Aria was sitting on her usual bus stop in the centre of Cardiff. Her perception filter was set to a very low stage, so that anything with a slightly more open mind than an adult human could see her. Even human CHILDREN seemed to be catching a glimpse of her from the corner of their eyes. Aria sighed and looked over the masses of humans, desperate for something - anything - to happen. Her original self was still curled up inside, sobbing over that silly guardian’s death. ‘She helped me. She could have saved me!’ The other one repeated over and over again. She shook her head, when her eyes fell on a girl in the mass. She looked human enough, but she seemed more powerful than the others… Aria smiled, jumped down from the bus stop and headed towards the girl, calling out for her to stop. “Maybe I’ll get a worthy opponent today!” She thought as she ran acros the street towards the other girl.
