why do i kill my characters

dracus16  asked:

Okay, so... You know who Jeanne D'Arc is? What kind of Paladin was she, why, and do you think she did a good job as a Paladin in life?

Friend, I know you mean well, but while I like to honor Joan of Arc and take inspiration from her, I do not like to go into detail on whether she was a great fantasy character class. Why? Because Joan of Arc was real. She was a living legend, a saint who saved her nation and was brutally killed before her time. She is not someone to compare to fantastic character concepts because she was real as you and I, more so even. To do so echoes of disrespect and you will not find me comparing notes on how she might have been more or less a paladin. If anything, I would be silent and accept her word above my own, understand? I will say no more on it.

“You let it keep hurting because you think hurting is who you are. Why would you do that?””

Why do I not see more Black Sails on my dash? You’re talking about a show that does polyamory, doesn’t shame sex workers, has a narrative that continually reinforces that racial equality is mandatory for people to get anywhere in life, does the best plot twist on Kill Your Gays that I’ve ever seen, gives us female characters that are nuanced and even flat-out awful but still humanized and sympathetic, doesn’t queer bait, and your villain is literally always a rich white straight cis man… Like why is this show not plastered all over tumblr? And did I mention it’s about freaking PIRATES? Get on this shit, people.

Mrs. Baker is so underrated she’s honestly probably one of my favorite characters. you really see her change from the past episodes to the present episodes. she’s so happy and she’s glowing but after her daughter dies not only her personality but her appearance goes to shit. she’s been through quite possibly the worst thing any parent could ever go through; finding your own son or daughter dead after they killed themselves. now all she’s gonna be thinking the rest of her life is what did i do wrong. hannah’s parents honestly deserved so much more then they got.

Didn't think I'd ever have to roll for that

For context, the Rogue in my group just killed the BBEG for this leg of the campaign:

Rogue: How fucked would it be-

Fighter: to take his penis?

Rogue: Yes

Me: (Secretly rolls a 17 for dick size)

Fighter: Why did I know it was gonna go there?

Cleric: Why do you want his penis?

Rogue: Cause he’s a dick

Fighter: Doesn’t mean you have to take HIS dick

Rogue: Doin’ it! Okay

Me: It’s a moderately sized dick (Breaking character) I just rolled for dick size

Whole Table: (Erupts with laughter)

For anyone who’s worried Nicole is gonna be killed off Kat is confirmed to be in every episode this season already. And also remember the showrunner of this show is Emily Andras. The same woman who spoiled her own show to tell us that Waverly and Nicole would survive the first season happy and in love because she “Wanted us to be able to watch a show without anxiety.” The same woman who many many times has said that the bury your gays trope is lazy writing and needs to stop. The same woman who makes sure to develop the queer characters and give them their own storylines and treat them equally to the straight characters. The same woman who has said herself that she won’t work on shows without queer representation because she thinks it’s that important. The same woman who is aware of almost every queer holiday or awareness day and always talks about it. And talks about queer rights all the time. The same woman who was on a panel for GLAAD for lesbian and bisexual representation in media. The same woman who is not only aware of the bury your gays trope but is also aware of other tropes such as the predatory lesbian trope and tries her hardest to avoid it. The same woman who at every panel she does for Wynonna Earp talks about how important queer rep is. The same woman who during the scandal with YouTube when they were censoring queer media asked to speak to YouTube directly to talk about why they had blocked Wayhaught clips on YouTube. We’re in good hands you guys. Emily knows what she’s doing. She knows how to write three dimensional full rounded queer characters. And the thing about full rounded characters? They need to make mistakes. Now, we may not always like those mistakes. We may not always agree with the storyline that goes along with those mistakes. I’ve actually never watched a show in my entire life where there wasn’t at least one storyline I didn’t like. But guys. Nicole being killed off? I can basically guarantee that’s never going to happen because this is Emily Andras and she knows what she’s doing and she completely understands the importance of queer rep and knows how damaging the bury your gays trope is. Now this cheating storyline? I’ll admit I’m not a huge fan of it. But I understand that some storylines I’m not going to like. And I think it honestly it really matters where they take it from here. And I think they’ll handle it well. And if you’re ever worried think of all those things above and remember who’s running this show. And remember this quote Emily said at Clexacon about Wayhaught “You have to believe that even when they’re fighting. They’re fighting for each other”

Henry Cheng is literally like a fangirl that cba to read all of trc so just got trk and started reading it halfway through. Up untill then he’d only read fanfictions and already loves all the characters but has like …. no idea wtf is going on.

