mate! This is how I roll when I want to throw down LIKE A BOSS. When it comes to champers, this is the real deal, folks. Shortbread cookies, lemon, yeast, ripe apples, a whiff of red fruit, and florals on the nose. Mouthwatering acidity on the palate with those yummy shortbread cookie notes as well as apple and even a hint of blackberries. Beautiful balance. Great aging potential. Like the name implies, shortbread over brioche flavors. Delicious. Stately. Fantastic.
This is my sparkling wine face. Steely on the nose with fresh-cut ripe pear, lemon, and apple. Nice, delicate and fine mousse (bubbles) on the palate with steely notes of pears and lemons. Very clean and pure. A bubbly from France for $10? Yes, please.
Going next level with this Domaine Carneros bubbly! Stone fruit, lemon crème, minerality, brioche, golden apples, and a little green herb topping off the nose. Mix of golden and green apples on the palate with crisp acidity and a lovely green apple finish.
i’m gonna take this glass of wine and hop into my bubble bath and listen to podcasts until my skin is all soft. then i’m gonna use a sugar scrub all over my body and i’m gonna scrub my skin while this face masque firms up. i’m gonna wash my body off and rub it down with shea butter and moisturize my skin. i’m gonna clip my finger nails and paint my finger and toe nails. and then i’m gonna walk around my house naked until it’s time to bed. i’m gonna wrap myself into these clean sheets i just washed and let the cool sheets hug my warm skin and talk to my best friend until i fall asleep to the sound of his sleepy voice.
I would drink champagne everyday if I could! Especially from grower-producers like this one! Lemon, sourdough, baked apples, and brown pear on the nose. Similar on the palate with a touch of croissant and brioche flakes on the finish. Lovely!
Mmm… this is some quality bubbly from Alsace! Almost as quality as the car. ;-) Meyer lemon, a bit of baguette without the crust, and a hint of green herbs on the nose. Lemons, pears, and bread on the palate. Nice balance between a lovely round mouthfeel and crisp acidity. Very solid at the price.
