where will the next page take you

anonymous asked:

A rant for someone who might understand: I'm on page 738 of 881 on Drums of Autumn. *Its been 84 years.* DG. You're great for giving me Jamie. But JHRC, You need to learn how to edit somethings out. I can't take six more months of walking through the woods. (In winter, no less) unnnnghhhh

Oh lawd I HEAR YOU. Next season there will be an entire episode of just walking through the woods. Just wait until you get to The Fiery Cross…she spends 500 pages on all the happenings of a SINGLE day. No, you didn’t read that wrong. ONE. DAY. You’re going to want to give up, but just keep pushing through. There are plenty of cute J/C vignettes, including one where Claire examines Jamie’s sperm under an 18th Century microscope (she apparently excavated her hoohah after sexy times). But, hey, it’s for SCIENCE. I hope they get a season 5 just so I can tweet Caitriona my list of all the weird things she gets to depict her character doing! Plus, ABOSAA is worth it (its my favorite). DG is in desperate need of an editor, as well as an assistant to keep track of her timelines because things get pretttttyyyy murky later on in the series (well pretty much the entire series).

40 Study Tips & Tricks

I thought to write down the “script” to one of my most viewed videos, with 40 study tips & tricks. It’s easier to read them and pass on the word!

Organization Tips:

1. Incorporate homework and classes in you daily planner – that will give you an overall glimpse of how your week will be about and how much time you need to spend in your studying sessions!

2. Color coordinate classes – be it notes, your planner, your textbooks or binders, pick a unique color for each class and work around the hues of that color to get more organized!

3. Make your own syllabus – if your professor doesn’t provide a syllabus for your class, try to make one before the school year working around your given textbooks or other given material.

4. Make study guides – make a study guide from your syllabus and draw before each topic two boxes: one for a midtest and one for the final test. When you have one of these tests, check the boxes when you’ve finished studying the chapter so you won’t miss anything!

5. Reference your material throughout – most of the times, we students work with in-class notes, textbooks and a syllabus. Since we get small bits of information here and there it’s important to reference every page throughout all your material so you can quickly access your information without having to flip endlessly through pages!

6. Keep a dashboard nearby – Whenever you use a notebook or a binder, make a dashboard on the first page with post it notes so you can quickly scribble any questions, homework or page numbers. When you get home, you just need to open your dashboard and attend those notes.

7. Print any tests, exercises and exams you can find – keep those in the end of your binder. These are perfect to practice before exams and tests because they really reflect what you will be tested about. Set an alarm clock for the deadline and start working on those!

8. Condense – organization disappears when you have too many of everything. Working with more than one planner in your life will make everything chaotic. If you think you need a second planner because you don’t have enough space to write in the first one, it’s because you don’t have available time as well. Don’t fool yourself and set achievable goals!

9. Customize your textbooks – most of the times, textbooks are formal books where information is hard to come by. Make your own tabs and write every chapter on them so they stick out – flag any charts, tables or graphics. Everything needs to be incredibly accessible!

10 Print a special planning sheet before finals: Organizing your studying by chapters and/or topics before finals is tremendously important since it lets you organize the amount of time you dedicate to each subject,

Study Sessions and Time Management

11. Save at least one afternoon or one morning a week for intensive studying. These is your “life-saver” – when you get so full of homework and projects that you can’t incorporate them into your daily academic routine, one free afternoon to organize your school life will really come in handy! Make an appointment with yourself!

12. Prepare in advance – although most professors may not ask you to prepare a class in advance, if you have the means to, go ahead. Grab a sheet and make a summary of the chapter your class will be about. Write the major topics and key information and take that guide to class. When your professor repeats previously studied information, you will be able to understand everything much better!

13. Never leave something behind – Even if you have a more light class, where professors don’t request homework or any side projects, don’t let that fool you! Be disciplined and be your own professors! Make your own projects and learn everything you can so you can nail those finals when they arrive.

14. Write your questions – most of the time, in a heavy study session, we come up with tons of questions and sometimes we just leave them behind. Write them down in your dashboard or a small notebook and ask your professors (personally or via e-mail). You can also ask your schoolmates in a facebook group created for that purpose!

15. Set an alarm clock and reward yourself – even if you study during an entire afternoon your studying will be pointless if you don’t take regular breaks. Set an alarm clock for one hour/one hour and a half and then take a 15 minute break. Never study for more than 2 hours straight! Even if you don’t notice, you’ll get less and less focused.

16. . Make a list – before each study session I like to grab my notepad and write down everything that I need to do before my session ends: the chapters I need to read, the pages I need to go through and the homework I need to complete. Sometimes I even write theses lists when I’m in college so I’ll have more determination to complete those tasks once I get home.

17 Work on the least interesting thing first. There are always classes or projects that we like the least – and those are the ones that we need to tackle first. You will start your studying session concentrated, which will let you go through the worst tasks faster.

18 Print, print, print. try to print everything you can and never study from your computer. Having your PDF files printed at hand will let you concentrate better, highlight and write some notes in the margins. You can take these everywhere with you and even turn them into small guides for future classes!

19. If you finish ahead, don’t quit. Perhaps the time you’ve saved for your study session has come to an end way before you have planned. That doesn’t mean you should stop right now – Take that time to review what you’ve learned so far or prepare other classes ahead of time!

20. Study in an organized space – make your own studying corner – bring everything you will need, from textbooks, binders and notebooks, to a cup of coffee and your computer. Keep them neatily organized on your desk so everything is at hand and on sight. Put on some soft background music (links down below) and adjust the lightning.

In class notes

21. If your professor provides PowerPoint slides before each class, print them (six or four per page) and bring them to class. Write in the margins and more throughout information in the back so it’s all condensed and tight. This is where you’ll take your notes. If you prefer to write on lined paper, think about copying some ruled paper to the back of your printed slides.

22. If your professor asks you to prepare your class in advance, try to make a small guide for each class. Open the comments column in MSWord and print the pages with that column. When you go to class, incorporate the in-class notes in that column, next to the relevant information so everything is nice and condensed.

23 If you are in a information-heavy class, try to adopt the Cornell method, which is the best, in my opinion, when you need to be a fast writer. There’s a video right here on how to use this method.

24. If you are in a bits-and-pieces class, which is that kind of class where the professor just gives a few key points and then gives practical examples or makes you work in group, try to adopt the box method – you can draw these boxes yourself or make them with post it notes – these are way more visual and perfect to memorize information.

25. Write in-class flashcards – if you don’t have flashcards around, make tiny flashcards on the top of your notes, where you cover the definitions you’ve written with the name of the definition. Each time you open your notes, try to remember the hidden definition. Automatic studying, every time!

26. Participate in class – nothing better than to be actively involved in your class discussion. For most of us, shy creatures, participating can be dreadful – but once you get out of your box, you’ll see how participating really makes you understand the subject!

27. If you have any questions during class, raise your hand and ask them. If your professor doesn’t like being interrupted, write them down and approach them in the end of the class. Sometimes, the little things we don’t understand are exactly the ones that come up on the final exam!