Let’s talk about.... Riverdale.

It’s been a while since I wrote or actually made an article on my blog but
Two weeks ago, I discovered Riverdale. And good god I can’t get enough of it. As I was fangirling ( and snapping my reactions to my best friend ) through episode 6 today, I thought : “ Why not make a list of the people I suspect and why ? “ So here you go Riverdale’s fans, here’s my contribution.

( that jawline tho ) During the summer, Archie was working for his dad (#abs) and frickfracking with Mrs Grundy (#cougar). He obviously knew Jason bc football team and he actually has an aliby. He was with Mrs Grundy when the gunshot was fired. BUT we do know ;that the gunshot was fired by Dilton Doyley. And we don’t know what happened after that but I think they just headed home and he concentrated on his music to forget about the gunshot and knowing a fellow student was dead.

Do I suspect him : YES / NO / MAYBE

I’ll be brief about Veronica. During the summer, she was probably still in New York, and never put a step in Riverdale before the start of the story

Do I suspect her: YES / NO / MAYBE

Damn gurl.
Here’s the thing about Betty. Every episode makes me question her. One episode I’m like “ of course she didn’t “ and one episode after I’m like “ yeeah, maybe she did. “
Betty Cooper is the image of the perfect daughter; good grades, casual clothes, not too popular. On the first episode, her mom gave her some medecine ( i don’t remember the name gosh ) and I looked up on the internet and it’s for helping focus and apparently well used in the USA by students. It also says that it can causes paranoia. Well, well, well. Official version is that Betty was doing an internship during the summer. But good god, I thought she was innocent until I saw the bathtub scene. Remember ? “ Say you’re sorry for what you did to me, Jason “. In the comics we know there was some feud between the sisters because of Jason so why not ? What if she couldn’t accept her sister being happy with him? Anyway, after episode 6 I have my doubts; she apparently didn’t knew about her sister’s condition and I’m starting to think she just snapped at Chuck because she was just so angry ( my little bean, too precious for this world. )

Do I suspect her : YES / NO / MAYBE

I just looooooove his character so much (Plus, Cole Sprouse, youknowwhatImean ) We know that this precious being was supposed to go on a road trip with Archie on the 4th of July, but Archie prefered his cougar, leaving the precious being alone. No aliby for him then. And I mean, what a plot twist would it be, you know, writing a book about the investigation of the murder you commited? Anyway, I don’t really think he is connected to the murder, I mean he barely knew Jason and let’s be honest, other things to think than killing a guy.

Do I suspect him : YES / NO / MAYBE

(#queenslayin ) At first, I thought she was only going to be a basic bitch character that we love to hate but she is so much more than that. She really did love her brother, and of course it makes her a suspect. Her family is clearly insane and her brother was a rock. She helped him go away BUT did she? Maybe she knew Polly was pregnant and that he was going to run away with her and she couldn’t stand it ?

Do I suspect her : YES  / NO / MAYBE

Introduced to us in Episode 6, Polly was an interrogation point. We now know she was dating Jason, that she is pregnant with his child and that they were supposed to run away together, until Alice “mom of the year” Cooper decidet to incarcerate her. The theory that she was “sick” is wronged by Bughead finding the car she told them about. We know both Coopers and Lodges didn’t approve on the relationship but for now, that’s all we know but meh, I don’t think she’s guilty, I mean she really did love him i think.

Do I suspect her : YES / NO / MAYBE

I’mma start with Mamma Bitch. I’m torn with this woman bc she is a complete ASS with Polly but actually trying to protect Betty. Still a bitch thought. She clearly hated Jason with all her guts, actually is “happy” that he is dead and she little chuckle she did when Betty accused her dad “ You think he would have the guts to do it ? “

Continuing with Pappa Bitch. We KNOW he stole the sheriff’s evidences and files. And I did put this picture for a reason. “ He’s missing “ you know like he knew that Jason was not dead.
MY BIG THEORY for the Coopers : They never approved Jason and Polly relationship. When they found out about Polly’s pregnancy, they did their best to seperate them and when they found out about their plan to runaway together, they took care of Polly with the medical centre thing and I assume Alice told Hal to take care of things but maybe he didn’t have the guts ( so I’m assuming he was locked somewhere which will explain the frozen body and the marks on the wrists ? ) so Alice DID it ?

