what a save tho

You ever think about the fact that the only way to save everyone from the squip was with red mountain dew and michael’s main color is red

Like im not saying Michael is the main hero of BMC but im saying Michael is totally the main hero of BMC and I love him

I have a few copies of Morning Star, so I decided to paint one! I’ve never done something like this before but I’ve always wanted to try it. It was definitely something different for me since I never write in my books or even fold the pages, but I really like how it came out! It’s so sparkly too, the pics don’t do the sparkly-ness justice haha

pphew! sorry for the late reply to these >.< i figured id just reply to all these in one post with some pics. Below are the watercolors i use and the the gold paints (keep in mind those pics i posted were like first attempts @_@ im still getting used to these…)

The water colors are Mjello Mission Gold Watercolors in the 34 tube set and the gold palette are the FineTec Artist Mica Watercolors in the Pearl set.

Now I’ll state first– both these sets are kinda pricey. The FineTec palette (about $27) is so worth it though because it comes in different golds and one tube of gold gouache is usually like $9 each or more depending on the amount of mica, so def worth the price and variety.

Below: from lightest to darkest on ivory tinted paper [Silver, Moon Gold, Gold Pearl, Arabic Gold, Tibet Gold, & Inca Gold] they look SUPER outstanding on black paper as well!

my fav is the richest one, the Inca Gold.

They are super nice, but if you plan on getting them, they are super HARD palettes! It’ll take a lot of scrubbing to get them activated and to have that nice gouache-like thickness, so if you don’t want to ruin your nice brushes, I def recommend getting some Ox Gall. Adding a drop or two of this will get them activated in no time, and with a nice opaque thickness. (the brand I have below they dont sell anymore, but other brands still make it)

As for the water colors, ehhh i feel weird cuz those vegetas were like my first attempts with this brand. Ive always used the Sakura Koi 24 color set palette because theyre super nice and super cheap (like $20) and Ive had them for years. I only got these because I wanted higher-grade watercolors in tubes. But they are very expensive, but for good reasons: they have a lot of pigment, which makes them so vibrant and bright and theyre designed to be very close to natural colors, not to mention theyre so SMOOTH when painting and they’ll probs last me forEVER because you get so much color with very little water.

(opera is best color IMHO) here’s a color chart I made (that took FOREVER btw) to give you an idea how beautiful they are and how many nice colors they make

so yea! those are the paints I used for those particular pics. Course if you would like a nice, cheap watercolor recommendation that works pretty well, Sakura Koi’s are a fantastic substitute. …..SORRY IF THIS WAS LONG i just akdfhalkfhd i like talking about traditional media..lol. hope this was at least a little informative >.< if anyone has questions or wants some recommendations (while also saving some money) feel free to ask! I’ll help in any way i can with what i know, cuz despite posting mostly digital art, I am a traditional art supply FANATIC.

  • me, thinking in the middle of class: why is adrien agreste such a pure, pure cinnamon roll and when can i process the papers to legally adopt him

When I thought Madi was gone. I saw–for the first time I saw the world through your eyes. A world in which there is nothing left to lose. I felt the need to make sense of the loss. To impart meaning to it…whatever the cost. To exalt her memory with battles and victories. But beneath all of that, I recognized the other thing, hiding in the spaces. The ones whose shape you first showed me. And when asked, it was honest about the role it wanted to play. It was rage. And it wanted to see the world burn.

pairing: evan hansen x reader

word count: 312

warning: reader is a teasing little shit. that is all.

a/n: hello i’m new and can’t remember the last time i wrote fanfiction lmao. evan is also probably most likely ooc here,, avert your eyes children. i’m working on becoming better tho just you wait!!

“Do you ever, um, draw people?”

You raised a brow at Evan, because really? You were in the middle of sketching his portrait, as per his request, and he decided to ask if you ever drew people. God, he’s lucky he’s so cute.

Sensing your unimpressed thoughts, Evan fidgeted in his seat, waving his hands around in an attempt to explain himself. “No, like, uh, people? The sort of- The kind where they, um.” Wringing his hands together in unease, his stammering comes to a stop. The tips of his ears were beginning to flush as the wheels in your head clicked into place.

“Oh, you mean, like, erotica?” You snorted. What an innocent dork.

Evan’s face turned completely red and oh no he’s so cute this is so unfair. “I mean, because you’re really good at art and everything. And, and I kinda wondered, you know, I figured you’ve probably done something like that before, sorry, I don’t even know why I’m—”

You tuned him out and placed your sketchbook down, moving to stand behind him. “Well, sometimes,” you answered, effectively shutting him up. “Do you mean in positions like…” You leaned down to hold his body close to yours, chest to back, and you could feel his heart pounding a mile a minute. “…this?” you whispered into the shell of Evan’s ear, delighting in the sharp intake of his breath.

Your fingers danced along Evan’s arm, leaving a trail of goosebumps in its wake. A small smile crept its way onto your face. “Or maybe even”—you slowly circled around him, seating yourself comfortably on his lap—”like this?”

Evan’s hands hovered uncertainly in the air, then settled lightly, hesitantly on your hips. Softly stuttering out your name, his half-lidded eyes flickered to your lips, brushing ever-so-slightly against his. You laughed tenderly and tilted your head.

“Aren’t you going to kiss me?”

I cannot believe prompto’s idea of flirting with cindy was to get up insanely early, stand on a hill that was freaking outside of town, and take a scenic (???) picture of her grandfather’s garage in order to show his affection–presumably meaning he was going to give it to her/show it to her at some point in time. Like??? “oh cindy here look at this cool picture of the garage you work at every day. bet you’ve never seen it before, huh?” Has this child ever successfully talked to a crush ever? Like that is super cute but also u could have idk just talked to her instead? Can someone help him? What an absolute dork

Sometimes I just forget there are people who have not read My Hero Academia’s manga and still do not know why we ship TodoDeku, along with Bakushima.