28. Ask for examples. Examples are probably the thing that makes your brain connect the information faster. If your professor isn’t keen on providing examples, suggest your own and see if your answer comes up right. Sometimes, examples are the thing that really makes us understand our material and our definitions, since they transform formal information into relatable events.

29. Sit at the front. It sounds too straightforward but sitting at the front really makes wonders. You won’t get distracted by what you classmates are doing, you will focus on the professor, who is right in front of you and you will resist the temptation of going to Facebook and Instagram during a boring presentation.

30. Write a brief summary at the end of the class. During those five minutes where everyone is dismissed and leaving the room, write a brief summary of that classes’ key points in the back of a page – this is fundamental in the Cornell method but can be used in any other method as well.

Finals Guide

31 Skim through your material two times: at first, you should start by studying your material starting from the end. The last lessons will be fresh in your memory and it’s very important to reinforce your knowledge on these while you can. In the second reading, you should start from the beginning, as usual. It’s important to make these two readings so you can go through the information in a much more flexible way.

 32. Make a mindmap of each chapter. A mindmap is a chart that relates key words and important information, making it easy to understand the relationship and hierarchy between such key words. Use colors and images to memorize your material better. Oh, and don’t forget to check out my video on how to make mindmaps!

33. Read each of the titles and try to say out loud its contents, explaining each concept and the relationship between them. Imagine you are the teacher and are lecturing that subject to a crowd. If you skip any of the subjects, do it all over again. The more you repeat, the better you will memorize.

34. It’s time for some flash cards!  Write the topic or the title on one side and the meaning or the explanation on the other. Try to cover as many topics or titles as you can and go through your cards while memorizing as best as you can each of the concepts. Try to do it backwards if you have time to do so!

35. On the day before the exam, skim through your mindmaps and flash cards again and always try to study while talking. Saying your content out loud will force your brain to relate information in a much more cohesive way and you’ll memorize everything much better.

36. Read the entire exam from top to bottom. Underline or circle any important words that you think will be crucial in you answer. After that, calculate how much time you should spend answering each question: this simple calculation will take only twenty seconds and will help you organize your time. Try to save five minutes at the end for revisions.

37. If you are solving a written exam and not multiple choice, try as much as possible to organize each answer in a structured way, saving two lines just to present your line of thought and writing each different argument in a different paragraph. Draft a conclusion at the end to underline the centre of your answer. Sometimes softly underlining some keywords is important to make your professor notice that you’ve correctly given importance to certain concepts.

38. Use these symbols for each question: one dot if you aren’t sure of the answer, two dots if you are sure of your answer and a circle if you are completely unaware of your answer. Start by answering any question with two dots; after those are all answered, go on through the two dots question. Leave the circle questions to the end – and ALWAYS answer them! Even if you don’t know what they’re about, who knows if you will be able to come up with something right?

39. Review your test one final time – many times, we make a lot of mistakes under stress and now is when you should spot them and amend them. This can be the difference between a B and an A!

40. Don’t take this too seriously – school is an important aspect of our lives but it isn’t everything. Failure comes many times and these failures can even drive you away from something that was simply not meant to be. Don’t stress out because everyone goes through the same!

Hey everyone! Over the years I’ve had my fair share of English and other writing intensive classes, and combined with my tendency to procrastinate I’ve had to come up with a way to write papers fast.

step one: finding a topic and research (aka the hardest part)

You can’t write a paper without a good topic, a strong thesis, and solid research. There’s no getting around that, no matter how short you are on time. Depending on the class and the teacher, you may have your topic chosen for you or you may have total freedom. If your situation is the latter, an ideal topic is one the you care about, have some general knowledge of already, and is specific enough to be covered in the number of pages you’re limited to. After you have a topic picked, do some quick searches to see what’s out there. If your school’s library has a database, that’s the perfect place to start. Be sure to chose quality articles that have been peer reviewed when possible, and where it’s not acknowledge that the source may be an biased in your paper.

Once you’ve started research, you should have a pretty good idea of what your angle is going to be and what points you want to make. Next write a working thesis. This is basically a sentence or two that states what you will spend the next few pages proving. Once you have it, write it on an index card and put it aside for the next step.

step two: outlining

Take a look at your past papers. How many paragraphs are usually on a page? It’s about two for me, so I keep that in mind when planning my outline. Now for the part that lets me write so fast: index cards.

Take one index card per paragraph you’ll need to fill your page limit, and write “into” on the back of the one with your thesis, and conclusion on the other. Now think about how to best prove your thesis, and anything else you saw in research that you want to address.

  • On one side of the card goes the general topic of the paragraph (ie, “significance of symbolism”).
  • On the back goes all of the specific notes and details that will go in that paragraph (ie, “spring as a symbol of a fresh start for x character”)
  • Once you’ve done that for every paragraph lay them out in front of you and experiment with order. How do they flow naturally?

step three: writing

Now that you have your outline, all you have to do is expand on what’s on your cards. Paragraphs should be at least five sentences each, which is super easy to achieve since you already know what you’re going to say! Think of each paragraph as a mini paper: sentence one should be a topic sentence/intro, explaining what you’re going to cover. The middle/body defends and expands on your topic sentence, and the last sentence or two should conclude the paragraph and transition to the next.

Once you have your body, you can work on your intro and conclusion. A general rule of thumb for intros is to start with a hook (something interesting that draws the reader in) and ends with your thesis. In the middle should be a sentence or so for each paragraph/point, just to give a little map of where you’re going. The conclusion is basically the same, except in reverse. Wrap it up and tell them what you just told them.

After that, let it sit for a little while (ideally a day, but if you’re short on time just go to dinner) and then come back to edit with fresh eyes. Reading out loud will help you catch typos!

step four: citations and formatting

I like to cite as I go so I don’t have to do it all at once. I typically write my own, but if I’m in a pinch I’ll use a citation generator (like son of citation) that works super fast. Just be sure to cite everything that needs one! Plagiarism is so not cool. Double check MLA/APA/Chicago guidelines and make sure that everything is formatted right, and you’re good to hit submit!

Good luck on those papers, my fellow procrastinators!

College Tips

From someone who was in your position last year.