Do I suspect them : HELL YES / NO / MAYBE

Thoses two motherfuckers. You know that they’re evil. Penelope Blossom is a bitch to everyone and even Daddy Blossom enjoys himself taking Veronica down. They are pure evil. I’m pretty sure they both mentally and physically abuse Jason AND Cheryl. Mentally is proven , physically I mean, do you remember this magnificent BITCH SLAP ??!

Back to the Blossoms , my theory is pratically the same as the Coopers one, they didn’t approve Polly and Jason relationship and as they are so violent and crazy, they hunt it down, locked him away and killed him when he tried to escape ? Idk but even if they didn’t kill him they’re still guilty as shit for being such bad parents.

Do I suspect them : HELL YES / NO / MAYBE

Little character in the show you may say, but so many things could link to her. Let’s start with the beggining. First, there’s the football team book, with Ethel’s name show not once, not twice but FOUR TIMES. The first time, her name is linked to a guy named Thomas and after that, 3 times to Reggie.

So, WHAT IF Reggie and Ethel actually dated for a while ? We can see at the end that Reggie probably “Dumped” her. But then again Ethel never mentioned Reggie but always about Chuck.
Then comes the Bathtub scene at Ethel’s. Little bean is hiding and seems to enjoy the show. What I DID NOTICE on this scene is the hottub which was turning hot thanks to Betty BUT which could also be turn to cold water, REALLY cold ( Jason’s frozen body, anyone ? ) Also, Chuck was handcuffed to the bathtub ( Jason’s marks on his wrists?).
Chuck got kicked out of the team , Jason’s dead, guess who’s now captain of the football team ? REGGIE
I first thought she was the one stealing Sheriff Keller’s room but then I was proved wrong, daddy bitch did it BUT she didn’t seemed to be at the school show so damn, who could have put the car on fire ?
MY THEORY IS : Ethel is crazy in love with Reggie and wanted to get rid of Jason so that Reggie could be the king of Riverdale. I know this sounds crazy but her house or at least the bathtub is the only place I can see Jason’s body.

Do I suspect her : HELL YES / NO / MAYBE

Then again , there’s a lot of other characters but I couldn’t find something to write about them so maybe I’ll make updates after every episodes to keep my suspects list updated! Let me know what you think, who do you think killed Jason and why ?

Five Fucking Years

For five years I have been bullied physically, sexually, and mentally.

For five years I have been battling depression, anxiety, mild ptsd, panic attacks, and suicidal thoughts.

But that’s in the outside world. I came to the Internet, to tumblr and the fandom to get away from all of that, but instead?

I get five years being sent message upon message telling me that I should die, that I should kill myself, that I should be raped and abused, that I don’t deserve anything but a shallow puddle as my grave because of the characters I like, the characters I ship, and the shows and movies I like to watch.

For five years I have seen others get sent the exact same messages, for five years I’ve had to say goodbye to friends who leave this site because they can’t take the hate anymore, and for five years I have had no idea if they are still alive or not.

For five years I have tiptoed on my blog, afraid to set off anyone that I might upset enough to be told that I should kill myself.

And I Am Done. I Have Snapped.

I do not care if you like X character, or Y ship, I do not care if you hate X character or Y ship, but telling someone that doesn’t like or hate the same things as you to kill themselves, or that they deserve to be hurt, or that they are worthless is fucking disgusting.

You can have your discourse about why X ship/character is toxic or how Y ship/character is The Pinnacle of Perfection, but it stops being discourse and turns into abuse the moment you tell them they deserve to die.

I have wanted to kill myself Four Fucking Times because of messages like that that I have gotten for the five years.

I was 13 when it started.

I was thir-fucking-teen years olds when I was told to kill myself because I didn’t ship A with B but instead with C.

