Sometimes simple is best. A lone candle🕯, a cup of coffee ☕️, and a tarot deck. I’ve been working on being more minimalist lately as I’ve found that when clutter is removed your mind becomes clearer and better able to pick up messages from the subconscious.
Vegan chocolate chip muffins! Just made these, and oh gosh they are delicious. I took a nonvegan recipe and made it vegan and altered it to my own preferences. Ingredients below!
🍪 2C all-purpose flour
🍪 1/2C granulated sugar
🍪 3 tsp baking powder
🍪 1/ tsp salt
🍪 3/4C non-dairy milk
🍪 1/3C coconut oil
🍪 1 flax egg
🍪 1C mini vegan chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life brand)
🍪 ½ tsp vanilla extract
Bake in oven at 400 Degrees F for 20-25 mins. Enjoy!