For academics

  • Morning classes? Maybe. Take it from someone who had to wake up for a 7:45AM class for two out of the three terms of my first year; they were the worst parts of my day and incredibly stressful because I would end up sleeping through them when I was particularly sleep-deprived. However, they were nice in that they kind of made me a little more self-disciplined; I had to finish my work by midnight cause I would be dead the next morning if I wasn’t. If you’re a night owl, try to schedule classes post 9AM; your life will just be a lot less miserable.
  • Make sure you have a break for lunch. I usually try to have an hour of downtime between classes early afternoon, so that I can fit in the gym and lunch. My reasoning is that you’re probably not going to be very productive during that hour unless you have immediate work due the next period, so just use it to take care of yourself. Eat, exercise, and take a moment to breathe between lectures.
  • Don’t do all the readings. This sounds bad, but I have taken (so many) reading intensive courses where I would have 200 pages due the next day. This is impossible to do if I want to be a healthy human being. A lot of the times, professors will have a main idea they want you to take away from a reading and will just add a lot of supplemental material. If your reading material is particularly dry, it’s going to be the worst and most time-consuming struggle to get through because your eyes will glaze over and you’ll find yourself rereading the same sentence over and over to fully comprehend what it means. Instead of doing that, first grasp what the main idea is by reading the headers, find the key details associated with the idea that links it to other main topics of the course, and store a few examples of what’s been mentioned. All of this can be done by a mixture of skimming and looking at chapter summaries and specifically reading a few paragraphs.
  • Use SparkNotes. Use CliffNotes. Watch the movie version, the miniseries, whatever it is. Use Khan Academy, Crash Course, WHATEVER. You might be thinking, “This is college! There’s no way for easy cop-outs!” And yes, you’re partially right. If you’re in a literature course, you should absolutely read the material you’re given; however, sometimes, it’s not possible or even necessary to read everything. I had a class that consisted of three papers, to be written on three different novels - two of the papers were assigned to specific books, but the last one was a free-for-all. There were eight novels total that we had to get through. It just wasn’t smart to sit there and read all eight novels with equal intensity. Yes, read all eight if you can, but if you need to supplement your reading with SparkNotes or the movie version or whatever, do it.
  • Participate in discussion. How much you talk matters in college. If you’re a shy wallflower, talk to your professor about your inability to speak up in class, because if you sit there and let other students reign over the discussion, that’s your participation grade going down the drain. I learned this the hard way in my first two classes - my final grades were significantly lower because I just couldn’t speak up in class. Professors are usually nice and can understand when you’re introverted, but becoming part of the discussion isn’t just good for your grade; you’ll be able to contribute your perspective to a dialogue about a subject that you’re most likely interested it. Isn’t that what college is all about?
  • Preview + review. In specific regard to classes, use the readings + assignments to predict what the professor will lecture on for the next class. Obviously, just doing the work will help you preview; however, keeping conscious note of what you’re doing will help you identify questions and topics of interest that you can talk about during the actual class. This all ties into the previous three points of reading smart and participating. After the lecture, try to resist the temptation to just relax your brain completely and do something else. Stay in the “lecture” mode for a few more minutes and go over what you just did in class. This will cement the information and help you SO MUCH when it comes time to cram for midterms and finals.
  • You’ve probably heard it a thousand times, but GO TO OFFICE HOURS. Professors love it when you come talk to them; they get to know your name and put a face to your tests and assignments and also talk your ear off about the subject they love. Of course, don’t just force yourself to go there and stand awkwardly in the doorway without a question just because you heard you need to. Times you should go: first week of class, when you can drop by and casually say, “I just wanted to introduce myself!” Most likely, the professor will want to chat with your about what your expectations are for the course and what you want to do with your life. And then you should go whenever you have an issue with your homework. Go before midterms and finals with all of the questions that pile up while you cram. Score brownie points and get better help on something you might be confused about. Win-win.
  • There’s probably going to be an interlude of time between classes and your extracurricular meetings + dinner. USE THAT TIME TO FINISH WORK. A lot of stuff happens in the evenings that make you tired and ready to curl up in bed after you come back to your dorm/home. If you buckle down and concentrate during those few hours before meetings and dinner, you will feel sooooo much better for the rest of your day.
  • Go to class. This should be self-explanatory. But seriously, go. Do you find the class useless? Still go. The professor will remember you, even if it’s a 150-person class.
  • Take good notes during class. Also self-explanatory. If you find that your notes don’t feel sufficient because your professor is the type of person to go all over the place in their lecture and you zone out, compare notes with someone in the class. Compare notes with multiple people in the class. Record the lecture if you have to (but ask the professor beforehand! Because intellectual property rights exist and that’s actually really important!!!!). Make study groups where you compare notes and listen to recorded lectures together. Do what you have to to make sure you got the most out of the actual class sessions - and then supplement it with your readings and outside research. I know a lot of people say that writing things down with a pen and paper help retain information more than typing things down - but honestly, this is just a personal preference. If you prefer typing things down, go ahead. If you prefer handwriting, go ahead. However, if you do decide to use a computer, please make sure you aren’t surfing the web when you should be paying attention. I know I’m guilty.
  • Sit in the T-Zone. This zone is basically the first row and the aisle seats. The professor looks at this area the most during lectures, and this is where he’ll see you the most. Even if you don’t like sitting in the first row, grab an aisle seat so the professor can see that you’re actually engaged in the class. Also, you’ll fall asleep less if the professor sees you.

For extracurriculars

  • Don’t do everything. It’ll feel like everyone is doing everything and you should be doing more, but that’s really not the case. It’s a given that this isn’t high school, so no one expects you to have five clubs and two sports on your application - and also, this doesn’t actually help you on your resume unless you come away from the activity with a skill that makes you more valuable as an employee/human being. Stick to things that you actually really like and feel that you can grow in - and then really stick to it, so you can say you actually did things instead of being a half-hearted member.
  • Try to assess what you can take away from an activity if you do end up joining. Have specific ideas about your role in the club/extracurricular and what you’re contributing and taking away, mainly because you’ll be expected to talk about this in the future if you have it in your resume.
  • Get started on applications early. Surprise surprise, applications do not end with college apps - that’s only the beginning. You have to apply to literally everything in college, from clubs to internships to study abroad programs. What I like to do with a lot of my applications is have specific answers ready; a lot of applications will ask similarly generic questions about your abilities and goals. Considering you’re in college, I’m also going to take for granted that a lot of the activities you’re applying for have a similar theme, so that should make the job easier. Save your answers so you can use them the next time you have to fill out an application; all you have to do then is restructure them a little so that they fit with the specific question being asked.
  • Before submitting an application, go and talk to a person face to face about it. You’re naturally going to have questions about a program if you’ve decided to apply to it. Instead of just stewing over them alone and then submitting an application, go see the person in charge. This helps SO MUCH in the long run, because they’ll have a face in their mind when they finally read your application. Most likely, the meeting you have with them will include not just your questions, but also facts about yourself that they’ll ask naturally. This helps. This helps you get in, this helps them stay impressed.
  • Make a resume. Do you have a LinkedIn? Go make one - and go make an actual resume. Resumes are kind of a pain in the ass, but they’re completely necessary and will be useful for you if you want to keep track of all the stuff you do over the years. There are so many resources for you to make resumes on the internet AND most likely at your school. Find the Career Services at your school; they can offer comments on your resume and will provide actual, personal help.
  • KEEP UP WITH EMAILS. This is so important because adults get SO annoyed with non-responsive college students. Emails are weird because they’re simultaneously really easy to do (just type out a few short polite sentences!) and also really hard because of the implications behind them. However, adults send a million a day, so your email probably doesn’t have the same gravity to the head honcho/mentor/adult you are emailing as it does for you. Don’t stress too much about it, and just send. Nothing gets down if you don’t email first, and nothing gets done if you don’t respond. Adults are especially impressed if you’re a fast responder - again, this helps with brownie points.
  • Get friendly with the adults. Please, for the love of God, interact with adults who are mentoring your club, your boss at work, or wherever else they might be. They are not there to judge you, you are still in an institution of learning where your capability is still seen as relatively low and nothing more is expected of you. That means adults aren’t going to expect you to be amazing and talented, which means you can literally just show up and open your mouth, and that’ll be enough to impress them. So DO THAT. Talk to adults, smile and say hello when you see them, get them interested in you and who you are. These people have these jobs for a reason - don’t just be another anonymous face that passes by. It helps so much when adults have a good impression of you.

