Thanks so much again Kai!

En’s name is weird when you’re Finnish because “en” means “I don’t”, “I won’t”, maybe “I wouldn’t” or sometimes “I’m not”, like once I had a text post drafted for a text post meme with tags “en sanois näin”, in English, “en would say this”, but in Finnish it literally reads as “I wouldn’t say this” and I stared at it for a couple of seconds confused about why it was in my drafts and why did I say I wouldn’t say it when it was, in fact, a relatable text post, until I realized that oh!! It’s about En!!

Cinder can you just confirm that none of the characters in SOC are racist? I'm interested in the canon queer couple but I read a different series before because friends promised it was LGBT+ friendly but two of the mains were kind of racist and the author excused it so I'm a little nervous now about new YA Lit books being as misleading.

NO WORRIES. the books themselves deal with racist themes, because 1) there are poc involved heavily in the story, and 2) it’s set in a time of some deep political unrest. but the books never excuse racism or promote/defend it. none of the main characters are racist, and characters that are get continually called out on it throughout the book!! one of the main characters, matthias, started with some problematic leanings, but is MADE to unlearn all of his racist shit and he improves greatly through the two books, and even goes on to calling out the same racism in his own people/working towards fixing it. and it doesn’t just stop at calling out the villains on it—the main characters correct each other, too.

Oh but hey while i’m thinking about it? If you call a trans person the proper name and pronouns around them but not when they aren’t around you’re fake and a coward

Samifer AU(-ish) where Sam finds Lucifer and brings him back to the bunker and Dean is less than happy. Sam’s determined to convince his brother that Lucifer can behave, and Lucifer that humans aren’t so bad, but Dean is ignoring them both and Lucifer won’t stop insulting the human race. However, despite Sam’s worries, both may be slowly coming round to the idea of at least trying to get along.

Swan Queen AU - Divorced lesbian mommies.

  • Emma’s jail sentence was cut short, and she got to decide who she would adopt her unborn baby to, since she didn’t want to raise a child on her own. After meeting with several people, she finally found the perfect one; Regina. Whom she started developing feelings for, and vice versa, so they ended up getting married and raising Henry together in Storybrooke. Years later, when the curse broke (under different circumstances,) their world turned upside-down when Regina realized Emma was Snow White and Charming’s daughter, and Emma learned what Regina had done.
Henry is left trying to get them to stay together, as he sees that they’re both miserable without each other.
