This is why I can’t talk about crossfit with people that don’t crossfit. Because I said I wanted to add lean mass and get stronger. Tried to explain that wanting to be 125# with 10% body fat is different than just 125# of whatever body fat. My goal is to add mass and lower my body fat. I don’t understand why that’s so hard for people to understand.
Apparently I’m meant to be 115 pounds and Im not gonna like what I look like at 125 pounds. Lol. Fucking shoot me