Meet the new nanny.

You stared up from the slip of paper that you held in your hand, an address scribbled on it. This was it. This was the building that your newest employer resided in. You took a deep breath before pushing into the buildings revolving door.

Upon entering you noticed a security guard at a desk a few feet away. Whoever had hired you sure lived in a nice place to warrant security in the building. The man gave you a slight smile, “Can I help you ma’am?”

You nodded, “Yes please. I’m here for Kim Namjoon. He lives in apartment 441.”

The man grabbed a clipboard, flipping through a couple pages. “Could you tell me your name?”

“Y/FN/LN.”

“Ah, yes. Miss Y/LN.” He put down the clipboard as his smile became a little more sincere. “You’re the new nanny to little miss Jangmi I hear. She’s a good girl, I can’t imagine she will give you much trouble. It’s her father you’ll wanna watch out for.”

‘A Naughty Photo Album’ - Harry Styles Imagine

Requests are OPEN

They say when you are in love, and you are young you do a lot of different things. But what happens if you’re young, in love, and married. Harry and her got married at a young age, he said it was not too young, but for her it was very young.

They got married at twenty-two, having all their time to themselves, nothing to worry. In their young relationship, both of them were in love with the concept of photography, she was particularly in love with that concept. When they moved in together, it took him by surprise of how many different cameras she had, but not just the modern, digital camera, it was the old polaroid ones that he loved. He took them without her knowing and just took pictures of her. She did the same, keeping them in an album, decorated by her.

The photos were all adorable at first, of her writing, cooking, etc. Him with his guitar, piano, cooking as well, etc. It was the “couple goals” kind of photos, but over time they escalated.

One of the days, a few weeks into their engagement at twenty one, he decided to be a bit cheeky with it at all, and started to take pictures of her naked, changing, etc. The album was lined with pictures of before and after sex, her asleep with her on her side, leg sticking out, he loved to take pictures of her at these moments, all vulnerable. She caught on fast, seeing him with the camera every morning, waking up to the lens in her face, her covering herself as fast as she can, but she enjoyed the adrenaline of it all, of her feeling loved and in a relationship. Like said, she caught on and began doing it with him.

Harry was a man that liked to be naked, to walk around wearing nothing, she was more of the shy one who hates to do that, always covered in someway. So when the one day where she could take the advantage of him barenaked, making pancakes for her, she had to take the picture, the first picture of him in that album…naked.

The album was forgotten over the years, after their sex life died down, with marriage and children, it still laid, in her draw, in the side table, at the right side of the bed. It laid there, collecting dust.

Both of them got busy, let’s be honest. She got her dream job, he always had his, but it was high up in the charts, and they had five kids to look after, ranging from the ages of thirteen, eleven, eight and four. It’s hard having an eight year old, but have twin eight year olds and a four year old, together, just adds on to the stress. So the fun nights of endless love making, the angry fucks, or just the experimental times, came to the end, not completely, there was the few that happen once in awhile, in those words, not so often.

When she heard giggling coming from the upstairs hallway, she could not help but question what was happening. (Y/N) carried herself up the staircase, holding onto the railing, forgetting about the task that she was just doing, and listening closely to the giggling coming from a few feet in front of her.

“Look at this one.” She barely heard, it was Rosie, their oldest daughter, a faint, but sweet voice, never failing to stop smiling. When she was born, and over time of the few months after, it took both Harry and her by surprise that she started to go strawberry-blonde and eventually fully redheaded, it was not common in both their families, barely there, but it complemented her quite well.

“Look at mum’s face, oh, look at dad, they look so young.” That was her son talking, Caleb, a little troublemaker, and looks that will flawn all the girls, eyes that look innocent, but not entirely the whole time. He was their first child, still a like mischievous one, always will, always was.

She was awfully confused of what they were so giggly about, she turned the corner, and saw all five of them sitting around something in the hallway. The twins, Charlotte and Alfie’s backs to her, Rosie and Caleb towards her, their eyes were so focused on it.

“What are you guys doing?” She asked. (Y/N) could not help but speak to them, their eyes shot up, noticing that their mother was trying to see what mischief that they got into this time around, Caleb took charge fast, closing the book.

“Nothing, mum. It just some…old photos. Wedding photos of you and dad, yeah.” He said, looking around at his siblings for help. That’s when she knew that they were definitely not looking at something that they should.

“That’s odd, since my wedding album is actually at Nana’s.” She began, taking a few steps towards them, she bent down next to Charlotte, seeing exactly that she was hoping not to see. Quickly grabbing the album and standing up, bringing it to her chest.

“Where did you get this?” She asked, stern glaze on each of them.

“It was in your draw, mum.” Rosie said, simply.

“What did you see? Did you look at the whole album, or just one or two pages?” she asked, still looking at them, they each look down at the ground. Her mainly concern was what they saw, it was many pictures of post sex, after sex and nakedness, nothing else pronographic, but it was intruding, it was her youth.

“Just a few pages, Ma, the last picture we saw was dad in an apron, only an apron.” Caleb said, giggling to himself a bit, she nodded, it was just her they saw naked, that was one of the first pictures of him, in that state.

“Did it ever occur to you, the moment you saw some of these…graphic pictures, that it is personal and intruding?” She asked, starting lean against the wall.

“We just thought it was a photo album, we’re sorry.” Rosie spoke up, starting to get up, she simply nodded, staring at each of them, “Never again, do I make this clear, there are some things in here, that I wish that I did not take pictures of, and there are pictures here that I wish that no one, even Nana, or Grandma, to see, this is Dad and I’s personal book, no one gets to go in, am I clear?” She said, they all nodded. She picked up her youngest, Noah, and started to walk down stairs, placing her on the carpet in front of her dollhouse.

“Harry!” She said, looking for him, she thought he was in the kitchen, but he was not. He yelled back, coming from the office.

She simply, started to walk fast, closing the door behind her, he turned around towards him, a smile on his face.

“What’s up, hun?” He said, taking his attention off his computer. She walked up to him, handing him the album.

“They found it, got as far as a bare naked picture of you in the kitchen, with the apron on with “Kiss the Chef”, written across it.” She said, he smirked and started laughing.

“Did you mention to them that, that was when we created Caleb, banging on the kitchen counter, burning the pancakes.” He said, crossing his arms across his chest, giving her his famous smirk. She glared at him, eyeing him.

“Harry!” She yelled, fast, smacking his arm, “You’re not taking this well.”

You’ve never be the one keeping an eye on Scott when he was in heat, it’s always been Stiles and when he wasn’t present, so now the only solution the pack had was that you were the one who was going to take care of him, which didn’t make any sense since you were a werewolf as well and could easily get affected.

He was with no doubt stronger than you since he was an alpha and he manage to push you down the bed, pinning your against the mattress and did anything to cover you with his scent.

