I’m better at vestigium that she is and not just because I’ve been apprenticed longer than her.
Whispers Under Ground, by Ben Aaronovitch
But why is Peter better at vestigium than Lesley? Anyone can do magic if they work at it, but not everyone is equally attuned to it? A hint that Peter is somehow different, no matter that this is a world that counts on doing the hard work of one’s job rather than than on saviors? Just another thing that BA drops on us without explanation, easy to forget until I wander through on re-read or re-listen and stop to make a note.

Would you really say they are part of the LIC? I mean, maybe you could say that about Niall, but bressie? Please correct me if I'm wrong, I'm sure you know more than me, but I don't really see him hanging with the LIC?
Yeah I would. Bressie’s good friends with Eoghan and Laura as well as Niall. I guess you could call him a satellite member? And from what I understand he used to be in London a lot more than now. But they consider him part of the LIC so who am I to argue? Seems to be an inclusive group. I want to join 😫
How did you choose your URL?: I started Tumblr when I was in my senior year of High School and honest to goodness there was so much homework and let’s be honest that’s really what killed in High School
I am quite fortunate, because I can still be quite incognito. If you go out looking for attention then you’ll attract it, but if you’re just getting on with your life, particularly in London where everyone is engrossed in what they’re doing, you can keep a measure of anonymity.
