Harry has only been home for two days ,and you know he’s tired. It’s Saturday morning, and he must have been awake since 4 o’clock because the jet lag prevents him from a peaceful and deep sleep. Your alarm clock rings at 7 a.m. You have a smile on your lips as you sneak into the living room. He sits on the sofa and has the remote in his hand. He does not see you. You sneak up from behind and slide both hands over his chest, which is covered by a white V-neck shirt. His hair is as always, in a messy bun.
“Good morning,” you whisper. He smiles and his hands stroke gently over yours. You have missed his strong hands.
“Good morning, love,” he says in his raspy morning voice. You sigh. How long since you’ve heard his morning voice? You close your eyes and bury your nose in his hair. You missed his scent; you missed every piece of him so much. You bend over the backrest and kiss him. Your shirt, actually his shirt, slides up, so your worn out red panties show.
He gives you a tired smile.
“Harry, I told you. I can do this by my own!” You walk around the sofa and sit next to him.
Kaz as a young prine and inej as a lowly acrobat when he comes and sees her show for entertainment
OKAY I GOT YOU
His royal Moodiness Prince Kaz of the Barrel and high commander-in-chief of the Dregs hears about a famous acrobat group coming to town
his main cabinet adviser, Duke Jesper, urges him to see the show with the Countess Nina, the Earl Matthias, and Baron Wylan van Eck
Kaz goes grudgingly after Nina threatens to toss all his hats and gloves into the fireplace
“…and don’t think I don’t know where you stashed all your crowns, I’ll have them all melted by the blacksmith.”
so they enter the tent and wow, isn’t it huge and holy shit that’s a really high and thin wire up there and why is there no net??
the five trek up to the royal box - because of course Kaz gets one of his own - and watch as the acrobats file out one by one, doing technical wonders and impressive stunts
Kaz is wondering whether anyone would notice if he sneaked out
until a little slip of a girl with dark serious eyes steps into the limelight and bows to the audience
the girl scurries up the ladder to the rope and suddenly Kaz can’t believe what he’s seeing
the crowd oohs and ahhs as this girl practically dances across the rope with her feet and fingers
Kaz can’t take his eyes off her and the others notice with stifled snickers and knowing grins
After the show, Inej prepares to relax until late afternoon, until she gets a frantic announcement that the Prince wants to see her
She’s greeted by Nina and Wylan, who inform her she’s not in trouble, the Prince was just impressed by her skills on the high wire
She’s helped into the large carriage by Jesper and carefully sits down next to the Prince who looks as stoic as a rock
“Are you an acrobatic enthusiast, Your Highness?”
“No, Jesper simply persuaded me into watching this performance.”
“So what gave you reason for you to call upon me?”
Kaz struggles to answer this
“I need a spy. Someone who can go through the palace undetected and pick up every secret traded in transactions. You’ll be able to do this well enough.”
Inej crosses her arms and flatly refuses
until Kaz mentions that he’ll pay her parents enough money to buy a house in the kingdom which startles her (she’s never lived in a permanent home before)
so Inej enters the palace under the guise of an unfortunate Viscountess who just lost all her fortunes
she refuses to wear a dress, which the court immediately comes to accept once Per Geels tries to grope her (he gets five stitches and a knocked out tooth in return)
and Inej constantly trains with the wires Kaz sets up for her, steel instead of twine, so she asks him to be her spotter
Kaz accepts and soon it becomes a common thing for Kaz to hold Inej’s hand whenever she needs balance
their conversations consist of 80% relaying information to each other and 20% snark
Kaz is impressed by the silver-tongued wit Inej holds while Inej appreciates Kaz’s bluntness and honesty, no matter how it makes her lips curl in disapproval
he’s one of the first people that doesn’t lie to her
also she often brushes a hand over her shoulder in case she might fall
she knows she won’t
but she does it anyway
the wire is set higher and higher until the top of her head nearly scrapes the domed ceiling of the ballroom
Inej grows proficient at spying in the palace and becomes one of the sharpest ladies of the Dregs Court
and one day Inej steps on the titanium wire and she finds that the metal no longer scrapes her fingers or leaves her bleeding
so she begins to do her acrobatic tricks but realizes Kaz won’t spot her anymore
the thought makes her wobble and her hands immediately snap outwards but she’s already in freefall
a pairs of hands catch her and she already has an explanation ready
“I was being careless.”