“i have a secret”
-

the loud laughs from geoff who was sitting across the table, could be heard throughout the restaurant.

shawn decided he wanted to take his team and family out for a nice dinner to celebrate the end of his tour, and of course you came along. as soon as you arrived you excused yourself to use the washroom before anyone started ordering and that’s where you were currently.

you stood in front of the mirror, trying to come up with an excuse for why you couldn’t have any type of alcoholic beverage tonight. you were sure shawn would notice something was wrong, you never turned down alcohol.

you had just found out this morning that you were pregnant but you wanted to keep it from shawn for a bit. even though you were married, and the two of you weren’t not trying to have a baby, you weren’t sure how he would react.

unfortunately, you forgot about the dinner he had planned for the night.

“y/n,” aaliyah’s small figure opened the door. “are you okay in here?”

she opened the door all the way, he mother following behind her. they entered the small bathroom before you could hide the test in your bag.

“is that..?” aaliyah asked, taking the
stick from your hands. “no way! everyone was wondering why you were taking so long in here, i guess i know why.”

karen’s eyes lit up with excitement when she saw the two pink lines, “does shawn know?”

you shook your head, taking the test from her and hiding it at the bottom of your purse.

“oh y/n, you have to tell him soon. he’s going to be so excited!” karen says, “i’m so excited”

“i know you are, i am too but i have a secret, so do you. you can’t say anything, okay?”

they nodded before all of you headed back to the table, where the waiter was already taking drink orders.

you smoothed the back of your tight dress before taking your seat next to shawn, luckily aaliyah and karen was sitting across from you.

everyone was ordering some type of wine, except for aaliyah of course, and someone was going to notice something was off about you.

shawn rested his hand on your thigh under the table as the waiter took his order.

“and for you ms?” he asked, flipping his note pad to the second page.

“she’ll have the same thing as me.” shawn butted in before you could place your order.

“what did you get?”

“red wine, why?”

the waiter looked between the two of you before you spoke up again. “it’s okay, i’ll just have some water.”

he nods before walking to the next table to ask for their orders.

everyone returned to their own conversations, aaliyah and karen had a quiet conversation between themselves while shawn fixed his gaze on you.

“y/n, is something wrong? you never turn down wine.”

you sent him a reassuring smile, “i’m just not in the mood for wine tonight, that’s all. don’t worry too much, okay?”

you pecked his cheek before shawn’s crew turned their attention towards you.

“unless, y/n you aren’t pregnant are you?” brian asks with humour in his voice. the rest of the crew laughs with brian, while karen and aaliyah just look at you.

the table eventually went silent once everybody noticed that you, karen, and aaliyah were the only ones not laughing, along with shawn who continued to stare at you.

“how funny,” you nervously laugh, you weren’t sure how to get out of this.

“y/n,” shawn breaks the silence. you look away, suddenly becoming interested in the wood floors. he placed two fingers under your chin, forcing you to look at him.

“are you pregnant?”

you slowly nodded, trying to find a hint of expression in shawn’s unreadable face.

“you’re kidding.”

slowly, the biggest smile crept on to shawn’s face as he pulled you in to his arms. it was easy since you two were on the booth side of the table.

“i’m gonna be a dad!”

brain, who was sitting next to shawn, patted his back while congratulating him.

shawn kissed the top of your head multiple times, whispering how happy he was and that he loved you.

he finally released his grip on you, and repeatedly kissed you as the rest of the table playfully gagged.

“so there’s a baby, in your stomach, right now?” he asked, placing his large hand over your abdomen.

“small, but yes.”

you leaned your head against his shoulder, as you answered questions from everybody about your news.

“you know what this means?” geoff asked, “shawn can wear dad hats for real now!”

“yes!” shawn cheered, high-fiving geoff.

you laughed at him, “believe it or not babe, i’m gonna wear them all the time now.”

“Seriously, cut that out, it’s getting creepy.” Chanykyun rolls his eyes, shoving another forkful of scrambled eggs into his mouth.

“Cut what out?” you snap back at him, focusing your attention back to the food on your plate.

“Y/N… You’ve been staring at that guy since the moment we walked in,” he groans. “Trust me, you do this every single morning we’re here.”

“Do not…” you protest, slightly ashamed that you’re caught. You peek back at the waiter across the room, who’s taking someone else’s order right now.

The sun rays from the glass panels of the dainty cafe and give him a heavenly glow. You admire his model-like features and feel your heart fluttering again. His slender body fit his uniform so well, and the white shirt highlight his rosy, plump lips. His dark brown hair looks so soft and fluffy, and you wonder how it would feel to touch it. He’s like a prince…

“See. That’s exactly what I’m talking about.” Changkyun’s deep voice snaps you out of your trance. “Just talk to him for God’s sake.”

“No way!” You put down your fork and take two big gulps of your orange juice. “I mean… do you see him?” You take another peek. “He definitely has a girlfriend…”

You sigh and nibble angrily on your toast.

Since the day you and Changkyun found this spot, the two of you were hooked. You’d be here on the days you had morning classes. Changkyun is prisoner to the perfectly cooked bacon, and as for you, it’s the fluffy pancakes… and the cute waiter.

The first time you had breakfast here, he was the one that served. You had trouble looking him in the eye, and you kept stumbling over your words. He tried to hide his chuckles behind his sweet smile. Before you hung your head in embarrassment, you read his name tag.

Hyungwon.

That was the first and last time he’s been your server. Every visit after, he’s already at a different table. Is it your rotten luck…? Or is it just not meant to be?

He’d actually catch you staring sometimes, but you’d immediately turn away before he can even react. And… that’s about the extent of your interaction.

“Hello… Earth to Y/N~” Changkyun sings.

“W-what?” you sputter. He gives you a face of disapproval, sighing and shaking his head.

“Excuse me,” he motions towards Hyungwon, who’s two tables away. You’re about to shut him up, but it’s too late, as Hyungwon starts to walk over. The closer he got, the warmer your face becomes, and you just look down at your fidgeting fingers.

“How can I help?” he asks, standing right next to your table.

Changkyun clears his throat, probably trying to give you a cue, but you just ignore him. Letting out another sigh, he takes matters into his own hands.

“Hey… don’t you go to K University?” Changkyun randomly questions. You kick him in the shin under the table and he lets out a small yelp.

You finally lift your head, still avoiding Hyungwon’s gaze. “I’m sorry! Please just ignore him.” You glare at Changkyun. “He’s working, don’t be stupid.”

Hyungwon laughs softly. “It’s fine, it’s not that busy right now.” he reassures. “And yes, I do.”

“Oh! So it was you we saw on campus,” Changkyun lies. “Oh! I have to go to the bathroom. I’ll be back.”

That was the fakest ‘Oh!’ you’ve ever heard in your life… He’s never been good at acting… You mentally facepalm as he devours the last piece of bacon before walking away.

Hyungwon seems slightly amused, and doesn’t even hide his laughter. “Your boyfriend… is pretty funny,” he chuckles.

“B-boyfriend?!” you choke, almost knocking over your drink. “No! He’s not my boyfriend, oh no way in hell. He’s just a childhood friend, nothing more!”

You cringe at yourself, getting so hyped up over this topic. For some reason, you wanted to make it really clear that you’re single. Not that it’d change anything… but you had to put it out there.

