The giant set to work on my barrel!!! Cable crunches - 4 sets of 20 reps Ab-wheel - 4 sets of 12. Reverse crunches - 4 sets of 10-12 DONE AS A GIANT SET , meaning 1 set of cable immediately followed by the ab-wheel and then straight into reverse crunches. Rest 30-45 secs and repeat!!
