A lame club, for lame people

I’m thinking of making a blog or an instagram page or a website, maybe all three.

I have an idea, it’s not very original, but it’s something.

I want to create a place, a company, a brand,  anything, to showcase what being a person is all about. What different people do regular, their problems, their likes, their dislikes, hobbies, anything. A place where there is no filters, no taboo subjects. Where people can connect and talk, something that will never forgets its audience. I want this something big, but not in a way where I’ll stop listening to the people who support me.

I feel like that’s the problem with big named companies. They don’t care anymore, they only care when the money is there. I don’t want that, and I hope that I never will. That’s why I want to do this, because I want to have a place/company/anything that listens to their audience and cares about them.

I’m not sure what they’ll be, but the biggest things start out as small ideas. We’ll write articles about life, social media, literature, and whatnot. Maybe we can make videos, create art, anything really. Anything we can do, we’ll do.

But before that, I want a team. A team of people who can work together and accept each other for their differences. Because I’m a youngster, I’m going for high school age members, but I’m also open to anyone. Male, Female, none, both, lgbtq, religious, atheist, anything. I want you for you.

I believe that as long as you’re not hurting someone. You can have opinions, as long as you’re not violent or disrespectful. Of course, there are rules. You can’t bash anyone for what they label themselves, but you can bash them for who they are as an individual (there’s a difference). I want people who are true to themselves, but aren’t afraid to grow and learn.

I’m still setting up everything, but I want the opinions of people I want to work with in the future. That’s why I’m asking for members before I begin.

So, please message me if you’re interested. Tell me about yourself, what you want this ‘thing’ to be, what your dreams are, tell me about you.

I’ll be taking six people, I’ll accept more when we figure out what this ‘thing’ is.

Have a nice day!! Sorry, I’m super lame.

I wrote something. Its a rough draft, but I DO want to work on it...

He’s not how much weight he can lift,
Or the weight on the scale.

He’s not what his favorite sport is,
Or how passionate he is about cooking.
         Or painting.
Or how his hair fans arcoss his forehead,
         Pushed back, pushed in.
Or even the way he folds his towels.

He’s not his handwriting. The scent of his cologne, or the scent of his candles.

He isn’t his past.

He isn’t he octave of his climax,
or the cut of his underwear,
or the cut of his neckline,
or the cut of his crotch.
              Exactly where the space
between his legs swells,
         pulses.
The way he pees.

He’s not he color of his fingernails. The length of his hair on his head, or his face, or his legs, or his eyelashes.

He’s not

                            a joke.
                            a news story.
                            a political statement.

He isn’t his laugh. His tears. His dreams. His triumphs.

He definitely isn’t the letters in his name.
The letters on his driver’s license.
The letters in his chromosomes.

He’s not the fat distribution around his hips.
   The curve of his waist,
      his chest,
      or his spine.
The way he rocks his body
   when he dances.
Or fucks.

He’s not some pawn to move where its convenient.
He’s not your token friend.
He’s not here to fulfill your fantasy.
He’s not what YOU think a man should be.

He is simply,

                                                               a man.

That’s it.
123 days. 32 competitions. All over.

For me, each season gets a bit more emotional each time. Each season I grow to love everyone a bit more. Each season I am more and more blown away by the things these athletes achieve. Each season I learn more about this amazing sport.
As someone who hates winter a bit too much, ski jumping is the one thing that gets me out of bed in the morning. Watching these incredibly talented people do what they love, breaking gravity for a few seconds, is what inspires me. The way they treat each other and how they are friends even though they are competing against each other is what makes this sport so special.

This season was filled with ups and downs. With tears and joy. With new and old faces on the podiums. Unlike the previous season it was always uncertain who’d win. And the fact that ski jumping is so uncertain makes it so exciting.

Moreover, I have met some of the most incredible people on tumblr through ski jumping this year. Never have I ever thought that I would make such great friends because of ski jumping. Thank you to every single one of my 26 new sisters and 1 brother of the groupchat, who made this season even more special to me. I’m grateful for everyone I have met on tumblr or in groupchats. I’m grateful for everyone, who decided to follow this trash account.

Lastly, thank you to the athletes, the coaches, the whole teams and everyone, who contributed to this amazing season. I’m so proud of literally everyone.

Here’s to summer and the next season.
Here’s to the ski jumping family.
Here’s to the future.