“He isn’t?” Hyungwon peers at you, his eyes wide. A blush creeps up on your face again, and you can only shake your head back.

You hear him let out a breath of… relief? His voice lowers into a mumble. “Oh… this whole time I thought you guys were dating… You… come here a lot with him.”

“You remember me?” you croak, a bit happy.

“Of course,” he grins. And at that, your whole face burns up. “Ah… I have to get back to work.”

You unconsciously pout, and he smiles at your expression. He takes out his notepad, scribbles something really quick, before tearing the page off.

“Here,” he whispers, sliding the folded note next to your plate. He gives you a playful wink before walking away. “I’ll… talk to you later?”

Your heart is running miles, and your hand shakes a little as you reach for the sacred piece of paper.

His name is written in black pen, and with his number right under it.

“Hyungwon… Chae Hyungwon.”

#47 The Interior Designer (Harry Styles)

Word Count: 2560

Summary: A girl with a cheating boyfriend and a new client.

“And, you know I don’t know why she was so mean, I did everything on that list. It’s just me she picks on every time. Riley, she didn’t even finish-” I was cut between my upset rant, with my tears falling down my eyes.

“Look, Victoria, do we have to this right now?” He looked at me like I had spilt coffee over all his papers.

“What? My crying?” I asked, feeling so upset with what happened at work today.

“Yeah, this complaining! Why don’t you go and talk to Noah or something?” He said, going back to his computer.

“Noah, is not my boyfriend you are, and I want to talk to you-” I said, wiping my tears.

“Victoria!” He yelled. “I have four people on call waiting to talk to me once I finish this document. I swear I have better things to do that hear you crib here. Please go do some work and leave me alone!”

I flinched as he yelled at me, and looked away from his face. Looking everywhere but him, embarrassed and slowly going numb, I picked up the coffee mugs in front of me and walked to the kitchen. “No wonder she gets shit at work,” I heard him mutter. I frowned at his words, filling water in the cups, feeling this was not needed.

“You know, I told you to leave him! He ticks all the ‘don’t touch this human” signs on my list!” Brittany explained sucking on her straw.

“Don’t touch this human?” I asked.

“Yeah! He has no time. He wakes up and looks at his phone. His phone is always ringing. He doesn’t listen to you, talk to you, be with you. He knows the important dates of his clients than you! These are all signs of running Victoria!”

“I don’t know what to do! He wasn’t always like this! And I have been with him forever. Like forever Brit, how can I just leave him?” I explained. “It’s his job, you know. He wouldn’t be doing this if it wasn’t! And you were talking about dates? I was reading online that couples who live together don’t really have to go on dates to keep their relationship alive!”

“Does he? Does he live with you?” She raised her eyebrows.

“Brittany…” my phone pinged. “Oh look,” I said reading the message, “He wants to take me out tonight!” She gulped her drink and came close to read the message.

“No, he is ordering you.” She said. “There is no ‘will you?’ ‘would you” or even –”

“But, it is something. It is an effort. I knew something good will happen,” I smiled to myself, and she smiled.

I dressed in a really nice black dress that accentuated my curves. Looking in the mirror, I smiled to myself. It was a long time since we went out and I wanted to make myself look the best for him. “Are you ready, Victoria?” I heard his voice call out from downstairs. I took a deep breath and walked down the stairs, making sure to make him see my legs, but his eyes stayed glued to his phone. “Let’s go.” He didn’t look at me even once, but I still tried to keep my hopes up. A dinner date was a good attempt and, I was going to give him that. “Sit in the car.”

I saw a bouquet in the back seat and frowned. If it was for me, shouldn’t he give it? I didn’t say anything as he started driving. He switched off the music in a minute of it playing, talking loudly to his clients on his Bluetooth. I sighed and looked outside. We pulled into a huge mansion, and I knew this was not a dinner date. “You bought me to a party?” I looked at him in shock and disappointment.

“Take the bouquet out,” He ordered still typing away on his phone, “and Vic, please. On your best behaviour today? This is an important party for me,” Best behaviour? What did he mean by that? When was I not on my best behaviour? I handed him the bouquet, and he kept the phone away, before fixing it and walking away leaving me behind to follow him.

Kisses, hi’s and hello’s took place as soon as we walked in. A lot of how have you been, I hope you’re well, come enjoy as people danced on the floor to soft music, and then, held glasses of wine or champagne talking to each other in small groups. I saw as different women came and kissed his cheek and he kissed their cheek back, asking them about their work. Did he know about mine? He introduced me once, and then left me to talk to more people. Feeling abandoned like a little child and trying not to pout, I walked towards the bar.

“What can I get you?” the bartender asked.

“Whisky please, a little water and ice, thank you.”

I sat there was a long time, sipping my glass with my back straight, phone on the side for it wasn’t very proper, trying to locate where my boyfriend was and failing. Sighing, I asked for another drink.

“Long night?” I heard a deep voice ask, as I looked up. I knew who he was. He was everywhere these days. His album has just released.

“It’s getting longer than how I expected it to be,” I said, taking another sip.

“Oh same, I came here with my manager and he is well managing. It’s not a lot of fun when you just have to show your face from faraway,” He said and I chuckled. “Are these parties always this boring with slow music and pretentious conversations?”

“Yes, always,” I said. He smiled and sat down next to me. “So, who are you here with?” he asked.

“That guy,” I said finally finding him.

“Mr Douchebag?” He said, and I frowned. “I didn’t see you as the type?”

“What is that supposed to mean?” I said.

“No, I mean. Why are you here with him?” He asked again.

“I am his girlfriend,” I said, trying not to take offence.

“What? Since when?” He laughed.

“Since 5 years, what do you mean by all this?” I asked, trying to figure out what was happening.

“Woah. My god. I am sorry, I am Harry,” he said, pushing his hand forward.

“Victoria,” I said, shaking his hand. “Why did you call him a douche bag?”

“Umm, that is a story for another day. What do you do Victoria?” He said, trying to change the topic.

“How do you know him?” I asked, staring into his eyes.

“Umm, he has been to many of my parties,” he said. “Your drink is over, let’s get you another?” He asked the bartender to make my drink.

“He has?” I hadn’t heard of any of these parties. I had heard nothing. I thought he only worked all the time…like me.

“Yeah, known him for quite some time.Anyway, you didn’t answer my question…Victoria? Victoria?” He pulled me out of my thoughts.

“I’m an interior designer,” I told him.

“Oh, that’s nice! That’s great. I have awful taste in furniture though, I have never designed any of my houses. I sold my old one because it felt to impersonal and shifted again, and I am literally now living in an almost empty house cause I don’t know how to just make it personal, you know?” He explained.

“Yeah, but you need to get a designer and then spend time with them, so they know how you are and then, be absolutely involved in the process of buying and installing and designing to get that personal touch and favor,” I told him since, I faced cases like these on a daily basis.
I’m going to quit my firm though, start my own designing,” I said, thinking loudly now.

“Oh then, can I be your first customer?” He asked.

“You’re very nice,” I smiled.

“No really, I am serious. Please don’t let me search for people. I hate it. Please design my house?” He looked like he really meant it.

