wheres the unity

 •
The Council: You've made a lot of people around the Brotherhood very nervous.
Arno: That's because they're a bunch of bitch-ass white boys.
The Council: I hate to break this to you, but you are a bitch-ass white boy.

“Many people think that it is the function of a spiritual teaching to provide answers to life’s biggest questions, but actually the opposite is true. The primary task of any good spiritual teaching is not to answer your questions, but to question your answers. For it is your conscious and unconscious assumptions and beliefs that distort your perception and cause you to see separation and division where there is actually only unity and completeness.”

In my opinion, I don’t think AC:Unity got enough credit from the fans. I understand the glitches were annoying but in all honesty before and after those glitches were patched the whole game, setting, and systems the ubisoft people worked extremely hard on were next gen marvels. I mean doesn’t anyone appreciate the intricacy of Notre Dame or the voice actors portraying these characters? Everyone says the story is boring, but hey, it’s supposed to be you reliving someone’s life. Arno’s is probably a hell of a lot more exciting than yours or mine! Every assassin’s journey is different, not perfectly entertaining. It was a rough learning experience for ubisoft, but don’t continuously hate on the game that employees worked 4 years putting blood, sweat, and tears into! Our fandom should show that we can respect hard work even if it didn’t live up to expectations.

hmmm, yessss <3

This is where we are at right now, as a whole. No one is left out of the loop. We are experiencing a reality based on a thin veneer of lies and illusions. A world where greed is our God and wisdom is sin, where division is key and unity is fantasy, where the ego-driven cleverness of the mind is praised, rather than the intelligence of the heart.

We are arguing over who’s “right” and who’s “better” while ignoring the victims of the Assassin and Templars war, the people. Their so called war for “a better future” is the main cause of the deaths/slaughter of innocents all over the world all the time since the war is never ending. The entire fight is one big ideological disagreement between two extremist orders killing for their creed with most members being fanatics. It can easily be talked out and they could unite… If they pulled their own heads out of their own arces. Both are fighting for peace while causing deaths of countless innocents and destruction of more or less everything they get involved in. How can any of them be “good” as long they are at war? Sure both orders have saved or could have saved nations and people from time to time but the people still pay with their blood in the war of theirs. Their war is the perfect example of what they want to prevent.
“Innocence dies and innocents die- this is what happens in a war… and the conflict between Templars and Assassins is no different.”

20. What is the biggest misconception about Catholicism in your opinion?

That is has nothing to offer us. “Mass is a waste of time” Honestly is meeting Jesus a waste of time? Catholicism is one of the VERY few denominations, especially in America, where I live, that believes in the real presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. Every Sunday we meet Jesus, we pray, we worship, and we become one with Him. Mass is the only place where that unity happens. Heaven and Earth collide. Every other church doesn’t believe that. And some of these churches have enormous numbers.

21. What would you say to someone considering converting? Give it time. Give it thought. Read, Read, Read. Pray, Pray, Pray. Make sure your family is generally peaceable about it. Stay safe. If you live in a culture or environment that is hostile, be catholic in secret. Visit a Catholic Church, tell a priest your situation, and they will give you guidance. The first conversion is your heart. If you want to be Catholic, pray in secret, learn intimately on your own. When you are stable, have your own place or freedom of total expression, your own car/means of transportation to Church then start going to mass.

Read the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Read up or ask questions about any new teachings you come across. Some are new to many protestants: purgatory, the veneration of Mary, the Rosary (other traditions).

30. What do you hope the future of the Church? I hope the Church stays true to dogma and doctrine. I hope the truth stays alive, no matter how culturally unpopular it is. I hope young people find refuge in the Church. I hope people have courage to follow the teachings of the Church.

Where was unity days located? I want to go to a con and I live in Florida. What cons do you recommend?

Vancouver! I don’t know, Nonny. This was my first, if I were you, I would pick a con that features something you absolutely love and go to that one, it’s probably why I had such a great time!

aesthetic: one of those steam games that’s made in like unity where there’s some narrator who makes a lot of lame jokes and makes you walk around pushing buttons that make people scream in the other room even though the narrator insists that you’re not and the big twist at the end is that you are and you’re a Bad person and that’s the whole game

They were a contradiction. A contradiction in values. In beliefs. In virtually every sense of the word.

She with her, “Your aura is so dark and muddy, man. You have to learn how to let go of some of that control.”

And he with his, “It’s not all hugs and kisses. Sometimes peace can only be maintained through warfare first, love.”

They would always disagree when it came to politics, when it came to human rights and when it came to common decency. However, with as much contradiction there was between the two of them, there was one place that they were united.

The hotel sheet wrapped around her waist and legs as she sat a top him. Her long blonde, wavy hair cascading down her shoulders - the ends dancing lightly across her nipples as she rocked back and forth. His hands, so strong and forceful, guiding her in place.

This was where they found unity. A taboo affair between a flower child and a warmonger, who put aside their differences and lived in the moment.

Afterward she would sit naked and cross legged on the bed. She would play her guitar and sing songs of world peace, as they passed a joint between them.

He would sit up on his elbow and watch and listen, wishing that he could see things the way she did.

However, with each rendezvous, their points of view would begin to shift.

She would eventually say to him, “Your aura is bright blue with a purple haze, man.”

And he would eventually say, “If only peace treaties could be handled in the bedroom.”

The Liberal Party of Canada - Just 18 of the 184 recently elected Liberal MPs. There are many more visible minorities amongst the other MPs. The Liberal Party is where unity and diversity is not just a reality, but a beautiful reality. In the 2015 federal election, we had the highest number of ethnic and religious minorities get elected into the parliament, from diverse backgrounds, coming together and working for a common goal. This is Canada, a united multi-cultural nation! Stronger and more motivated than ever, after 10 years under the Conservatives who constantly tried to divide Canadians!

I feel like I am the only person who is happy that they have removed the ridiculous big axes and spears that where in Unity, in Syndicate. In all seriousness, I have no idea how someone can be stealthy with a huge axe or a sword strapped to them, it would only alarm people (IRL of course), which is why I am looking forward to beating people up with brass knuckles and the return of throwing knives.