Do you have any idea what that does to a 13 year old?

You make them hate themselves, you make them hate what they love, you make them hate the thing they used to get away from the real world.

You took the love they had left and smashed it.

You have mentally abused them. You have made them feel less then they are.

And it has to fucking stop. Because now it has bled over to actors and directors and screen writers and authors.

Telling someone that they deserve to be hurt or that they have to kill themselves shouldn’t be used as some parlor trick to get one over on a person.

Next time you want to do something like that, first answer this question very fucking carefully:

Does a life and mental health of a real person matter less then my opinion on fictional characters?

And the answer better fucking be no.

For five years I have been fighting this, and I know I’m not the only one who had, or the only one who’s done with this shit.

Goddamnit no one, fucking no one deserves this mental abuse from people behind a screen just because they do or do not hate or like something.

And that’s fucking final.

Same player who was the heartbroken warlock

When I was a new player I did a lot of overthinking and stereotypes. I made a dwarf but I forget the class anyway its not important. Fast forward to level 2 or so and this was i think my second ever character.

dm: you are at a cliff above the bandits cave. you see one man standing outside it next to a rope.

Players start to try to figure out how to kill/immobilize him before he can pull the rope because “its got to be some alarm”

dm: To high up for your magic to reach him. To windy for throwing weapons to accurately get to him. He will see you if you try to climb down and the path that you can take to get you there is off a ways and he will see your decent.

Dwarf: Well in that case I want to drop my anvil on him.

Dm: what?

Dwarf: I drop my anvil on him.

Dm: you don’t have an anvil.

Dwarf: yes I do.

Dm: no….. you don’t.

Dwarf: but I do.

Dm: show me your character sheet. (Dm looks at the character sheet) Why do you have an anvil!

Dwarf: Because…… i’m a dwarf?

Anyway I dropped the anvil got a 19 on the dice and due to height and using fall damage as a base I killed the guy with the hit and we were able to slaughter the bandits easily since they didn’t suspect anything. Never got all the blood off the anvil after that though.

On Character Deaths

Anonymous asked: “I came to the point where I think I have to kill a character, but I don’t want to. I tried to think about another solution and all I could come up with was to fake his death, but I don’t know what to do.”

So many new writers are quick to kill off characters. I don’t mind if you do decide to kill of a character or two, but I do recommend looking into your favorite books as examples to set a standard.

One of the many things that went wrong in my side campaign

As a bit of a background, our party consists of me, a half-orc barbarian who thinks they have magic, a halfling rogue, a dwarf fighter, and a gnome ranger.

DM: Alright, it turns out that lich you killed was guarding a powerful circlet. Once per long rest, it can double one of your stat modifiers for 30 seconds.

Rogue: (gives the circlet to my character) Here, [Barbarian], this crown will strengthen your magic muscles for a short time each day.

Me OOC: Too late. When I activate that circlet I’m going to have a +12 modifier to strength, not counting feats, proficiency, and the like.

DM: why did I do this. First there were all the times we narrowly avoided ERP, and now this.

(As for what happened because of that circlet, let’s just say many walls were destroyed. Many.)

'Shade' is Ragnor theory

From my LoS thoughts and theories post

This character, ‘Shade’,

  • Has green skin, and even though it was described as dark it could just be the lighting because they were in a dark green tent, and that made his skin seem dark, or something may have happened to make his skin darker,
  • HE DOES NOT HAVE THE LAST NAME SHADE—as he explicitly says, “You may call me Shade,” he said. “It is not my last name, but it will do.”
  • He ran away when he saw Magnus coming,
  • He conceals his identity, possibly in fear of something,
  • And he willingly helps Kit, Ty and Livvy.

The warlock John Shade, who has dark green skin and is from The Infernal Devices (some people think that he is the mystery character), I seem to recall is not that generous. Shade and his wife were also killed by shadowhunters—as well as his adoptive son being killed by someone directly involved with the Nephilim (Tessa). Why would he help three Nephilim after all that?

Cassandra Jean also sketched this scene with the mystery character, and captioned the drawing with ‘this scene was the best’. Why would it be the best? The scene it self wasn’t that exceptional, so if she considers this scene amazing it probably has something to do with the mystery character…it may seem a little far fetched, but Cassandra Jean is known to have a favourite warlock: Ragnor Fell.

