whichever gets the most notes is the winner

BUT EVEN THE SAME CHARACTERS CAN START TO PLAY NEW POWER GAMES —

Crystal chandeliers drip precariously from gilded ceilings, and over the din of the mighty Elite of New York’s high society, champagne pops. Crimson painted lips pull wide over picture perfect smiles, bouts of laughter match the bubbles in the translucent liquid filling their flutes; it’s a picture of old-world quaintness and picturesque innocence, at least to one who hasn’t been trained to detect the sinister glimmers behind wide eyes.

Pretentious, ostentatious, supercilious - these are the Kings and Queens who reign supreme, offspring of New York’s beloved actors, crooked Senators and smarmy CEOs; each of them as magnificently fucked up as the next, each of them hiding behind red velvet curtains, designer coattails and a prisoned freedom that could only come from a lifetime of being controlled by money.

AND OLD STARS CAN CEASE TO SHINE.
