TGIFriday - Day 5 of NO BREAD-E Products!

Current Weight: 122.4lbs!!!!

Breakfast:

  • Hazelnut coffee w/ 1tbsp Vegan sugar & cream
  • 1 Packet of GF Banana nut oatmeal
  • 4 Medium strawberries

Exercise:

  • Treadmill / 30 Minutes / 2.33miles / Burned: 195 calories
  • Squats, Arms & Abs

Lunch:

  • 2 Cups romaine hearts
  • 1 Hard boiled egg
  • 1/3rd avocado
  • ¼th cup walnuts
  • Sprinkle of Dried Craisins
  • Red Wine Vinegar

Snack:

  • 2 Apple Cinnamon rice cakes
  • 1 Gala apple w/ 2tbsp Smart Balance peanut butter

Dinner:

  • Homemade roasted butternut squash w/ cinnamon, maple syrup & vegetable oil

Snack:

  • Vue Hot Chocolate

***So today was a good day, weighed in and lost ANOTHER pound! Ate really well throughout the whole day, went to the gym early, worked and made bank! Now Im able to just relax, watch tv and tumble alllllll night. No work till Tuesday ;)