“You’re never careless.”
“It won’t happen again.”
Inej tries to slink out of Kaz’s grip but his hands grip her shoulders a little more tightly and suddenly she realizes the intimacy of the position they’re in and she can practically hear his heart because her head is near his chest
and she sees the fear in his eyes and an Inej in his mind that he couldn’t run fast enough to save
so she simply curls up against him so she can hide her own trauma (that was her first fall in years)
“Thank you.” she says to the black velvet of Kaz’s robe, because she doesn’t feel like looking at him at the moment
a small hitch of breath
a soft voice replying “You’re welcome”, so different from the usual gravelly noise of rocks scraping against each other
and Inej can’t help but give a small smile at the sound

Dig for gold, Dig for fame, You dig to make your name Are you pacified? All the wants you waste All the things you’ve chased
And it all crashes down And you break your crown And you point your finger But there’s no one around Just want one thing Just to play the king But the castle crumbled And you’ve left with just a name Where’s your crown, King Nothing?
I want that star I want it now I want it all and I don’t care how
When I was very little I didn’t want to be an actor. I wanted to be a butcher. Or a goalkeeper. Early in my adolescent years I took the risk of appearing as Sir Epicure Mammon in The Alchemist and Pandarus in Troilus and Cressida and then, finding to my young astonishment that I was getting attention and some praise for my performances, I began to think that acting might be a better fit. My father had been an actor, but he had died when I was ten, and so in lots of ways I had to discover it for myself.
One of the things that I discovered, and which became clear especially when I was at university and working on Buckingham in Richard III and Petruchio in The Taming Of The Shrew, was that what I got most excited by was the rehearsal process. It seemed to require identifying the particular conundrums that a play and character threw up, the various forks in the road ahead, examining them thoroughly, and then making a decision. There wasn’t necessarily a right decision – especially, as I discovered to my delight, with Shakespeare – but there had to be a decision. I tend to approach parts initially just by thinking about them, and then afterwards I try to figure out what works well in the doing – they’re two different disciplines really, for me – and then I try to marry them up to get a wholly successful and coherent performance, which then needs to fit in with the design, direction, other actors, and all the other aspects of a production which must combine so that everything is working together and everyone is trying to tell the same story.
Rest of the essay under the cut. Beware: a long damned read.
This is done with a specific tone and chant. You only need to do this exercise for 3 days, afterwards, it is permanent.
The mantra to be used is “Thoh,” pronounced “TOE.” It must be within the correct vibration. Not deep, not high pitched, in between, like alto range. You will feel it when you hit the correct tone.
1. Sit with your back straight.
2. Breathe in through your nose and hold your breath as long as is comfortable-open your jaws so there is a small space between your top and bottom teeth, place the tip of your tongue between the space of your slightly parted teeth.
3. Put a very light pressure onto the tongue with your teeth. This is like the same process of saying the “TH” part of the English word “the.“ Once your tongue is in position, release your breath slowly through your mouth saying T-H-H-O-H-H in one long exahle (say the word one time per exhale) Your tongue will be vibrating between your teeth. You should feel the air moving past your tongue and teeth. If this technique is done properly, you will feel a pressure or sensation in your jaw and cheeks. The tone will also vibrate in your 3rd eye. It may take a few seconds to adjust this, don’t worry, just keep going.
4. Do the above 5 times in a row.
5. It is very important the above exercise be done for 3 consecutive days, 24 hours apart. Then it is a done deal. _____________________________________________________
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
1. One of the first experiences is a headache or pressure in the center of the forehead. This sensation may also feel like it is originating from within, usually an inch or more beneath the surface of the forehead. This is a positive indication the pineal gland is awakening and beginning to function in a healthy manner. *Some people can experience a migrane lasting several hours. The severity of the side effects will depend on how atrophied your pineal gland is to begin with.
