what am i even saying

  • what she says: i'm fine
  • what she means: did the hero in explorers of time/darkness/sky ever find out all the pokemon from the future were saved? did they just live on thinking all their old friends were actually dead? did grovyle and celebi ever find out that the hero was still alive too? did they ever meet up somehow involving time travel

NHL draft day is funny because in the moment you’re happy to see these kids’ dreams come true and everyone is happy for each other and it’s all rainbows and butterflies…until these kids make it to the NHL and it’s time for them to play against your team and you silently (or not so silently) wish they would choke under the pressure and don’t even THINK about scoring against MY team, little one. But then they score their first NHL goal and they’re so happy and you haven’t seen a smile on their face that big since they were drafted and you remember the moment they were drafted and you were happy their dreams were coming true and here you are watching another dream of theirs come true and how could you possibly root against that precious little nugget? Until his next shift and you’re yelling “don’t you dare score another one, young man!”

headcanon that Faes who live with lots of other breeds of dragons (coatls in particular) and have trouble communicating emotions to them have learned to voice their anger or discomfort by making horrifying pterodactyl-esque screeching noises. Like if someone starts smack-talking whatever god they worship they just look them directly in the eye with a blank stare and scream

y'all someone correct me if I’m wrong but Rowan was on Auggie’s snapchat and while she was being an adorable dork you hear corey (well it sounds like corey lmao) asking her “is that your snapchat” LIKE GOD BLESS AMERICA GOD BLESS COWAN GOD BLESS THIS UNIVERSE idk why this makes me so excited it just does

i don’t know if anyone’s read Heist Society by Ally Carter, but there’s this concept of a Chelovek Pseudomina which translates as Alias Man, and it was used “when they were doing things that were too big, too dangerous—things they had to keep hidden even from each other.”

And I just love this idea being applied to the spy world, and Natasha Romanoff creating the first Chelovek Pseudomina of Natalia Romanova.