ALSO, Cassandra Clare has always said that the one character she regretted killing off the most was Ragnor Fell. She also said this in an interview below:

We see Malcom return from the dead, but his appearance wasn’t mysterious at all. The only character we see appear mysteriously is ‘Shade’, possibly proving that ‘Shade’ is the resurrected character.

‘Shade’ (Ragnor) concealed his identity probably in fear of people recognising him, possibly because necromancy is illegal, and if he were to be found out by anyone, he would be killed. Magnus knew Ragnor so well he could probably tell who he was by his voice, thus possibly explaining why 'Shade’ could have run away when Magnus appeared, hiding his identity by not revealing himself to Magnus.

'Shade’ also says: “You’re not the first Herondale I’ve met, not even the first with those eyes, like distilled twilight.”, “I have to say I never thought I’d have the pleasure of entertaining the Lost Herondale.” and “Who knew that was an inherited trait?”

Now, Ragnor knew Will Herondale well, if you recall Clockwork Prince. Well enough to know his sarcastic tone, and to remember the colour of his eyes. He also knew James Herondale, if you recall The Midnight Heir, from The Bane Chronicles.

The way that he says 'I never thought I’d have the pleasure of entertaining etc etc" suggests that he knew about the tale of the Lost Herondale before everyone knew it, before it was revealed as Kit. No one really knew about it beforehand, bar a few people, like Tessa, Jem, Alec (Magnus told him), Magnus and Catarina. Why would 'Shade’, a supposedly random warlock know about this tale beforehand? The answer is: Catarina. Magnus and Catarina knew about the Lost Herondale, which basically means Ragnor knew as well, because they were all so close. There is no way that Catarina and/or Magnus would withhold this information from Ragnor, thus again proving my theory that 'Shade’ may be Ragnor.

Continuing on from an earlier point, if Ragnor really has been resurrected, it is possible that his skin tone would have darkened in the process of resurrection, or something else may have happened to him along the way. It’s also possible that Ragnor took his disguise one step further by darkening his skin.

Ragnor has also helped Nephilim in the past (spying on the Herondales, agreeing to see Clary about Jocelyn, helping Jocelyn with her potion), and he would be likely to do it again by helping Livvy, Ty and Kit out.

I’m not saying 'Shade’ is Ragnor, but you guys — 'Shade’ is Ragnor.

  • someone: i cant believe after all these years and games Altair is still ur favorite assassin, whats so special about him anyway
  • me internally: Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad from Assassin's Creed™ (2007) was actually a unique character not only because not white (in a time period, the Crusades, that has been novelized from a purely white/western point of view over and over again) but also for the particular treatment of his personality and development. There was absolutely 0 effort in trying to make him likeable or even understandable, he is basically a huge asshole at first and even after the dramatic change his character goes through, he remains a deeply flawed, aloof, unapproachable man. Which I think is actually a refreshing concept - a character that is allowed to exist on his unlikeable own, instead of trying so very hard to appeal to the mass of gamers as it's often done by the majority of developers, ubisoft usually leading the way on this. And yet he's also very far from the icy, unchanging piece of granite that many thought he was at the time (probably because they payed little attention to the dialogues). During only the course of the first game he undergoes a change which remains among the most impressive in the entire series to this day. In fact, other Assassins have much more time and cutscenes dedicated to them and they change very little in comparison. The fact that Altair goes from the selfish, arrogant piece of shit he is in in the first part of the game to someone apologizing and trying to make amends for his mistakes in the second part, reveals he is more reasonable and reflective than everyone (maybe even himself) thought he was at first. His path is built on questions: those he asks to his victims before they die, and those he starts asking himself, about the real meaning of the Creed and its contradictions. This path begins in the first Assassin's Creed game, but it continues, partially behind the scenes, until his death. And if the development of his character is already remarkable in that game, what comes next is even more impressive. Altair's codex is probably the most interesting document in the entire series and it reveals a life dedicated but to the study of the Apple and to the Order, its refinement, its phylosophy, and the possible solutions to its ancient problems. The fact that in the second part of his life he suffered from deep depression due to his losses - his son, his wife, his best friend - and the many troubles of the Order in an age of great changes, only adds a new layer of interest and sympathy for me personally. Being chronically depressed myself, I cherish every positive representation of depressed characters that still try, still fight, and can even save the day every now and then. I think many of the reasons why I like Altair so much were not even accurately planned ahead by his creators and they are actually the result of coincidences, different teams and different necessities from one game to the other; but nonetheless I still love the character that emerged in the end, I love that he is capable and talented and still fail hard; that he makes huge mistakes and apologizes and tries to do better; that he doesn't just run around killing people, but he also sits down and thinks about what he's doing and why he is doing it; I love that he doubts and falters, even on the Creed that dictated his whole life. While there are many other interesting and more easily likeable characters in the series, Altair is still the n.1 on my personal podium because there's a depth, a complexity and a subtlety to the character that, in my opinion, is still unsurpassed to this day.
  • me externally: he's my piece of trash I personally took him out of the dumpster with my own two bare hands ten years ago and I'm keeping him
Preference-Defenders React to Your Pain Transferring Powers