2. After the occurence of headache or pressure in the forehead, you may wake up one morning with a throbbing or tingling sensation in your forehead; it may feel like a goosebump. The feeling may be very intense like something is there. The sensation of pulsing or throbbing will continue throughout the day. This is the final phisiological event you will experience after opening up your 3rd eye. It indicates your pineal gland is awankened, functioning and alive. _______________________________________________________
Faster, easier learning and retention. Marked increase in intuition Increased creativity. Psychic gifts develop and become remarkedly stronger and more intense. Ability to see human auras Clairaudience (psychic hearing) opens up.
This is a very powerful exercise and as with all powerful practices, your body will go through discomfort in order to adapt. ________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________
In order for this to work properly, you must have already performed the Awakening I exercise.
I included this above for those who are new.
It is very important to wait for 10-14 days following awakening I, before you go onto awakening II,
otherwise the exercises won’t be effective as your body needs time to adapt and get the energy flow going.
This exercise is completely euphroic and intensley pleasurable. Unlike Awakening I, this should be done once a week and given the blissful effects that are lasting when done correctly, most people will enjoy doing so.
Breath in deeply and hold your breath for a count of 5, 3 times. This helps you to be relaxed and focused. Then focus all of your concentration upon your 3rd eye. You should begin to feel a sensation similar to the effects of the awakening I exercise- a slight pressure or awareness of the spot of your 3rd eye.
Now, take a deep breath as you did for the awakening one exercise. Hold it for as long as comfortable- (do not push this) and release your breath vibrating the word “MAY.” Pronounced like the English language word for the month of May. It should all come out one time- M-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-ay. Gradually and slowly. It is ok to adjust your pitch.
Breath in again, repeat this 5 times. The tone should be alto. You need to hit a certain pitch. You will know, for you will feel this in your head. Do the best you can.
Now, VERY IMPORTANT- when vibrating the word “MAY,” feel the energy going into your head, first your 3rd eye area, then into the middle of your brain and then to the top of your head where your crown chakra is located.
Remember to concentrate on your forehead (3rd eye area), then the middle of your brain and finally the top of your head. This is done for the duration of each chant.
1. Breath in 2. Begin to exhale, vibrating “MAY” 3. Concentrate on your 3rd eye 4. Concentrate on the middle of your brain 5. Concentrate on the top of your head and finish exhaling the vibration
Repeat 4 more times.
The effects of this exercise are extremely pleasurable A feeling of lightnesss can occur immediately following, some people may feel energy or tingling inside their heads, or completely covering their heads; a slight presure in the crown area and intense euphoria. The bliss state can occur hours and even days later. This will become permanent and will greatly assist in void meditation, clairvoyance and other psychic and paranormal powers
“Ashton I really think that we should start heading back to the castle”, you said as you went after Ashton on horseback through the fields.
“Come on (Y/N), enjoy yourself a little”, he said as he slowed down his horse to trout next to you.
“Ashton we should head back, you know that your mom hates when you leave the castle without warning and as your maid…”
“You are not my maid (Y/N)”, he interrupted you, with a bit irritated voice.
“Yes I am”, you retorted, you knew that Ashton hated when you’re called yourself a maid, but it was the truth and you both had to face it, and he was having a harder time accepting it.
“But when have I ever treated you like such, you for the most part have always been my friend, my best friend (Y/N) since we were kids, and I just want you to understand that”, he said with a bit of hurt in his voice.
“I know, you’re my best friend too Ashton, but that doesn’t change the fact that you are the prince and I am your maid… I want you to know your place as well”, you said as you both approached the castle gates and galloped near the stables.
You heard Ashton utter something under his breath but couldn’t tell what he said, but by the look on his face it was definably something important. He mounted off his horse and set it to the stables, removing the saddle and gently petting its head. But you on the other hand, couldn’t get off. When you would go on horseback rides with Ashton, you would usually take a smaller horse, one that would be easier for you to get on and off, but since Ashton chose your horse, it was a lot taller than the one you normally ride. You noticed that you could get off, but you were afraid to since you were quite high. You looked around to see if there was anything that you could use to get off easier, but there really wasn’t a stool or anything similar.