“Okay, so here, give me your phone?” I took it, “I’m putting my number in with my name and designation. Contact me when you are absolutely sober, and we’ll talk?”

“Splendid.”

Harry and I just talked for the evening, until it was time to leave. “I’ll call you, designer.” I looked back and smiled at this goofy look on his face. The ride back home was suffocating. I was suffocating. I knew I had to break up, but we had been together forever. And, relationships aren’t made in a day. You have to work on them and keep working on them.

He left in two days for a business trip. In these two days, we had said four sentences to each other. Harry and I, on the other hand, had met two times and he kept chatting with me for some reason. I didn’t mind it. I needed a friend. This week was quite hectic as I left my job, and signed my new papers for opening my own firm. Everything was ready since I was planning it for a long time, and Brittany threw a small party with my closest friends to celebrate it as well. My boyfriend knew nothing about it. Now, I didn’t even have anything to tell him.

“Just leave him, bro!” Mike said, whining, quite drunk now. “He is like this Airbnb person living in your house.”

“It is our house, you know.”

“Yeah, but he doesn’t live in it? Does he buy veggies and those wine glasses and those cheerios? No. He does not. He paid for half the price, and that is it. Kick him out!” He said, imitating the kick with his legs.

“Mikey, calm down, here have some water,” I said, bringing it to his face.

“Brit, Oscar…tell her that I AM RIGHT!” He yelled, and everyone cheered.

I met Harry for lunch, the next day, “So, where do I sign to go into this intense procedure with you?” He asked, taking a long sip on his coffee.

“Here,” I took the page out. “Are you sure you want me to do this? You haven’t seen all my work yet?”

“I have enough. And you designed Nick’s house, and I love it so, yeah…there we go,” He said signing it. “I’m free for the next two months before I get busy again. I’d like to do this! And! And! I am your first client! So, cheers to that!” he giggled, and we almost banged our coffee cups.

The long designing procedure started the next day. It was my first project with my company name, and it was a huge one. I wanted to give my best to it. I spent time in his house, working on each floor and then talking to him. I wanted to know him properly, his tastes, his dislikes to be able to come on a nice theme for his house. I could see Harry enjoyed it. I like to know that he enjoyed everything that was new to him. My boyfriend wasn’t back yet, and the only conversation I had with him was a guy who came from his office to collect a few files. It had been three weeks now, and I was almost done with the theme. We had set a budget, even though Harry was pretty lenient with it and we went looking for things on the list.

“I like this,” He said looking at a ceiling attached sofa chair. “I’d like to put to in the balcony,” he said.

“Near the trees, the opposite side, first floor? I guess, it’ll look nice there and a perfect spot to sit as well because of the sunlight?” I asked.

“Yes, perfect!” He nodded.

We looked around more, picking up a lot of things that we liked. He wanted to go room by room so, he could individually pay attention to it so, it took a longer process, but I didn’t mind it. I was absolutely enjoying my work with no politics being played like my previous workplace. I was at his house, setting up the master bedroom when my phone rang. It was Oscar, but he cut the call. He then sent a picture. It was my boyfriend…I sat down. He was on the beach with a girl, lying on the sand with him. I read his message.

Was here off work after a meeting. Saw him and wanted to go say hi, until I saw her. I’m sorry Ria. I had a chat with the girl as well, just to confirm when he left for a while. They have been seeing each other for quite some time. Five months…I’m sorry.

My legs failing to hold my weight, had me sitting on the bed, just looking at the pictures. “Hey, do you want to have lunch from this nice Italian place, I know?” Harry walked in. “What happened?” He asked, as my tears just fell. Five years for this guy. Two years before that and this is what it led to. Harry sat on his knees in front of me and took my phone from my hands. “I’m sorry Victoria…”

“Why did you call him a douchebag?” I asked.

“What? Umm…Victoria…it doesn’t matter now.”

“Just tell me, Harry!”

He closed his eyes, “He had a reputation. And, I saw it at work. He came to each of my parties with a different woman, and then Jeff knows him. He told me how he went on these holidays and Jeff once went with him –”

“You knew?” I stood up, looking at him with accusatory eyes. “You knew he was cheating on me?” He nodded, still on his knees. “And you didn’t tell me! In these three weeks, when I told you how sad my relationship was making me, you didn’t say anything?”

“Vic, I –”

“Don’t call me that! I hate that name!”

“Ria, I didn’t know what to say! I saw you at the party, and you were so beautiful. And your eyes were so innocent and full of love, and when you told me that it was for five years, I didn’t want to see your heart crushed.”

“It had been crushing for years, Harry! I thought you were my friend! I treated you like my friend! A friend tells!”

“I didn’t know what to say, Ria!”

“Say that Victoria, Wake up! He is cheating on you! He came to my parties with different women every time!” I yelled.

“Victoria, he is cheating on you. He came to my parties with different women every time,” Harry repeated. I could see the guilt in his eyes.

“I know that now, you – you –” I couldn’t even curse. I knew he was not to blame. But, my world was crushed now. “I have to leave. I am taking a break for a few days. Please don’t contact me.”

“Ria, I’m really sorry.” He said, coming forward and holding my hand, while I just looked at him with defeated eyes.

“Let’s get a dog.”

Blinking blankly at the wall opposite your curled up figure wasn’t enough to suffice the confusion that coarsed suddenly through your veins. With a groan, you wiggled around in Ethan’s grip to face him. Sleep had yet to claim his features at three in the morning as he gazed pointedly in your direction, as if he’d been expecting you to react to his statement.

“I’m sorry, I don’t think I heard you right,” You slid a hand up to press your cheek against it. “Did you say let’s get a dog?”

Bad Dream (Joji)

Anon Request: An imagine where Joji has a nightmare and he wakes up all freaked out and u have to calm him down? You can really do anything u want with this whether it be spice it up and make it NSFW or just add fluff or neither of the two! Just whatever u see fit :D

Y/N’s POV
Sitting in bed and reading through my book with only the bedside lamp as my source of light was my nightly routine. It would normally take place after Joji fell asleep, which was usually before me. I flipped to the next page in my book and glanced over at Joji, who lightly turned in his sleep. I watched him for a few moments. Looking at Joji while he slept was a typical thing that I always found myself doing. He was peaceful whenever he was in such an environment, always calm and his breathing was steady, but tonight was something rare. Joji began groaning disturbingly, making me furrow my brows at him. He frantically moved about, his arm centimeters away from hitting my face unexpectedly. Murmurs escaped his lips softly as I tried shaking him awake. The shaking seemed to make things worse; he started sweating and turning his head from the left to the right as he kicked his legs everywhere with his eyes still shut tight. I straddled him, having no other way to get him to stop kicking.

“Joji!” I shouted.

He shot up quickly, his face nearly bashing into mine. I took his face into my hands, he was lost and out of breath. Joji wrapped his arms around me, squeezing me tightly. I embraced him. Never having witnessed this type of situation before, I was confused and a bit panicky. I climbed off of him, putting my hand on his thigh as he wiped off the sweat from his forehead and rubbed his eyes. George sighed and cleared his throat.