A/N: These are the characters I am most familiar with and these are the ones I think I can write best. If in future preferences you want me to include other characters let me know and I will do my best to learn about them.

Matt Murdock(Daredevil):

Matt is more concerned with the implications of your powers than the fact that you actually have them. He worries that a lot of people could get killed very easily if they try to confront you. He tries to get you to quit the vigilante life, but you refuse. His insistence get’s very annoying eventually so you have to have a very stern conversation(yelling match) about why he needs to stay out of your business.

He eventually concedes when you promise over and over again that you’re very careful about which hits you let land. However, despite saying that he’s going to back of, Matt still finds himself in your vigilante territory and awful lot.

Jessica Jones:

Jessica isn’t really surprised. She’s seen a lot of crazy stuff and you’re just another person on the list. You’re drinking when she finds out and she’s a little tipsy. She keeps asking you random questions like whether you can get vaccines or get surgery. Half way through the night she insists on toasting your “awesome powers that make you invincible.” The rest of the bar joins along even as you insist that she’s blowing it out of proportion.

“So can you get drunk? Or does the bartender get drunk?” she asks, leaning a little too close to you.

“No I can still get drunk. The bartender isn’t trying to hurt me or anything.”

“What about poison? Can you be roofied.”

“I’m not sure.”

“I hope you don’t find out.” You nudge her drink farther away from her hand.

“I think you’re done for the night.”

Luke Cage:

Luke is actually very interested in your powers. When he sees you fighting for the first time he spends the next couple of days thinking about it. The number one thought in his head is that maybe you’re one of the few people who could actually hurt him without the need for fancy high tech equipment.

One night he catches sight of you running after some bad guys that are running away clutching their stomachs.

“Hey you!” he yells across the street, his voice carrying in the still air.

You whip around and stare back at him as the men you were chasing run farther away. You slowly rotate so that you’re fully facing him. You know who Luke Cage is and you know exactly why he’s calling you out in the middle of the night. There’s some unspoken agreement that the fight that’s about to happen isn’t personal and is more of a game than anything real.

It turns out that your powers cancel each other out. Him punching you only results in a dull pressure in the places he hits. He can throw you large distances, but you’ve come to expect that as your only weakness. When you punch him it’s like punching a brick wall, but it doesn’t actually hurt. An hour after the fight starts you both stand in front of each other breathing hard.

“It was nice to meet you Luke Cage.” you say. He nods and the two of you part ways not knowing that you’ll be on the same team soon.

Danny Rand(Iron Fist):

Ever since you joined the Defenders Danny has been pestering you about sparring with him. He claims it would be a bonding experience. So that the two of you could become familiar with each other’s fighting technique. You think it’s a little strange that he’d want to spar with you when every hit he lands will only hurt him, but you go along with it. He’s been a Defender longer than you so he must know what he’s doing.

Only two minutes into the spar Danny is on the ground clutching his chest.

“Did you seriously not know what my abilities were. You had to agree with everyone else to even let me into your group.”