Ashton looked over at you already knowing that you were struggling to get off, and lightly smiled as he walked over to you.
“Come on I’ll help you off”, he said with a dimpled smile as he extended your arms for you to fall into.
“Are you sure?” you said not wanting him to overdo himself by helping you off the horse.
“I’m sure (Y/N), trust me”, he said with a smile.
You shifted yourself to the side and then looked into his arms held out for you. You extended your arms for him and then leaned into them. You hopped off the saddle and his strong arms wrapped around you as he caught you. You felt his strong arms surround your body, immediately feeling his arms basking you in a warm embrace as your cheek were pressed against his chest, hearing the soft sound of Ashton’s heartbeat.
You wanted this small moment in time to last a lifetime, you wanted to spend hours in his arms because over the years you did start to grow feelings for the hazel eyed prince, you couldn’t tell when it happened…but it did.
But part of you knew that this was wrong, you’re feelings for him shouldn’t exist, they shouldn’t, because it was a love that would never be returned. You were the maid, and you knew that Ashton by was expected to marry a princess, it’s been tradition, so unless you were a mysterious heir to some unknown kingdom, you could never have him. You knew that you had to shake the feelings that were making your heart beat accelerate and cheeks blush, you had to get over them, but how could you shake feelings that just felt so right… so perfect.
You looked up and noticed that Ashton was staring down at you. His hazel eyes had this soft glow to them as you felt his hold on you tighten, bringing you closer to him, almost as if he didn’t want to let you go either. His gaze on you was making your cheeks redden even more as he looked at you in a way you never have seen him look at you before, with a feeling that you couldn’t really place. Your heartbeat was slowly speeding up, pounding harder against your chest that you felt that being this close to him in this quiet stable you feared that he would hear it. You were stuck in a trance by those beautiful hazel eyes, a trance that you didn’t know how to break free of
You knew that you had to get out of his gaze, you just had to, and you couldn’t stay in his arms any longer because it would make it harder for you to shake your feelings for him.
“Ashton you can let me go now”, you said as you placed a hand on his chest to put space between you and him.
“oh… sorry”, he said as he held you a bit tighter before letting you go, almost as if he wanted to remember what it felt for him to hold you close.
The moment you and him separated you instantly missed the feeling and warmth of your body pressed against his; almost making you want to wrap your arms around him just to feel the warmth of his body against yours. But that wouldn’t help you in forgetting your growing feelings for him.
You noticed that the sun was starting to set and knew that you had to get Ashton ready for dinner, because his mom wanted him properly dressed, since it was the only time of day that he had to wear his royal attire instead of the clothes that he would normally wear.
“come on Ashton, you still have to get ready for dinner”, you said as you instantly reached for his hand to drag him into the castle and to his private chambers, but what you didn’t notice was the way that your fingers laced between his as you led him inside the castle. Ashton on the other hand did notice, he tightened his hold on your hand, as he smiled in the process, since he was starting to love the way your hands felt in his, and hoped that your were feeling the same.
“Where is your crown?” you said as you looked through a few of his shelves to find the last piece of his attire.
“Why do you need it?”, he asked as he was buttoning that top buttons of his shirt that you had made him wear.
“Because you need to wear it”, you said as you continued looking through his shelves in hopes of finding it.
“(Y/N) you know I hate wearing it to begin with, and I’m pretty sure that if I don’t wear it for today, it wouldn’t be a big deal, my brother and sister don’t always wear there crown”, he said as you frantically looked for it, while he sat on his bed.
“well that’s because they don’t have me as a maid”, you said as you stood in the middle of the room thinking where it could be, it was almost as if he purposely hid it from you.
“(Y/N) how many times do I have to tell you not to call yourself that”, he said as he fell back on his bed as he let out a sigh.
“It’s the truth”, you answered.
