Michael, Father’s favorite son. […] He was Father’s favorite. His brightest star.

That guy is the son of the Norwegian Crown Princess (born before she met the Crown Prince). The first picture is from the last scene of season 2 and the reason why he ended up on the show is that he went to school with Thomas Hayes (William) and they were on the same russebuss. Now not only was the son of the Crown Princess an extra on the show, but he was an extra with snus.

“It is impossible to live forever perfectly.”

the first thing joel does when he wakes up is call out ellie’s name. he is literally skewered and bleeding and his first thought is where ellie is and if she’s okay. don’t fucking look at me

I am so baffled about how many people have trouble understanding the words “same circumstances”. It really shouldn’t be that difficult. You see, when Sam says that under the same circumstances he wouldn’t do what Dean did, he’s not saying he wouldn’t ever save Dean. He’s saying that under the same circumstances, he wouldn’t do what Dean did.

OMFG HOW IS THIS HARD TO UNDERSTAND?!!!

CAN I SHOUT ANY LOUDER THAN THIS?! DO I NEED TO SPELL IT OUT FOR YOU?!

Okay, I’ll do that then:

Sam was dying, and the only way Dean could see to save him was to violate his bodily autonomy and strip him of his agency, by tricking him into putting something inside his body that he full-well knew Sam would never allow. Dean went ahead and did it - even though he was fully aware that Sam was accepting of Death, even though Sam’s explicit instructions were that nobody else was allowed to get hurt trying to save him, Dean tricked Sam, he violated his bodily autonomy, he took that choice away from him, took away his agency, and lied to him for the following few months, even when Sam began to express thoughts that he was losing his mind.

So:

If Dean were dying, and he was accepting of his natural death; at peace with this being his time. And if the only way to save him was for Sam to violate his bodily autonomy, take away his agency, let him think he’s losing his mind, and endanger not only Dean and himself, but everyone they spent time withSam wouldn’t do that.

Like… gee, wow Sam what a terrible person you are for saying that you’d respect Dean’s bodily autonomy and personhood. How awful of you to have a moral objection to being violated by your own brother. How abhorrent you are for stating that you wouldn’t endanger other people, lie to your brother, and trick him into doing something he’d never allow to happen to his body, for the sake of saving his life because you couldn’t function without him. Clearly you must loathe Dean and I think we can all see it’s pretty damn obvious that you aren’t a very good brother.

Respecting personhood? Not violating bodily autonomy? Pfft what’s that compared to bringing someone back from the dead because you can’t be without them?!