You extended a hand and helped the man up. “Matt, Luke and Jessica all loved you so much. I couldn’t just say no. But hey that’s a pretty neat power.” For someone who just received a punch to the chest only Iron Fist could dole out, Danny seemed very excited.

“Let’s go again. This time I’m ready.”

Frank Castle(The Punisher):

Frank is unfortunate enough to find out about your powers the hard way. You try to get in the middle of his newest mob boss hunt and he is not happy about it. He’s been stalking this guy for weeks, waiting for the time to attack and rid the Earth of his kidnapping, smuggling, black mailing ass. Right before he can take the shot, you jump out at the mob boss and scatter his lackeys.

While you’re tying the mobster up, Frank marches towards you like a bulldozer that is absolutely not going to stop.

“The hell are you doing?” He yells stepping right up to and grabbing a chunk of your shirt in his hand.

“Taking down a mob boss and stopping you from killing more people. I think it’s a win-win,”

“I’ve given you a break the past few times you’ve gotten in my way, but if you don’t cut it out you’re going to get hurt.”

“You can try.”

He takes your challenge seriously and you end up pummeling the Punisher. By the end of it he’s lying on the ground chuckling to himself.

“Didn’t know you were some kinda voodoo person.”

“Maybe you should have learned a little more about me before going all out.”

You feel a little bad about beating him so badly so you take him out to dinner afterwards. The two of you continue to subtly threaten each other as you eat pancakes and drink coffee. This is not the end of you and the Punisher butting heads.

Foggy Nelson:

You and Foggy are eating dinner at the office in silence. Out of the corner of your eye you can see Foggy glancing at you repeatedly.

“What’s up?” you ask wiping the food off your fingers.

“So you’re part of Matt’s super crime fighting force right?”

You chuckle. “The Defenders? Yes I am.”

“So what’s your power?” he asks pointing his plastic knife at you.

“Basically if someone tried to stab me, they would actually stab themselves.” Foggy stares at you in silence with his mouth slightly open.

“I thought that the bullet proof guy was the coolest out of you guys, but I think that’s a little better.”

“Wow. I’m so flattered,” you joke taking another bite.

It takes Karen a long time to process exactly what’re telling her. She was shocked enough to find out that Matt is the feared Daredevil, but now she had to accept the fact that another one of her friends was essentially unkillable.

She is very appreciative that you told her of your own free will instead of her finding out by accident. She’s very curious about the extend of your powers and she wants to ask a lot of questions, but she restrains herself. She let’s herself ask a few questions every now and then, but those questions only lead to more and more questions.

Host: Linn. Linn. Hi. So great. We’re not used to seeing you like this.

Rakel: No. That’s what I was thinking. I felt like I needed to bring the guns, like.

Host: And you really did. You look totally gorgeous. How is it for you, now that Skam is getting close to the end?

Rakel: It’s a little weird, feels a little empty, but also okay too.

Host: We’ve asked the listeners out there if they have any questions for you. And we got a question saying: could there be a spin off with kollektivet with eskild and linn? What do you think about that.

Rakel: I’m thinking.. I’ve become more and more fond of my character. In the beginning it was kind of a bummer, you know. You’re gonna be on TV, you finally get to do some acting. I’ve never done that before, and what do I get to act. Almost dead?

Host: But people love you!

Rakel: I’ve become really fond of Linn and now it’s almost sad not getting to be that character anymore.

Host: Everyone has a Linn in their life.

Rakel: I think everyone has a small Linn inside themselves

Host: You think so?

Rakel: Yes

Host: If you weren’t Linn, what character would you be?

Rakel: Good question. I think maybe Noora. I think she’s cool. She’s cool and reflected (we don’t know what she means here lol).

Host: So you’re a little envious of Noora?

Rakel: Yes.

Host: *explains fuck marry kill* Eva, Noora, Eskild

Rakel: Fuck (eva), marry (noora), kill (eskild).

Host: Why?

Rakel: He gets on my nerves, but he also loves me, so its kinda stupid really.     (IN WHICH SHE IS LITERALLY LINN)

Host: Why fuck Eva and not Noora?

Rakel: Because I’d rather marry Noora.

Host: You sacrifice everything for Noora.

Rakel: Yeah. yes. I do.

Host: We hope for a spin off of kollektivet, thank you.
