Tape 2, Side B» We’re always watching someone. Following someone. And being followed. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram they’ve made us a society of stalkers. And we love it. Of course, stalking someone in real life is a whole ‘nother thing. That’s right. I had a stalker. And if you’ve made it to A-4, you’re outside his window. Just like I am right now.
a little scene between silentstar and her other dad zario who pretty much pulled a pinestar from the canon wc books, but instead came back later on in the story
silentstar welcomed him into the clan but not into her heart, unable to forgive him as she blames everythings thats happened all on zario, having had choosen to leave his mate and kit alone in the wild, hagioh ending up killed and silentstar forced to live in the clan that have tormented her all her life. zario is indifferent as he knows every decision was made by haigoh and silentstar themselves, so they often argue and have a rocky relationship
scene inspired by that scene in Moonlight between chiron and his mom
Ridiculously early tomorrow morning, I’ll be flying to Paris for the weekend so I’m just letting you know why there won’t be any new comic pages or anything until Monday at the earliest. I have no idea what time I’ll get back on Sunday so I might have time to draw something to tell you I’ve returned. I’m quite excited to go back to France again (I’ve been there three times before and loved it). Hopefully I’ll be able to take a lot of reference photos for cheesy, romantic FrUK fan art.
Ok so I gotta know where your tag 'we darken by looking at each other' is from because it's driving me insane and I can't get it out of my head.
it comes from a turkish proverb, ‘grapes will darken by looking at each other’ & the idea of it is that we reflect the company we keep around us (i first encountered the phrase in ella frances sanders’ book ‘speaking in tongues’ which is a collection of idioms & phrases from around the world)
