It is the most amazing video of the Game of thrones I’ve ever seen. The quality is the best, and I think it includes the common story, the characters, the scenery, the battles, the death… and yes, we live in a beautiful world.
“Season 3 is about Elliot trying to bounce back and fight against the people who have been using him,” said Esmail, who reveals that a central theme for the 10-episode run (which premieres in October) is disintegration. “Elliot isn’t going to take this lying down.” It’s a safe bet he’ll be sitting in front of a computer, though.
The other big piece of the puzzle is Wellick, who was missing for most of season 2. Esmail confirmed that the former E Corp exec will be back in a big way this year, and we can expect some info on what he was up to during his time away from Elliot.
“With Tyrell, we really don’t know much about his whereabouts or what happened to him,” Esmail said. “There’s a lot of that circular storytelling that we really delve into with his character this season.” [Entertainment Weekly]
Remember when Catelyn realized there was a deep, inexpiable connection between the direwolves and her children? Remember when she noticed Grey Wind was uneasy about the Westerlings? Remember when she begged Robb to keep Grey Wind with him at all times because she knew Grey Wind would never let Robb come to any harm? Remember when Grey Wind would growl and act wild when he didn’t trust certain people around Robb?
Remember when Catelyn thought Grey Wind would’ve liked Margaery?
But that was the beauty of it as well. Just knowing that I get to do all these things that also created a lot of layers for the character. Because you think: he’s in control […] But then he’s losing control - that’s so interesting. x