You looked over at Ashton as he reached inside one of his drawers beside his bed and pulled out the golden band, as he examined it, while he looked at you. His gaze kept shifting from this crown to you, and you couldn’t tell what he was thinking. Finally done staring at it, he stood up and walked over to you with the crown in his hand. You were about to reach for his crown to polish it a bit, but when you did he took it out of your reach. You looked up at him with a slight scowl almost to tell him that he needed to get ready before he was late for dinner, but then you felt a slight pressure on your head.
“Just as I thought, it does look good on you”, he said as he smiled down at you before he took your shoulders and tilted your body so you could look are yourself in the wall mirror in his room.
There on the top of your head was Ashton’s crown, the golden band with intricate designs etched into it was firmly on your head, contrasting against your hair. He lifted his hand, tucking a few loose strands of hair behind your ear, and his hand softly touched your cheeks. Your cheeks blushed as you looked at his royal crown on you and feeling his chest slightly rub against your back as his hands were on your shoulder holding you in place, holding you close that you could feel the heat radiate off his body and onto yours.
Your hands reached for the crown to remove it from there, it didn’t belong there, this was a royal treasure not meant to be worn by the help, “Ashton, stop joking”
“I’m not joking, I’m being serious when I said that the crown looked good on you. it makes me want to get one made just for you”, he said with a smile, as he walked away to close the drawer next to his bedside.
You didn’t know what to respond, why was he doing this? Why was he making it harder for you to shake your feelings he needed to understand that you weren’t a princess that you didn’t deserve to have him treat you different, and the sooner he treated you like a maid the easier it might be to shake your feelings for him. the easier it would be to deal with the heartache that would come the day that he would be wedded to a princess.
You were walking over to Ashton to place the crown on its rightful head, when you felt the carpet underneath you trip you in the process. You were only a few feet from him and you closed your eyes waiting for impact of the floor. But you instead felt those now familiar arms wrap around you keeping you from hitting the floor. Your hands were on his shoulders as you leaned on him once again, holding onto him to keep your balance from falling.
This was the second time today that you were in his arms and you looked up at him, wanting to thank him for catching you again but as you were going to tell him, your voice was stuck as you noticed his hazel eyes staring down at you again with that unknown look in them again. You were going to tell him what he was thinking when you felt his lips press softly against yours.
Ashton was kissing you, the prince was kissing you! Your eyes widened but they slowly closed getting absorbed by his kiss as you kissed him back. You were letting out all your emotions in this one kiss. Letting your lips move against his, your lips were molding against each other, each kiss shared expressing unknown feelings to the other, letting the truth come to light. His hands held you tighter, one reaching for the back of your hair pressing your face closer to his. His other hand held you tighter on your waist, pulling your closer wanting to feel you even more. He was doing all he could to kiss you deeper, for you to understand that he felt something for you. His kisses were intoxicating you, lulling you to kiss him more.
You were lost in everything that was Ashton, the way his soft lips hungrily kissed yours, never wanting to stop kissing you, his breath between kisses brushing against your reddened cheeks, as gained his breath a bit only to kiss you again, his strong hands holding you close to him never wanting to let you go. Ashton was all you could think about. You wanted to hold him closer, wanting to kiss him deeper. You lifted your hands up to wrap your them around his neck and bury them in his hair, but as you did you dropped the crown that was in your hands.
But the sound of the crown hitting the floor brought you back to reality. You instantly pushed Ashton away from you as you brought your hand up to your mouth to slightly wipe the feeling of his lips that were pressed against them just moments ago. You had kissed the heir to the kingdom, you had kissed the prince, something that the help was never supposed to do and it was your job to be there for him, not to kiss him.
You needed to run; you needed to get away from him. And you just did just that. You ran out of his private room, as you heard Ashton yelling for you to come back. You could hear him yelling at you desperately not wanting to you to leave, he was almost begging.
But for the first time you didn’t do as you were told.
Sorry for the long wait… but I really do feel that this update was really bad, but I knew that I couldn’t do anything to make it sound right, so hopefully it wasn’t that bad
SO WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK, I REALLY WANT TO HEAR YOUR OPINIONS ON IT, IS IT GOOD OR NAH..
