anonymous asked:

is there a way I can learn about poc? cuz I see popular artists making oc's saying they're a (in their words) Black Asian, I want to be as informed as them and not make mistakes. but I don't know how???????? any tips????

the internet is your friend dude, use it. Talk to poc. learn about people and cultures the same way you would with anything else, but asking me, a white woman, about black asian culture is not gonna get you anywhere….

also maybe asks the artists who are responsible for these OCs ???

i was tagged forever ago by @amazzjin and @penguin-neckpillow for the bias/selfie tag and the selfie tag!

i literally haven’t taken a selfie in months so my selfie game is weak as fuck, hence the filters 😬

i’m too lazy to tag anyone so i’ll tag everyone who reads this, only of you want to, babes.

canon lgbt characters dont exist in sonic we dont get representation besides in fan content so itd be nice if us lgbt folks didnt fight each other over personal headcanons… they all mean different things to different people yknow. theres no moral difference btwn hc'ing a character as gay or bi or pan or w/e. however there IS something morally sketchy with insisting that a character cant be a lesbian bc she had past relationships with men (something irl lesbians are told quite frequently)