“Wanna talk about it?” I whispered.

Joji stayed quiet for several minutes as he adjusted his breathing and looked around the room, as if to avoid my gaze.

“I-I didn’t save you.” he let out in a mutter, his voice was raspy and dry, “I tried but, I couldn’t. I’m sorry-“

“Babe, it was just a bad dream. I’m right here.” I ran my fingers through his hair and placed a kiss on his temple, “It’s okay, baby. It wasn’t real.”

I grabbed his hand and led him into the kitchen where I opened the fridge and took out the pitcher of water. He pulled out a cup from one of the cupboards and handed it to me. He watched me with some difficulty due to his tired state as I poured water into the cup and handed it to him. Joji gulped down the water quickly, earning a slight laugh from me, he smiled and kissed me quickly.

Joji’s POV
Y/N sighed heavily and made a comment about how tired I seemed and how she’d never seen me this alert before due to a bad dream…or any dream, really. Putting her hand in mine, she guided me back to bed where she tucked me in like some kind of five year old. It was well needed though, I couldn’t imagine my life without her.

“Joji.” she said in a soft voice as her finger brushed my cheek.

I turned my face to look at her, “Yeah?” I muffled.

“Why do you shy away from me at times when it comes to your dreams?” she asked as she looked elsewhere.

“I don’t.” I protested as I unstuck my arms from my mummified body under the sheets. I leaned my head on my arm and grabbed her hand, “Hey. What do you mean?” I whispered.

I tiredly reached for her face, grabbing her chin and making her eyes meet mine, my thumb brushed against her lower lip. She softly pressed her lips to my finger, delicately pressing kisses on it, her eyes never leaving my gaze. She casually took my thumb in her mouth and sucked lightly, pulling away and leaving me in astonishment. Y/N leaned in and pressed her lips against mine fervently. I placed my hand on the back of her neck, leading her mouth as it tangled with mine. After minutes of making out, she pulled away, panting. Y/N slid her hand down my torso and abruptly stopped at the band of my boxers. She removed her underwear and tossed it somewhere across the room. I was too befuddled to even grasp what was going on. Her smile hid so much mischief and trying to guess her next move hurt my brain, but she definitely knew how to make me feel better. Y/N compelled me onto my back by straddling me. I looked up at her; the light hit her just the right amount, she looked like a goddess on top of me. I assisted in the removal of her shirt, tossing it across the room like a fucking frisbee. I wanted her now. I grabbed her tits in my hands, a moan left her lips, making me hard.

“Fuck.” I whispered.

She agonizingly teased me by slowly grinding on me. I could feel how wet she was through the fabric of my briefs. Removing my hands from her tits, she placed my hands on her hips as she lowered my briefs exposing my dick. She was moving too slow for my liking, I groaned under her as she purposely teased me by rubbing my tip against her wet core then sliding herself on me, letting just the tip in then pulling back out. I was tired of her teasing me and when she went to do it again, I gripped her hips and slammed her down onto my cock.

“Shit.” she moaned as she titled her head back.

I watched her ride me like she was some kind of fucking miracle. The way she felt around me was pure bliss. She took her tits in her hands and squeezed them as she bounced on my cock. Her moans became louder and louder; she leaned back a little, placing her hands on my thighs. This gave me more control over her.

“G- George.” she gasped, “I’m gonna cum. Oh, fuck.”

I gripped her waist tightly and slammed her onto my dick harder and faster than before.

"Shit.” I breathed as I let my head fall back onto the pillow. I shut my eyes for a brief moment as I continued pounding her; her moans drove me insane.

I felt her contract around me, closing me in on my high. She let out a string of inaudible swear words as she placed her hands back onto my chest. Her small yelps and loud moans were brought to make me cum after her. Seconds after, I rubbed my face with my hands as I tried catching my breath. I looked up at her, she dropped next to me with her eyes fluttering shut. I let out a small laugh, she ‘fell asleep’ after a good fuck. I moved the hair out of her face and tucked it behind her ear. Grabbing the blanket, I tucked her in and brought it just under her chin. Stumbling out of bed, I turned off the light. The room became a dark void. I couldn’t see shit. I somehow managed to make my way back to the bed after tearing up the whole room in hopes to find the fucking mattress. I slid under the covers and laid my head on her shoulder. I yawned and kissed her forehead, “I love you.” I whispered.

“I love you.” she spoke in a quiet voice, “Maybe you won’t have another nightmare.”

“If I do, will provide the same treatment?” I chuckled.

“Go to sleep.” she giggled.

How to deal with Ransomware

Yo, my guys. With the recent Ransomware scare, there is more need than ever to back up your computer data in the event of infection. Recently, it’s forced me to create a back up point for my computer, and it took a bit of digging. So hey, why not outline the relatively simple process here.

The reality is, Ransomware is extremely hard to deal with once you have it. And by extremely hard, I mean basically impossible. Your best bet is to just backup your stuff, and restore it all if you get infected.

Note: Make sure you read this through at least once before doing anything.

Quick background:

  • Ransomware is malware that will lock you out of your computer by encrypting all of your data. It will prompt you to pay them in exchange for the decryption key, however 9 times outta 10, the won’t actually decrypt your data. So never actually pay them.
  • This process will create, on an external hard drive, a copy of all your OS settings from your current computer. You can then use this to reformat your computer to it’s current point
  • Because of the way this malware spreads, it’s vital that you keep your backup disconnected. This means you shouldn’t use a second hard drive on your computer, or a network drive. Doesn’t matter where, just not on, until you need it, or the malware has passed on.

The process goes like this, for windows 10.

  1. Make sure you have an external hard drive, or USB plugged into your computer. Make sure the storage device you want to back up to has more free data than your normal hard drive has used data.
  2. Go to Control Panel
  3. Change the ‘View by’ field to 'large’ or 'small icons’
  4. Click 'File History’
  5. on the bottom left there should be a little shield with “System Image Backup” next to it. Click that
  6. On the left again, there should be a shield with “Create a System Image” next to it. Click that.
  7. A window will pop up asking you where you would like to save your back up. On the drop down menu labelled 'On a Hard Disk" find your external drive. Click it, then click next.
  8. The next page will ask you to select which drive you want to backup. By default the two you need to back up for this are selected. Just click next.
  9. Finally you’ll come to one last screen asking if you want to confirm your back up. Make sure that the two that show are the ones you’ve selected in the previous page. If so, click 'start backup’.

Now this should take a little while to complete. This will depends on whether you have an SSD, or a HDD and also how much data you’re backing up will influence it. if you’re worried it’s taking too long, give it an hour and come back. Failing that, you can always stop the back up.

Once completed you’ll be prompted to create a system repair disk. If you don’t have a USB or DVD with Windows 10 on it, this is something you should create. Otherwise, it’s not necessary.

Now, that you have a spare hard drive with your backed up data on it, make sure that you keep it in a safe place that it won’t get knocked around in. Hard Drives are quite fragile, and too hard a knock could kill it. Additionally, despite all this stuff on it, the drive is still a functional drive. It will now just have a folder in it with all the data. It’s not advised you use it, as it’s still susceptible to infection, but the option is there if you need it.
