I feel like you might have missed something from that post. My smaller sized pants fit, it’s the bigger ones that I’ve noticed don’t fit anymore, and I’m definitely not bloated because my pants literally falling off my waist is the problem I’ve been having. And you can’t spot reduce fat, so simply doing lunges wouldn’t make my legs smaller (if that were in fact my problem). Lol actually, in my case it would just make my legs bigger seeing as I gain muscle in my legs pretty easily.
